I have been going to Live Better Hearing in Pasadena for a few years now. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. I have always been a patient of Dr. Rebecca Book and she is excellent. Always takes the time to ask questions and answers mine. She takes great care of me and my hearing aids and goes out of her way to show me tips on getting the best hearing experience.

I can’t write about all the good things I have exasperated with this practice. I have been a patient here for more then 14 years. The staff can amaze you with the way that help you. My first hearing aid was a blessing. I never thought I would be able to afford thousands of dollars for hearing aids. The staff found that my insurance would pay the bulk of the cost. I got the hearing aids and changed my world. I am a Firefighter/EMT, I’ve been one for 29 years. I am in my 60s. Well 14 years ago this would have stoped. I am going for as long as I can, I am proud of myself for doing it. If the time comes for me to stop. It won’t be do too my hearing. Unless I suffer a traumatic injury that will cause the hearing loss. When I respond to a 911 call, I know this practice is partly the reason why I can. Most important is the sound of wife’s voice and conversations with the most important part of my life. We’ve been married for more then 38 years. Now this is my experience. I don’t know of anyone else’s. By the way, I am on my fourth pair of hearing aids.

Rebecca Book is an incredible audiologist. Not only is she thorough, but she is patient, kind & empathetic. She was supposed to see my mom for a quick 30 min follow up but ended up spending over 90 minutes with her to repeat an audiogram, clean her ears, re-program 2 pair of hearing aids, and take care of all the detailed items. My mother thinks she walks on water!

I brought my toddler in for a hearing evaluation and they were so patient and gentle with him. They really helped to get him scheduled when they were booked up and went through multiple locations watching for cancelations to get him scheduled and we were able to get him in faster. I love the staff and our experience there.

The dr is very patient and answers all my questions about my moms hearing. She didnt try to up sell us on an unnecessary device. Would highly recommend Live Better Hearing and Dr Book!

I’ve been going here for the past 15 years. Staff and Dr Book are very friendly and professional. They make me feel part of the family. I’m moving soon to Tennessee and I’m going to miss them.

Dr. Rebecca Book is very nice and very thorough; Ive been going to LBH for several years and have never had a bad experience with anyone in the office (Theresa, the office coordinator, is great, too!). In addition, Dr. Book has given me back the joy of hearing clearly (for which I am very grateful) and I highly recommend her.

I am so glad I called Theresa. My Father is in a Rehab facility due to Kidney Failure and Dialysis. Theresa was nice enough to correct the problem with my Dads hearing aids on the spot while I waited. These are Professionals and understand what real customer service looks like. Dont even think about going anywhere else . This is the place to go. Thank you Theresa for helping my Father when he was in need.

What a remarkable audiology office within the Live Better Hearing family--the owners, Drs. Jen and Ross should be proud! Teresa, the office manager wonder had extended a ray of hope when she informed me of a newly opened slot--hooray, to a step closer of not feeling vulnerable with only one functioning aid! Dr. Karlee Ertter and student, Erin broadened that sunshine with a grounding sense of security, influx of knowledge, and exuded compassionate empathy. Delighted to have found my go-to for all of my hearing loss needs!

Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I had to go back several times for a new ear tip. They never complained and Dr. Karlee took as much time as I needed until I felt comfortable with the ear tip. Highly recommend Live Better Hearing!

Dr. Ertter, is by far the best audiologist I have had. Until I became a patient of hers every audiologist struggled to get my hearing aids to work correctly. Granted the technology has improved over the years but she understands what she is doing and why she is doing it. Best yet - by far!!!

It was a great experience and the staff is very accommodating.

I wasn’t looking forward to learning how bad my hearing was; nor long, drawn out hearing tests with antiquated equipment by someone steeped / stuck in “old school” ways . . . Surprise, SURPRISE! That was certainly not the case with LBH in Pasadena, MD! Tests were quick & easy, equipment was more modern than any I’ve seen, and Dr. Karlee Ertter and assistant Ms. Teresa McGroarty were a breath of fresh air (friendly, professional, knowledgeable and fast :o). I will most certainly be back!

I was only in the waiting room, because we were there for my dad, but it was a nice place. They were all very nice and attentive, and it was very clean. We were in and out quickly and the chair was really comfortable. I told them I would leave a review, so here it is.

I had a wonderful experience at Live Better Hearing in Pasadena. Karlee was polite, conversational, and very proficient at her job. She effortlessly ran me through the gambit of hearing tests, all without flaw or unnecessary delay. I was in and out in under an hour, and am more than reassured that should the need arise again, my hearing is in good hands.

Incredible overall experience. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing and the service is top of the line. Dr. Karlee Ertter went above and beyond to diagnose my hearing problems and recommend the proper treatments. She is very patient, thorough and listened with interest to what I had to say (all of which in my opinion is rare in a doctor visit these days). Will absolutely be going there for all of my hearing needs in the future. Highly recommend!

We love Dr. Book. She is fantastic with kids. Dr. Book has been treating my daughter since age 3 for her hearing issues. Seven years later and we still love her!

I have been going to see these guys every six months for several years now. They are always so friendly and courteous,(Hi Charli!) and have taken the time to explain what the various machines to, what the different readings mean, the pros/cons of various levels of hearing aids (and why I dont necessarily need the most expensive or even anywhere close), and have even provided coffee when I needed it. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs audiology services.

Dr was so excellent and she used note pad to talk with me. i am deaf, she is very wonderful and have good idea to use note pad. that is best convenience, that I dont need interpreter because it was not too complicated. She knows what to do. She is an extreme wonderful dr that I had

I have been a patient at HSG for over 4 years. I have received excellent care from the doctors and staff. To date, Dr. Book has taken care of my fathers hearing needs, my sons testing needs, my husbands vertigo issues, as well as my hearing needs. The office staff is always kind, friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend HSG.

My experience at HSG could not be better. From my first consultation to my second follow-up after having my hearing aid for three weeks, I have been impressed with my care. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Most questions are answered before I even ask them. The program and connection to my insurance has been seamless.
