7/27/17 review:As always I received excellent service by this GNC on Spencer. They care about the customer - its refreshing to experience.They waited for me because I was running behind - they even had my GNC vitamins ready! (I prefer GNC vitamins to any other name brand) Best of all? It was closing time but they still stopped and took a moment to find out more about the vitamins I chose and why. They valued my opinion - they were actually listening!After being a loyal GNC shopper for at least 10 years I only hope my answer was sufficient. I buying all supplements from here. Every time I go there, they always take great care of me.The manager is so helpful and taking her time to find whatever I want and she is so honest and kind. A great place to go! Every since I started going to the gym, Ive bought all of my supplements and powders from here. Definitely recommend it!

This GNC is run extremely well! The staff and management are great, and usually there are pretty great deals!

Wow. Just like Kristens review I got hung up on then they let the phone ring until it went to the fax. Once they finally answered, the woman was very rude. They never stock what I need but offer to order it. After several attempts they still havent gotten the items in. Never going there again. I dont have these problems at the Fairway location on Fairmont and Beltway.

This location is one of the worst which is disappointing because it’s the closest to me. I’d rather drive a little further to the location on Fairmont where the employees are friendlier and more knowledgeable. I went into the Spencer location last week to get GNC shakes and preworkout supplements. I was given completely incorrect information regarding promotions on the shakes. Then the employee refused the 20% off coupon sent to me by email simply because “he was not told anything about it and did not know anything about the coupon” even after I showed him the email. I went to the location on Fairmont a few days later where I was given the correct promotional information and they were glad to accept the coupon.

Called in to ask about an offer and got hung up on. I go to this GNC about once a week and see the same lady that works there every day. Bad customer service, will be going to the one a little more west on Spencer from now on. thanks.
