These guys are awesome. I had two leaking valves as I was changing my washing machine. At first I didnt bring enough information to them so I went back to my project, opened up the wall and took pictures. With this info they thoughtfully pulled out all the parts I would need and talked me through the process. Even one of their customers told me that this wasnt something I could do on my own (he was a plumber)! He was right. All I needed was Red Supply. If you are patient and thoughtful they will be in return. Very cool place.

Went in for a new cartridge at Home Depot and they didn’t have the specific one i needed so the employee recommended me to go here, my bathtub faucet kept leaking hot water for about two weeks now and let you know I’m not no plumber just a guy trying to save a buck on a expensive plumber call but the two gentlemen in the front desk were so helpful and they were Honest on how to go about fixing this part, they recommend me to do something different than the part I was looking for and it cost me less money than what I was originally trying to replace, I recommend this place 100% I will go here for all my plumbing needs from now on

Julie has always been very helpful to me. I have emailed her photos of things I need and she absolutely helps. When I went there she was very nice and helpful to me as well. I am far from a plumber and even further from knowing a thing about plumbing hardware and have received nothing but help from REDS. I do not agree with some of the reviews that say REDS is not helpful. two out of two times they were 100% over the top helpful. plus they have yummy popcorn and coffee!

This place has three salient properties: comprehensive inventory, consistently low prices, and encyclopedic knowledge of plumbing. They may occasionally be short-staffed. Have patience.

Went to Home Depot to find a replacement cartridge part for my Solan Flushmate system, of course they did not have it in the store.
