Worse customer service I have experienced in a long time. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I walked in and was stared at by two sales associates without any greetings until I spoke first, mind you, I was at least 12 feet from the door. And they seen me walk in. Yes it was 7:55 but if you not want customers before closing, lock the door, you are supposed to be welcoming to all customers.

My wife and I purchased over $5000 worth of furniture in May 2020 and had it delivered in June 2020. Today, I heard a noise when putting the footrest down on the recliner. I turned it over to find a spring had come off. Now it no longer rocks, and leans to one side. I called and Moses is offering to send 2 guys to fix it. That is customer service, and will keep us buying from there again and again! Thanks Moses!

Awhile back I purchased a living room set. When we first got there William didnt even greet me and my son. After looking for a little bit I saw what I wanted and asked if I could put it on layaway cause I did want to make the complete payment until I was sure to pay other expenses I had. This guy was tending to my son and catering to him like he had the money which he didnt even have job I guess I looked poor and didnt have money. When he saw I had a lot of money he was begging for 5 stars and promised a discount if I gave it to him. I thought no not with treatment you gave me got my furniture paid in 3 wks and when I got there to pick it up they couldnt find my order waited 45min. and finally they loaded the truck and told me dont remove the plastic when I got home it was the very couches I didnt like. I said this wasnt what I ordered. Never again. He begs for 5 stars and promises discounts if you give them. Makes me wonder about all his 5 stars reviews. William treat ALL your customers with common courtesy and kindness you lost a big sale from me. My husband has a very good job out the Port of Houston as a crane operator. You could have made thousands of dollars from me. But whether it was cause I didnt look like I had money or you just didnt like the way I looked oh well doesnt matter, Your lost not mine.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a big smile everyone here is just so amazing and friendly, as I walked in I was also ask what I was looking for and instantly helped me and I just felt loved here. I knew i wanted a two piece couch and they just gave me exactly what I was looking for, And when I mean they I mean Mr. William he is a salesmen here and if your looking for something here ask for him. Amazing sweet man. Definitely only shopping here and going to him.

Sàbrina deserves all the accolades for getting our business. There were 3 ladies talking by the front door when we entered and Sabrina was the only person to greet us. She answered all our queries, gave us space to shop in comfort but was ready and available when we had a question. We were going for one item (one twin bed) and walked out with an even better deal on mattresses and bed rails! I need to do some price comparisons. They have no name brands. And they are not cheap. Need to comparison shop at other places to determine if the price is a value.

This place was great. I was looking for living room furniture and I ultimately purchased from here after visiting about 6 different stores. I can be a bit indecisive when it comes to shopping for long term items, but William was very patient with me. I was hungry before going into to the store and when I mentioned it to my mom, William even provided all of us food and drinks. They packed the items on the truck and was careful in their handling of the items. He was awesome. The place is clean and they have a variety of price points. Make sure you check them out.

One star rating because i cant do less ppl please dont buy from here after i purchased my mattress first day sleeping on it i had bite marks all over .Bed bugs.. called and they gave me another mattress mine was pillowtop this one was reg for same price they insulted me by making it seem like it was our home ..... they have mattress with plastics that looked tampered do not buy be aware this is stuff that hasnt sold bfore covid 19 and has been sitting there way longer do not take chance

Found some of the same items they had for much lower prices elsewhere. The salesperson was really nice, but was with us the entire time we were in there trying to push a sale. We had no opportunity to be alone and just look.

Great experience! William was very helpful and informative and while we were having difficulty finding the right pieces, he was patient and considerate. We ultimately found a great bedroom set and William arranged the delivery.The delivery team, both of then named Eric, were very professional and courteous. They were very careful carrying in the furniture, negotiating through a tight 90 degree turn without a scratch.Two of the pieces were found to have issues (upon being unwrapped after unloading) that were attributed to oversights by the manufacturer (and not a reflection on Value Furniture). I called William and he promised to get the replacement pieces delivered the following business day.That little hiccup aside, we found the furniture to be beautiful and were very pleased with the overall experience.

The prices are good but the quality us bad! So you get what you pay for. I bought a kind size bed and then not even a year later the bed is like lopsided i called and they said they would look at it then i call to ask if they would and the guy said im going to change it for you but call me back so i called back like 2 times and he kept saying oh they havent returned the call my husband call and he tell my husband i wouldnt stop calling that he already said no!. I also got a sofa its been 9 months and its already breaking apart. No no never again
