I would really not recommend this mattress store. We bought a tempur pedic medium firm mattress. From them they said they honored all the tempur pedic website and policies. When I found this mattress too soft after a couple weeks instead of the 175$ dollar fee tempur pedic has on the website I was told the restocking fee would be 20% of my purchase then the additional cost would be applied. I was quoted over $700 dollars to exchange our mattress. I feel like the customer service was pretty bad and actually on the verge of being shady. I would not recommend this company. They are not trying to make the customer satisfied just in it for the money. Also in my second visit both sales room member didn’t not have masks on but then rushed to put them on which did not help me feel safe or comfortable. Also on this visit didn’t not suggest any protective barrier to test mattresses. Go to a more reputable mattress store.

Mike was super helpful the first time we came in. He suggested we try a new frame instead of selling us a bed we didn’t need. He naturally earned out business when, just a few months later, we decided we needed a new mattress as well. Mike has great knowledge of how the mattresses support different body types and directed us towards multiple options that would work. He never pushed any based on price and made concessions based on being repeat customers. On top of it all, Mike juggled 3 different customers at the same time while maintaining his calm while delivering great service to all of us. We were able to pick up 2 mattresses and will be back soon to replace 3 more. Thanks Mike!!

When I purchased the mattress from the Casper, I thought going into a shop is a old trend. After using trendy mattress over a month, I realized that my back problem was getting worse so that I went to Mattress city to try the mattresses out. Michael gave me really detailed explanation one by one and helped a lot to choose the right mattress for me.For most of the people, the trendy mattress will work. My daughter is using another Casper mattress and she is fine with it, but people who has back problem or having issues with sleeping, I strongly recommend to go to this store, look for Michael, and test the mattresses out.I am the person who never writes a review but after in-store experience, I felt that it was really helpful and made right choice.Once again, thank you Mattress city!

Quality matresses with great service.

Very unprofessional staff (Michael and Anthony I believe was his name) . Prices are too high, salesmen felt like he should be working at Pepes auto mall on Valley Blvd selling salvage title vehicles at full book value... Wouldnt recommend to anyone.. Oh and it had to have been 85° in the store. With prices that high you think theyd at least run the AC.
