Love that these mattresses are organic! My friend recommended them to me and I decided to buy a pillow from them first to try it out. It is SO comfortable I am now looking into getting a mattress as well!

I shopped around for a couple months on a new mattress and stumbled across Palmpring. I ended up buying a cal king Puri mattress. Camilla was very friendly and helpful during and after the whole process. Everything from our first encounter to when the mattress was delivered to my house was seamless and perfect. I had to add on a foundation and mattress cover at the last minute, and she was able to include those with our delivery. I was a little skeptical at first of the comfort level of this mattress, since it is firmer than my old mattress, but after sleeping on it for the past couple weeks, this is THE best mattress I have ever slept on. I dont wake up as much during the night, and I dont toss and turn as much either. On top of all that, it is all natural and 100% organic. No outgas like you get from the memory-foam mattresses. Wish I would have bought this mattress sooner.

After spending a lot of time looking for a new mattress, I decided to give a try at a Palmpring mattress (Cal King). There are other brands made with similar materials and/or characteristics, but I chose Palmpring primarily because mattresses are made in the US and their claims are verifiable. I stopped by at the Pasadena showroom location to try out. For me, latex mattress are usually too firm. One of my family members has a similar one, which I find way too firm. Same here. but once a mattress topper was laid out on top, that was it for me. It was a great balance of firm and soft providing a good support for my back. I chose to purchase Palmprings mid-firm mattress. It was quite expensive for me but I figured it was an important purchase for myself. For a first few days, unfortunately, the mattress was too firm. I slept on my pillows. This is where it turned surprisingly pleasant. I called Palmpring and explained the situation to see if I could exchange or return. Restocking fee was too high and it was nearly impossible or not worth trying to either return or exchange it after only 2-3 days. I thought I was stuck with an expensive and useless mattress. But the team at Palmpring explained about the break-in period and offered to sell the topper at a reasonable price. Although that was not what I originally wanted or planned to do or spend, I really wanted to give this mattress a try, so I bought the topper. It solved all my problems and I have not had any problems since then. The mattress with a topper was what I originally tried at the show room, and now I have an option for softer or firmer bed. It was a process, but I appreciate Pamperings willingness work with me to solve my issues with the purchase. They believe in their own products and are willing to prove it to customers, so overall I had a great experience. And its been about 4-5 months, I am very much enjoying my new bed.

Ive been using a Palmpring mattress for over 5 years and its truly the best mattress. I wanted a new one so I went to the Pasadena showroom and the customer service was unbelievable. The workers were so kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this mattress.

Love their matress. safe and hard. my back always hurt because we just got a baby. so i bought 3 organic coconut mattressws from them. one for my babys room（i sleep with him sometimes) one for master bedroom, and one for guestroom (our parents like hard mattress too)

We bought a Cal King mattress from Palm Pring about a year ago and we love it! One of the reasons we decided to purchase from this company was because their product truly is clean! I was looking for a mattress that was both natural AND comfortable and was struggling to find something that felt similar to memory foam without the toxic chemicals. The organic latex combined with the coconut fibers is the perfect mixture of soft vs hard and the mattress can be customized to your personal needs. We got the Colva mattress with the mattress topper. It’s been treating us well so we decided to add a little upgrade and purchase the mattress pad that can be used on top of the topper and latex pillows. Camilla helped me choose the best pillows for our needs and was very easy to work with. She even showed me some of the new products they have (including a dog bed and yoga mat) and I can’t wait to see the finished product. I would definitely recommend Palm Pring.

I purchased this organic and non-coiled mattress two years ago. Im strongly recommending this mattress to my patient ever since laying down onto this one. Im an acupuncturist and my specialty is spinal disorder. As you expected 90% of my patients have spinal problem - back pain, neck stiffness etc. Some of my patient have bought this mattress and theyre all satisfied with the quality and they said it helped their pain very well.If you have spinal problem, you should invest some money on the mattress which you must lay down at least 6 hours a day, Its important than your fancy high heels or shiny watch.

We needed to replace a 15 year old mattress and started looking for an organic alternative. A web search led us to the Palmpring showroom on Green St. in Pasadena. We spent alot of time with the salesperson, who was actually the CEO, Kamilla, and learned about the mattresses and materials used. We ended up buying the Colva, and a matching foundation. We absolutely love our new bed, and we joke all the time about how it is calling us and are always saying Is it time for bed yet? We do sleep better and dont worry about spending so much time on a mattress full of chemicals and chemical gassing off. The showroom is lovely, the mattress and foundation are very well made, and their factory is right here in Los Angeles.
