Customer service wasn’t great. The person who took my order was rude and I feel my order was rushed. I was given attitude on pick up. The writing looks very unprofessional. As I have seen other cookies with better writing. Will not return to this location.

The cashier was very nice. However, the cookies were ROCK HARD!!! They are definitely too pricey to get old, stale cookies! I will not be visiting here again.

I have never gotten cookies from this company that weren’t good and these were awful $30 worth of old nasty cookies I’m going to return them tomorrow and will not be returning there ever

I have been a customer since they open their store at Pasadena. I been always buying ice cream from them for my daughter and me. But last Friday, was my last time buying ice cream since I felt so disrespected from one of their employees. This male teenager, got upset cause I added five toppings to the $10 icecream size. He told me that he would charge me a bigger size if the icecream with toppings would not fit in the size I was getting. I said fine, I pay you extra. Then he came and put the smaller cup into the big cup and charge for a bigger size. Then I added the icecream without the small cup into the big cup and 1/4 of the icecream was missing. I told him it would fair for him to add the missing icecream into the cup since I was paying for eat. He nope, I aint putting no more icecream cause you already added your topping and this owner policy. Then I asked him show me the store policy and he we dont have a written policy, the owner told me to do this. Then I told him well money its not a problem to me because I come buy expensive icecream from you and I dont have a problem with that. You are losing a customer because it is not fair what are you doing and the way you are talking to the customers. Customers would not get services at places where they have a bad customer service. He said I dont care of you want to come back or not. I dont people should be treated like and thats why I am giving this review.
