Words fall short on how wonderful this company is. Their work ethic and values surpasses any I have met in the construction/building industry. After getting cheated by a contracting company and left with no windows- Mike not only offered to help me out financially but also had the windows expedited and I get them installed in less than 2 weeks. I am so immensely grateful to him and his team. They are professional, punctual and most importantly NEAT! They treated my home like their own.Just when you think everyone is out there to get one on you- this company makes you believe not only in good workmanship but also the goodness of humankind. I wish the were more companies out there like him. I wish him and his entire family/team all the goodness in the world!

They did a great job with my windows. 31 in total with some arches. took about 3 days. they were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. anticipate that you will need to paint some trim and spackle some small holes when they are done. inspect all caulking outside for any gaps. I had 2 or 3 windows that werent fully caulked. anticipate some energy savings in summer but some great energy savings in winter. quality honest people and products.

The installation crew was very clean and respectful of my home, on time, quick, and efficient. Kept me informed of the process and reviewed the workings of the new windows. Very pleased with the windows and how they look on my home.

Amazing amazing amazing! Our windows were the originalS from the 70’s so it was time to get them replaced! Phillip came out for the consultation and he was great at explaining the process and answering questions. Mike and his company did an outstanding job, the men who came out to install the windows were fast and efficient, cleaned up everything after as if they were never there. Highly recommend. They take the time to make sure you are educated and theyll find a good fit for your needs and budget.We had some water intrusion so had to put the window project on hold for now but will update the review at a later date.

After our house flooded in Harvey we need to have EVERYTHING redone in our house. Mike came out and saw me in person and showed me the model of what theyd be putting into the house. My house had original, single pane windows that didnt quite fit in their space because of the house shifting over the years and plants growing under the sill. Now we have beautiful double pane that are window storm rated in sturdy metal frames. The four, almost floor to ceiling, windows at the front of my house now can be flipped in so we can clean them! They also replaced the bow window, which previously we had a heavy curtain in front of the keep the temperature in our den pleasant, so now we can enjoy the view of our backyard!

When I researched window companies for the 40+ windows in my home to be replaced I set appointments with about 6 different companies to come in and show product and give quotes. After speaking with Michael Wright, the owner, I thought that I had found a company with the honesty, integrity and commitment to quality that I value being a craftsman myself. Unfortunately, this transaction could not have went more wrong.1) They did not show up to take measurements for windows when they had agreed to until I threatened to cancel. (Wish I had now)2) The crew that came out to my house did not perform in a clean professional manner as expected. I even had to fish glass and nails out of my pool that is 20’ away. I was also picking up glass pieces around my house for 6 months after. Worst part is, they had the needed tarps so this didn’t happen and left them folded up sitting in my yard!3) The quality of the windows are not what was expected. They are not much more efficient than what I had and did not cut the noise as much as the Pella windows I had installed myself at my old house that I bought from Lowe’s. The screens are junk and don’t fit right either.4) The installers were not only messy but the work was unacceptable. I had to have them come back out several times to fix various issues. Michael said he needed to cover costs and asked to be paid but promised to fix the remaining issues. He personally came to my house and seemed to really care so I stupidly paid them before all issues were corrected. Now I can’t get a call back still even a year later. So I still have window sills that look like they were cut by a caveman with a dull rock and screens that don’t fit and a few other irritating flaws like the windows not being plumb and square to close as they should.. 😡My next door neighbors got recommended to WINDOW WORLD when they asked because their work, professionalism and product was superior at my brother in laws house that was done a week before mine... AND THEIR QUOTE WAS CHEAPER. Can’t believe I got duped like this.*****UPDATE***Their response to this review is skewed. Yes they did give me a discount because I was unhappy that they did not show up to measure the date they had promised, regardless of the time frame. Yes, I could have went with a different company for cheaper that had nicer windows it turns out. No discount was asked for and all discounts received were offered by them due to their mistakes in an effort to satisfy the customer. My window sills are still hacked up that they were supposed to fix and I still am waiting for them to honor their supposed warranty for a window that does not function correctly. I am still finding pieces of broken glass in my yard due to their carelessness on the install. He forgot to note that the install was bad enough that he told me he had fired that crew. I told him before we signed the contract that I have been a carpenter for 15 years and am currently a superintendent for a high end builder and that I am picky about quality work. He guaranteed they would live up to my expectations and have not. ****DO NOT PAY THEM THE FINAL BILL UNTIL THE JOB IS 100% DONE AND SATISFACTORY OR THEY WILL NEVER COME BACK. That was my biggest mistake

REALLY PLEASED with the quality of the windows and the installation. John and his team were very efficient. They came in and covered my furniture and belongings before they began and cleaned up before they left, leaving no trace that they were ever there. They also made sure the windows themselves were spotless. John was very friendly and very detailed. My new windows look AMAZING! Definitely the face lift my home needed. And I enjoy the lower energy bills and the reduced noise from outside. So worth it. I recommend AWP!!!

I would highly recommend AWP! We had 15 windows installed. The experience was professional and forthright from start to finish. The decision maker for us was the fact that their installation team consists of employees of the company. It was a turnkey installation. We did not have to move or remove anything. Our home was left in exactly the same manner when they came in. They even installed some new blinds we had purchased instead of the old that were being replaced. That spoke volumes to us.

I highly recommend AWP for anyone who desires a high quality product and installation for a reasonable price. The installers arrived when scheduled, did an excellent job, and cleaned up perfectly. The windows fit perfectly and look great. I would definitely use these folks again.

We hired AWP a few months ago to do our windows. It was a big job with a total of 29 windows. They did a great job and were finished very quickly. I am very pleased with the outcome. We love our windows!!! They look so good. We got the almond colored trim for the same price as white trim. The job is fairly messy, so we had to clean the interior of the house after they left.

We are very happy with the new windows. They look great!!. We only replaced 1/3 of the house windows and are planning to replace all of them in 2019 with AWP.

Its been 2 years since AWP installed our windows. I can honestly say that the service they provided and the product they sold us was all professionally handled. We have had no issues with the windows whatsoever, nor have there been any leaks from a poor installation. Everything was top notch and completed in one morning!
