Got the run around for an hour over an item the staff said was discontinued and on clearance, spoke to a manager at another store and they said they sold their display the previous day, a third location said it was discontinued but they could not sell the display. Spencer wouldnt sell their display and said they should get more eventually. Doesnt make sense. Maybe its discontinued at some locations and not others, but it seems dumb to not sell a display of a functional non electric tool that you have none on the shelf and one on display. If a customer is willing to pay the posted price for it, then why not help them out and replace the display item when/if you ever get any in. It was basically zip ties to a pole with two zip ties, LOL.

I bought a power converter from Harbor Freight and it didnt work and also bought a Warranty they told me that that they could not give me my money back because it was over 90days so what good is a warrant I will never buy anything again from Harbor Freight they dont stand behind their word

Clean store and a nice friendly bunch of workers. Asked a question about one of their policies and the employee couldnt answer it. If anyone ever takes the time to ask a question, get them an answer.

A lot has changed... it used to be that there was a 20% off any one item.Now when they offer an 20% off coupon they exclude a lot of items.Its still a nice store but I dont enjoy it as much.

Well what can be said..if you need affordable tools. This is the place. They also have some really nice tool boxes to choose from.

Literally counted 4 people without a mask! Clearly states at the entrance of the store that masks are required! When I asked the cashier about the policy, she stated that Harbor Freight doesn’t allow employees to say anything to customers, only employees are told to wear them?? When I said it was a city ordinance, she then said they can ask customers to put them on but couldn’t force them too?? I then said, or you can ask them to leave the store since it’s clearly identified at the entrance. So I then get a third answer, that they have done that in the past?? But obviously not today!! I guess it just depends on the day of the week you shop here?? Good luck and if you don’t care about getting sick or getting anyone else sick, definitely shop here! Good luck!

Does this place have what you need? Yes. Will you find it in under 5 minutes? Hell no. The layout of this place is absolute trash, and the signs they have under each aisle are even worse. The workers are nice, when you can find them. Theres usually only like 2 or 3 people max in the building when theres 4 cashier boxes.

Horrible. Got there at 5:45. Walked in only to be told they are at capacity and not letting anyone else in. Stood at the door and waited until 5 customers left. I asked the guy am I good to go in now? 5 left .No you can’t go in we have to close at 6. I’m like i have 10 minutes. Sorry we can’t have customers roaming around. Company Policy.Harbor Freight is that True. Is it company policy to block customers. I would like to know. Northern Tools has some pretty good tools as well.

They sold me a welder machine that was not working, someone else returned it, when I open it some parts are missing, when y return it they want that I pay the 20% for restock, that’s stupid it’s a fraud they want I pay 146 dlls for restock

I showed up 18 minutes before closing and they already had the front door locked. 2 workers were just standing at one of the registers staring at me. I knocked on the door hoping they would open the door, but the female worker just kept shaking her head no. Total BS that Harbor Freight would allow this kind of nonsense from their employees.

4/23/21 417pm Extremely rude. Called for a inventory check. Was put on hold for 2 minutes by a girl who says you gotta give me a minute. Then hangs up on me. Call back 2 more times let the phone ring for 30 seconds with no answer. Finally get back through to same girl and same you gotta give me a minute. 6 minutes later she comes back on and says, what did you want? I tell, she says yeah, we dont have any of those. Then I hear her typing, yeah, we done have any. I say thanks all I get is yeah click. I was about to?spend close to $1000 in this store. But ill be going to another location. This chick needs to learn some customer service. Ill never shop this location again.

I like this store it is always clean, they have the tools that I want.Sure the tools are inexpensive but you can get the job done with them as long as you dont abuse them. Good for home projects. No they wont last a lifetime like high dollar top of the line tools. The employees there are always friendly and helpful.

Great store, with inexpensive tools for the DIY handyman or for an entry level helper to pick up some tools. You can find many items that will help you work on your house, automotive needs, repair a trailer, welding tools, power and hand tools, yard work tools. Sign up for their coupons and you won’t be sorry. They always have some sort of sale, and can normally find a coupon in the news paper as well.

Mid-quality tools at bargain prices. The quality is not up to top level professional standards, but the prices are much lower. The tools are perfect for home owners and might be good for a lot of pros. If you really depend on a tool, buy two or three and still pay less.

I enjoy shopping at Harbor Freight. I have found their hand tools are of equal quality to some of the more pricey tools from other name brand manufacturers. I have also purchased electrical and pneumatic powered tools as well. Many of there electrical tools do utilize old technology motors (brushes) which can present an issue. I had to trash a small metal chop saw because I could not get it fixed. As long as you are aware of what you are buying you can and will get some great tool deals. And I highly recommend becoming an Inside Track member for additional savings.

Ive been a customer of Harbor Freight for a long time but I really got a bad taste in my mouth when I went to this location this morning. I asked the manager a couple of very simple questions about an item and he gave me very short answers that really made me feel unappreciated as a customer. Not to mention I am an Inside Track Club Member since 2013 as well. I have literally spent thousands of dollars at this one location and never before was I made to feel as unappreciated as I was today. I could possibly understand it if he was super busy and was being inundated by other customers but I was one of only 5 customers at the store and he was just standing there looking at a stack of boxes. I even had a specific question about a tool being available and he just said Nope not here! Pretty poor customer service if you ask me! The rest of the staff was very nice and even made sure to greet me as I walked in the store but he was very rude and didnt offer any kind of assistance or guidance...not even to say no we dont have that but we have this that is comparable. Just no customer service in him today...

All around good. Worker must of been having a bad day, he had a attitude. Other than that the prices are good when they have deals and store is organized.

Just dont call to ask if they have something, 15 minutes before they close.Theyll just shuffle you around the store, putting you on hold again, and again, until the store closes, so they dont have to answer.They dont think we know what theyre doing, but we know lol

I usually only go for the sale items which I have a coupon for everything I buy. Outfitted my whole work area with stuff under ten bucks each.

Horrible service. Doesnt stock thing that every other Harbor Freight stocks. Manager is the worst. Went to buy a pressure washer, indicated the pressure washer we wanted to purchase to one of the employees, he went to the back and came back a few minutes later with a different one than the one we wanted, when we told him we didnt want that one he said that they were out of the one that we wanted. I said that I would just go to Home Depot and buy a Honda one instead, and suddenly the one that we had originally wanted materialized. They then informed us that we couldnt use the coupon that we had to purchase the pressure washer. The only reason people go to Harbor Freight is for cheap tools at low prices. Without the coupon the price is the same for a name brand unit from a home store. Needless to say, I did not buy it. I also was looking for some basic automotive electrical tools, and was told by the manager that they dont have them.I wont be back. I will just buy cheap Chinese tools from Amazon from now on. I liked the convenience of Harbor Freight in the past, and this is the first location of this chain that I have been to where the place was disorganized, unfriendly, and lacking in inventory.

Clean store, shelves well stocked and priced. On the cons, the aisles quite narrow, hard to walk through without knocking product over. In there defense they are ramping up inventory for holiday shopping.

Just like l thought. If you are an impulse buyer, beware - so much cool stuff, cant walk by any of them without touching them, and of course buying them. Forklift driver was very careful loading me up. Too easy!

Today was a bad visit, I asked several people that work there where some of the items were and I will sent in a completely different direction there in the opposite corner of the store just didnt only happen once and happened three separate times while I was there it seems like nobody there knows where anything really is because it was three different people that I asked thats the only complaint that I have about their store, know about their ads theyre very deceiving, the $5 tool thing is only if you spend a certain amount of money you can get the tool for $5 so dont let them think theyre fooling you dont fall for it LOL other than that its a good place if you like my review please give it a thumbs up I would appreciate that very much thank you

Many say their tools are not worth getting. I cant tell you how many times Ive been saved by purchasing their tools. I must admit some stuff is worthless but there are many more that are worth getting you out of a bind at an extremely low cost. Besides, just buy the extended warranty and you can trade in your tools if they fail you not questions asked.
