Beltane, Pasadena, easy to work with.Had a hearing test, then told about the features of the hearing aids that will prescribed for me.I felt comfortable in the office. I was even given a test fit of the hearing aid devices. I could hear the difference. Wow

I highly recommend the Beltone Pasadena office. I have found excellent service, availability to appointments, genuine friendliness & concern from all at that office. Kevin Seborg has amazing technology knowledge of all hearing aids & has been so helpful to me in explaining & fixing problems easily & efficiently. Even though this office is not most convenient for me to drive to, it is so worth the good service there. I have been a Beltone customer since 2006 at Catonsville office but became very dissatisfied when changes in personnel & availability occurred there in 2016-17 I found it necessary, upon recommendation of Pasadena office, to travel there & happy I did.

Kirk is always very helpful with issues I may have with my HA’s. It’s quick to get an appointment and I never have to wait.

My tubing was split opened and I couldn’t hear anything& by me not knowing at the time it was the tubing-I changed the batteries multiple times to no avail and you can imagine my frustration. So I decided to come to the Pasadena, Md location as I have always in the past. Mr Kirk Payne took me in immediately since he didn’t have any appointments in advance. Glory Hallelujah he was able to and did fix my tubing as it was important for me to hear my surroundings and the people I interact with.So my gratitude to Mr. Kirk Payne

Friendly and very helpful. I bought my aids from Kevin three years ago. I go in for periodic checks. I never wait long and am never charged. I even lost the rubber bit at the end of the aid! It was stuck in my ear. I was told to come over as soon as I liked and Kirk was able to easily remove it.Great team.

Kevin came to my Moms house in Severna Park to evaluate and fit her for hearing aids. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions and was very patient with my mom. He spent close to two hours with us and by the time he left we felt very comfortable with the type of hearing aid my mom will be wearing. I look forward to the appointment when she receives the hearing aid. I am confidant that the appointment will go just as smoothly. Over 15 years of wearing hearing aids, I wish I could of found them sooner and I would of saved over tens of thousands of dollars .Absolutely the best I have ever encountered.

I was Graded as soon as I came in and asked what they could help me with. I explained what I needed and within 5 to 10 minutes I had been helped and was on my way. It was lovely not to have to wait and be treated like I mattered thank you.

Kevin Seborg, at Pasadena Beltone, is one of the nicest, most professional people Ive ever dealt with. He goes out of his way to help his clients and hes very conscientious about keeping his clients safe during Covid.

My hearing aid broke during the Pandemic and my regular Ear Doctor was closed. I found this place and I am so happy I did. They got me in the same day and gave me a loaner hearing aid. I decided to go with them and order a new hearing aid since mine was old. Today I picked up my new hearing aid and I’m very happy. I highly recommend this place. L Campbell
