I have know Ken for a good number of years because he has given me 3 sets of hearing aids. He and his staff have been very helpful with all of my needs. I get greeted with Denise who has been with Ken for a few years and She does a swell job in getting me to the office when there is a need and by the way she keeps the office is a very professional order. Laura is amazing. She provided total attention to my moms (as well as my own) hearing issues. She has amazing patience, kindness, attentiveness, calm, clear communication skills, uses positive language, and is an expert in the field of audiology. She is a wealth of information and never hesitates to help and share useful information when it comes to hearing issues. She gives us so much quality time. We just really appreciate her. I’m very impressed with how caring and professional this office is.I work as an interpreter and I am sent to different medical facilities by my agency to provide interpreting services. A while back, I interpreted for patients who had been sent to Miracle Ear in Pasadena, CA. Lora Lee was very thorough and knowledgeable, and I could tell that she cared about the patients she was consulting. Because of my work, I see a lot of health care providers and this level of care is not very common.Recently, my mother had hearing issues and I thought of Miracle Ear. I took her and the service there, as I hoped, could not have been better.
