Had a routine maintenance/checkup for my hearing aids this morning. As usual, staff was attentive, pleasant and helpful. They seem to be following careful Covid safety procedures. They took the time to patiently answer all my questions.
Excellent all the way.. Hugo is knowledgeable, introduced and explained the different options clearly.. Explained the battery program. Setup..Very patient, answered all my questions..highly recommended.
FANTASTIC! From the moment we called Hear USA to make an appointment to when my 97yo Mom walked out of the shop with her new hearing aids, the experience was smooth, lovely and thoroughly professional. Hugo, the hearing aide specialist was so patient and kind and funny with Mom. He helped her understand what type hearing aid he was offering to her, helped her put them on and very patiently described how to use them and re-charge them. He was just terrific!
Very friendly, very efficient, and explained everything well. It was a pleasure dealing with Hugo Cordon. He made recommendations and even helped when I had trouble with my cell phone provider and issues with their service.Great job
I forgot to bring my hearing aids, the purpose of my visit! The staff was very gracious, & gave me time to retrieve them at home. There was a modest wait when I returned but the patience, wisdom helpfulness of the audiologist was outstanding. In particular, I learned my hearing aids had Bluetooth capacity, The audiologist also managed to squeeze in a hearing test & inform me that there was no change in my hearing. It’s a new team & and a great team at the Pasadena’s HearUSA. John

I had a very good experience here with Hugo, the hearing aid dispenser, and the (also HA experienced) assistant, Hilda. They did not try to upsell me as another HearUSA did, and were genuinely nice, patient, interested in being of service, and have a positive, welcoming attitude. I have no hesitation in sending my family and friends to this location.
I just came off of Pasadena City Health Department quarantine due to COVID-19 exposure by Hugo and Hilda at Hear USA in Pasadena. I was the last customer to meet with Hugo on Thursday, September 17th. On Friday, September 18th, the office was closed and Hilda called me via her own phone and left a voicemail stating the office was closed. I called nearby HearUSA offices and was only told the Pasadena location was closed until October 5th. No one was able to tell me anything other than their provider has a family emergency and is not returning. On Monday, September 21st, I still could not schedule an appointment for an issue with the new hearing aid. I finally got a hold of Mate, a region supervisor, who casually informed me that Hugo was COVID-19 positive and that Hilda was in quarantine. No calls to me, no calls to other clients who were exposed...which is what he told me...only him stating we have a lot of employees we need to notify who we care a lot about. But I guess there was no priority in calling the last client who had Hugo fitting her with the hearing, in close proximity, in a closed room? Hugo went to work at the Pasadena HearUSA having been exposed and/or tested, but not informing anyone? HearUSA corporate supervisor, Dr. Adams, had been helpful, until I notified Pasadena Health Department, which told me that HearUSA never informed them of the COVID-19 exposure and shutdown. Thank you to the Pasadena Health Department for communicating with HearUSA regarding their lack of outreach on many fronts. We are in a tough time right now. But why are employees like Hugo going to work when they are suspected to be COVID-19 positive? Why did HearUSA not immediately call me and other clients seen that last day at least? How can we trust HearUSA locations?
