CVS Pharmacy experience:Acknowledged me. Nice, quick, even with only two people on a busy Sunday afternoon. I had horrible experiences with Pharmacies. They took time to answer my questions, and sincerely cared about the customers who felt nervous getting their shots.Target Cashiers, quick, nice and friendly.

Some employees were super nice but others walked around like Roosters, all puffed up, thinking they were better then others. The 3 stars are for those who made that target great but the missing 2 stars are for the others who did not show professionalism at work.

I dont usually shop at Target.Today I was in the Pasadena area and needed to get some sporting goods.I was impressed by this 2 stories Target in Pasadena location. Friendly associates, clean and they carry variety of products. From furniture, auto accessories, computer, TV, pets supplies, grocery household supplies, cosmetics, toys, video games, electronics, office supplies, shoes, and many more.Huge parking lot and its free.

I recently went to this Target location out of boredom because I tend to shop at the other location more. I really enjoyed it, it was quiet and nice. I ended up going to self-checkout when this wonderful person Peyton helped me out. She brought bags and was smiling and was really kind. She even offered to take off the hangers for me because we were in a rush and needed some extra help. She is an icon.

You can say Target is an upscale version of Walmart. This store is definitely well stocked, organized and clean. The employees are helpful and efficient at their job. Theres plenty of parking and right in the middle of Old Town so is extremely convenient. Only issue i have its the sense of false advertising i got from some sale signs promising 15% off on bath and bedding items and then not getting such discount at the register so of course i felt lied to.

Parking needs a bit of scrubbing. The store is a typical target but a bit dim on the lights (not sure why it looks bright in the picture). For older people, its harder to read the texts on product. There are discrepancies on the prices of items on the shelf and on their system. Nice staffs.

Unorganized and unhelpful. If you have an issue it’s impossible to find someone competent to fix it.

Target pasadena full of good for nothing employees. I had bought online 4 plastic plates that I was looking for a price of $0.59 on line when I did pick up wanted to buy some more and had requested for help to 3 of them and no one can help me locate those. I only had no, no, no,. It was easier and faster to me to drive all the way down to east Target to finally find what I was looking for. Pretty disappointed.

Why does Target feel like a place to take the kids? Parents know what Im talking about.

This target is actually pretty amazing minus the homeless that have been popping up a lot recently in front of the store and on there benches but that seems to be everywhere in LA now a days, really is sad. This store is my go to since i live right down the street i can easily walk so definitely a convenience for me and my family. I really do appreciate how organize they are and have everything labeled so its easy to navigate and find what i am looking for!

Customer Service - I came in for a car charger adapter that was supposed to be at the store per online inventory. However, I was unable to locate it on the shelf. The Target app said there were 2. I was just about to walk away a dissatisfied customer when along came Laura. I asked her if there was something I was doing wrong in my search and she explained that sometimes the inventory takes a while to update but that I should check with Customer Service as there might be stock in the back. Thats when things turned around! Not only did the staff take the time to walk across the parking lot for the charger I needed, I was also able to look and find a tie I thought I would have to go somewhere else for! Great job Target team! Ive tried the other guys but they always just give me the finger and say.....its over there...or...if its not there we dont have it!.... Again, thanks for the care and the help!!

If you plan to order and do drive up dont. Its faster for you to enter the store and purchase what you need. It took 45 min to get my items and everyone else that was waiting also kept getting out of their vehicles to check what was going on.

Always out of items and not smart enough to know that they are in the business of sales and if something sells,you restock that item because its moves. But not at this target,they take pride in not restocking sold out items or updating online amounts. I thought!!! I thought it would be okay to bring my daughters because I was just picking up ordered items but nope!!! When I got there, they didnt have the main item I ordered and left the house for. Argh!!! My youngest is 4yrs old and Ive had problems with this store since before she was born and wouldnt restock sold out items for months. They need to fire someone at the top and restart a new mental function of stocking items and updating the online order items. I literally have begun to hate this store because now I have to go further away to support a rachet company that doesnt support my needs. I came out during a pandemic for something and they didnt even give a dang! No apologies,no couth, no compunction, No offer of replacements. Go anywhere else unless you have someone on the inside to tell you if its stocked,which it probably wont. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!

Online ordering for pickup: Its so quick, and everything is in one place. Ordering on my Mac computer was a little odd because some of the pages looked like they were trying to load images and it wasnt working. But I found one hard-to-find item easily, and since I knew exactly what I wanted for household supplies, I could search for those easily. Then, all I needed to do was show up with my phone, announce my name at the newly-renovated Pick Up site on the 2nd floor, and everything was neatly packed and ready to go. So fast -- important if you want to limit your time in stores. (I havent tried the curbside pickup yet -- but I saw the designated parking spaces so I assume that works via text.)

Teresa went above and beyond in customer service.

Its a good place. Sure, crowded during holidays, but it is a good place to shop nonetheless. Besides, they are very diverse in heir products.

This is the very first Target store that I went to when I visited California. And this will be a hard target to beat in any City in this country. Way friendly staff. Not to mention has all the great stuff. 5 star rating all the way

I was at your store in Pasadena and your associate Michael in the toy department was super helpful and very polite and stop what he was doing to assist me. Besides them being short of staff! There should be more like him it made my day!

It is important during these times that Target is going above and beyond ensuring the safety of their employees and customers. I noticed that there is someone at the entrance keeping count to ensure allow a certain amount of customers are in the store shopping to follow social distancing guidelines. I also noticed that the friendly Target associate self check out are constantly disinfected after the use of every customer. Kennedy the Target associate that was handed the task to disinfect the self check out kiosks was helpful and friendly. Even though we are all wearing masks for our safety but I could see Kennedy smize (smile with the eyes) and provided attentive customer service. Keep it up Target hiring staff like Kennedy not afraid to offer a smize to customers.

You need to hire more people at the cashier side. The wait is horrible

This has been my go to target for close to 3 years. Everyone’s always been very friendly and helpful, until recently I had two encounters with an extremely rude employee in customer service by the name of Andres. I wasn’t gonna write a review after my first experience, but with this being the second time I felt obligated to. Someone like that shouldn’t be allowed to be dealing directly with customers.

Just the gentleman that handled the pick up. Should have gotten his name. He made it fun and easy! They were so busy but he kept up the fun attitude!

You’ll get lucky if you get your drive up items within 20 min. Waited more than an hour when I finally kindly just asked an employee about it and he was very rude and dismissive. Choose Pasadena East Target, Alhambra, or even Rosemead. They have much kinder employees and better service. One extra star for the other employee that actually brought my order, he was actually nice lol.

Its a Target, what do you expect? This store doesnt stand out in a good or bad way, its just as average as all the others. Plenty of parking though.

I get it online. Shop for my homeboy notice on site a camera watch thot it was going to be at the store but didnt see it there. But good selection though. Im from kansas as they say in the neighborhood.

This Target is awesome and has a second floor as well. The self checkouts are fast. First time coming here. A lot of great things to buy here.

Good variety of items available for purchase, but need to manage shelves with more care as regards display/placement of sale items and prices. Long lines were well managed and moved quickly for checkout. The staff that I encountered were pleasant and helpful.

Their efforts at COVID safety are poorly managed—no separate line for pickup vs browsing, “drive up” is separate and unclear, workers are Karens who want to police instead of help. I find that I only end up leaving reviews when I had an awful experience and this was one of them!

Placed an order for Order pickup and over 4 hours later- my order is still processing! For one single item!If it’s not in stock then they should cancel my order. I called guest services to try to check the status of my order and the phone rang for over a minute with no one to pick up the phone.Never experienced this before at any of the other Targets nearby.*Covid update:Self checkout registers are crowded and not socially distant. My local Target disabled every other register to ensure guests are spread out. AND a staff member sprays down and wipes after each use! I didn’t see that being done here at all. And we felt cramped while trying to checkout with another customer at the self-checkout register right next to us.

I was wanting to purchase a special beer for a friends birthday and the empty shelf indicated the store was out of stock. I asked Abe if he knew when more would be coming in and he first checked the back room for additional stock; then he went upstairs to the loading dock to see if a shipment had just come in. Im happy to say I was able to purchase the beer I was interested in and very impressed that Abe worked so had to satisfy my need. Thank you Abe and thank you Target.

The pick up process with the Target app was great. I picked the items i wanted, ordered them, then was notified when they were ready for pick up. When I arrived, I did not have to get out of my car or wait very long. All in, a great process!

This Target is my favorite. What I don’t understand is why 80% of my purchases are lower online and I have to price match with the cashiers. I do get cashiers who rudely breath out and ask me to scan and they become worse as I continue with my 80% shopping list. I was a cashier and I never was rude to the person cause that was a savings they were getting.

One worker helping guests in the pick up order line, which had about 10-15 guests, while 3-5 workers were helping the returns line which had maybe 3 people in line. Stood in the same place in line for at lest 15 min, all the while worker after worker passed thru the store and check out lines not once acknowledging anyone in line or saying someone will be right with us. Completely unacceptable and ill let everyone i know how my experience was. From now on, Delivery only for me.

This process was quick, easy, and safe. I was delightfully surprised at the quality of service. I also liked that I was able to do this using mobile.

The employees here are always willing to help. This location is clean and a great shopping experience. There are 2 levels so you will need to use the elevator if you have a cart or stroller. There are self checkout areas on both floors. Highly recommend shopping here.

I loved my experience here and the helpful staff! Richard and Stefani were the ones who helped me throughout my shopping experience here. They helped me find what I needed, consulted me on which was best, and even guided me to guest services for my return and to purchase my items. I would highly recommend this Target! Ive never been to such an amazing target.

They usually have a decent selection of what I am looking for. Prices are good. They dont beat Amazon on that respect all the time, but since my closest store added Drive Up it is also very convenient.

Good department store with most of the stuff readily available

For some reason, this Target NEVER has anything you actually need. Home and kitchen needs? None. They will no longer have it in stock. Also, one person on registers on 1st flr and either one or none on the 2nd.

Mandatory stop whenever I happen to be in Pasadena,located just a few blocks away from South Lake shopping district and equally distant from old Pasadenas main street.Clean,organized,friendly staff and as usual you can find basically anything you are looking for.

My mom isnt savvy enough to add me as a pick up person for her order, so I couldnt pick it up on her behalf. I guess they want her her to get covid.

Annoyed, they wont pick up their phones. Ive called several times to every department and none want to answer even though its ringing. They dont even put you on hold, they let it ring till I have to give up and its not just this store its other target locations

One hour picjup was 48hour pickup.... after the holidays

I saw multiple employees trying to kick a homeless guy out. Because he was “loud” last time he was there. The homeless guy stated he just wanted to be inside, (it’s cold out). How heartless smh

This is a good Target location. The employees were helpful. The only issue is parking as it is always an issue in Pasadena anyways.

Targets pickup service lets me order goods through the Target app and they bring them right out to my car when I arrive at Target. Convenient! Though groceries are not yet available :-(

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Service with an attitude! I went to the customer service desk, the young lady that greeted me first was less than warm, she had a question about my issue and the man that came to help her acted as if I was just an annoyance. God forbid he had to do anything extra. He literally took my receipt in his hand, flung his hand to the side and said, uhg! It made me so uncomfortable and as if I was gum on the bottom of his shoe. Once he looked into the issue, he said that the receipt was correct. I was confused and it clearly showed on my face, but even though the math did not make any sense, I did not push the issue because I was already so uncomfortable. He basically dismissed me by giving me my receipt back without an apology or a thank you for shopping with us. I walked away feeling so humiliated. No one should ever feel that way when you are a patron. Needless to say, I will not be shopping here anymore. I will drive a few miles out of my way to spend my money elsewhere.

An average good target store

My main and only reason was the employee Scott who assisted me was by far the best help i have ever gotten. I came in at abour 10:30 PM and he was very attentive and so polite. I really appreciated his help.

Store was busy this afternoon, no social distancing enforced, no plexiglass between workers and people like at other grocery stores. Id much rather have waited outside in a queue and had a limited number of people in the store.I came to pick up an online order, which should have been an easy contactless process. Had to walk through the whole store to get to the pick up counter. One of the items was wrong. Overall stressful experience.Dont go to the store, get things delivered.

It was quick, the person was kind, helpful and to top it off I got an unexpected sample bag. Amazing!

Fast and good customer service when ordering online.

Everything I need is pretty much always in stock, and Target carries a wide variety of products so I can pretty much get all I need (1 stop shop). Also, the Target customer service reps are always friendly. I can always find someone around the store if I have any questions about where to find a certain item, and then always shoot me to the right isle.

The drive up line was so disorganized. I had to wait nearly 20 mins for my items while others who arrived after me were promptly serviced. I notified the app when I left home and also notified upon arrival. There was more than one worker who came out with items for people who werent even at the store. Horrible experience.

Not well stocked and cashier is rude. We went into the target on Jan 6 at 2:19pm. We couldn’t find the medicine we were looking for. Then when we went to check out on the second floor self check out we got yelled at by one of the help clerk. Hire better people please.
