Its okay some stuff that can get better quality and instead of what they have when they have high quality product in there already on other things. Have a low-grade ginseng I dont understand why they dont get the same type of little vials and and better quality and higher standards.

The worker seemed like he was in a hurry. I had questions about the products but I didnt ask any more questions once I felt that dismissive vibe.

Love the variety and quality of the products BUT! Today, August 16, 2020, the young man working was wearing his face shield below his nose. I posted this out to him and he explained he wanted 100% oxygen to his brain. I find this unacceptable. He is endangering customers, not himself.

Good selection. Helpful staff. I usually go around lunchtime and it is not crowded so they help with questions on the products.

I have shopped here for months. Always had a great experience. Today was a completely different story. I went in looking for some Bang. He asked me what I was looking for, I told him. Instead of just saying, Vitamin Shoppe no longer carries that flavor, he got confrontational with me. His demeanor was rude and he was hateful. I was going to purchase other items, but after this I told him I was just going to go down the road and take my business elsewhere. He told me that I needed to do that. Completely unprofessional. I guess he was just having a bad day, and took it out on me. It was bad enough that my son even made a comment.

Store Entrance is difficult to enter during evening hours due to heavy traffic volume.

Ive shopped here for over five years. Went in to buy a pill capsule machine, after accidentally buying some powdered green multivitamins that tasted like death. they said they were out of stock and would have to wait two days for them to get in four that they had on order... No problem.I pop in two days later, about 1:30 in the afternoon and they had a stack of boxes in the back that looked like inventory. I walked up to the counter, asked about the pill capsule machine and the lady at the counter said they had a busy day and hadnt been able to check in inventory just yet and that I should come back later that day... No problem.I come back later that day, a young set of guys was working on checking everything in and searched through all the boxes for what I needed right then... Nothing there. No problem... Stuff happens. I ask when the next shipment is. They tell me they have 4 coming in on Friday... No problem.I CALL Friday, because I dont wanna waste the time going up there for nothing... Luckily I did because she informed me that they still hadnt checked in their inventory yet again, and that I should just wait until Saturday to come up there, or drive 45 minutes away to another location to get it. ... Starting to have a problem.I go camping and come back on Sunday, call and ask about the pill capsule machine and they tell me itll be here Tuesday, I expressed my growing frustration and asked her to set one aside for me when they came in, and she takes down my name and number. ... Problem subsides.I call on the following Tuesday and YET AGAIN inventory is not checked in and Im told to wait until tomorrow (wednesday) to come in and pick it up ... Problem is back.I wait until today (FRIDAY!!) to drive all the way up there and pick it up (assuming they would SURELY have arrived by then) and IT HAS STILL NOT EVEN BEEN ORDERED! The lady at the counter was talking to me with what I took for a condescending tone, like I had no reason at all to be annoyed. I eventually had to put down my credit card to have them order one specifically for me. It will be here 5 MORE DAYS FROM NOW.. this is bogus.

This is an interesting place to shop. It covers everything due to your health. Good sales too.

Upon reading last reviews I visited the store and was a little disappointed. The store and products are really organized. However the staff is not friendly, nor they are knowledgeable about their products. Ask a question and expect their eyes to be rolled and treat you like you are dumb. Walk in and expect Walmart-style clerk service. They dont care about their customers, you can walk in and walk out and they will not even greet you, or approach you. The two old ladies working there have horrible customer service at this location. Go to Nutrition Depot instead.
