I ordered some headphones from their website. They were only about 10% cheaper than Amazon, so werent ringing any alarm bells in terms of too good to be true. I am in the UK, but had a couple of weeks before I needed them, so wasnt expecting any problems.I ordered the headphones on 10/10. They provided me an initial USPS tracking number that even a week later, said the item was still with the seller.I emailed their support and received no update for 36hrs, so I escalated the complaint with PayPal. The company were very rude and told me that they had contacted me (they hadnt) and then they provided a different tracking number, this time with Yodel (UK courier). This concerned me, as the initial tracking number was US based, but the second tracking number ended in YP (Yanwen Post) in China. They told me that I would receive the items within a week.The end of the following week comes around and now both tracking numbers say that they are still yet to be handed over by the supplier.I eventually managed to escalate the issue to PayPal and despite an initial resolution found in sellers favour, I spent 1/2hr on the phone with PayPal and got my refund.Avoid this company.

Scam site. They string you along with shipping information for packages with fake return addresses. Do not give them any of your personal information.

I live in Ireland everyone charges a fortune in shipping to get here.. Even form the UK and part of that is on the SAME ISLAND (northern Ireland) as us forget about I can see some of Wales form the beach here on a clear day.. So when this company offered free shipping on a set of light weight good quality ear phones that I could not find any where else on the inter-webs save a random corner of Russia i though it must be a mistake or a scam . I e-mailed a time or two saying as much. They responded very quickly and had my ear phones in Ireland within a month free shipping.. I recommend buying of them not had better service or price even form Amazon etc (though for obvious reasons i do not buy off Amazon any more) If you want good service good price and to support smaller businesses this is a good place to buy I will by making another purses off them soon I hope :)

Worst costomer service Ive ever used. Tried to cancel an order, and they lied to me about the status of the order and stalled for time until they could post it and it was too late.Would give zero stars if possible.

This business seems suspect at best. Communication is tentative and unfriendly, the phone line is constantly busy, and a request for tracking info more than 10 days after ordering and being told the order had shipped was met with silence. Google seems to show a photo of a residential house. I havent received the order yet and may need to dispute the charge if I dont see it in the next week.
