I work in the healthcare field and we had an issue with our front door of the facility. C.D. Service came out the same day which was a Friday and work began the following Monday. The techs showed up on time and were very professional with their conduct, work was completed within a couple hours and our facility staff were extremely happy that our front door issue was fixed. I will continue to use this company for all our commercial door needs.

I never write bad reviews but If I could give JIMMY the owner zero stars for how he treated and spoke to us throughout the process I would. He lies about time frames and then blames you. He promises time frames and once the time lapses he knows he’s got you because starting with a new company would add more weeks. He talks down to you and in a disrespectful way. I have been in the professional world for many years meaning I’m not in construction or building but I do run a successful financial firm and practice. If I treated my clients the way he spoke to me, I wouldn’t have a practice. When I say he’s the worse believe me I can’t believe he has stayed in business but this is probably why he is still at the level he is at. Beware is all I will say and please feel free to write me and I’ll gladly give you more details. Lastly, I was so shocked by this man I thought about calling the local news to run a report on him and his company.

Several other companies have tried to fix our front door and failed. CDS installed a new hinge, moved the opener and it is perfect. Great service. They know what they are doing. Highly recommend them and they will always be who I call first.

I am a contractor and have used Commercial Door Service on multiple occasions. They have handled all projects diligently and their service is great! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Originally this firm was super eager to help. Came out in a timely manner to make an estimate. Price was very reasonable and we agreed to do the work. Was told that they would be out the next morning to do agreed upon work. Next morning shows up...but workers didnt. Called the gentleman back and no answer. Finally had to call from a different number and SURPRISE...he answered. Got a great story about how he forgot that he had to go to the doctors. We are understanding folks so we said no problems. Was told that we would be taken care of at 9:00am the following morning. And could you imagine my surprise when he didnt show up. Again no answers at his numbers. This company is a complete waste of time. If he didnt want the job, it would have been better for him to just say so. If he quoted it to low, he should have told us that. We are reasonable people. However, this type of action is not acceptable. Use anyone else but them.

We are satisfied with the quick response and polite employees along with the great results on our door.
