Ive been going to this ink store for over 2 years. The gentlemen that work there are knowledgable, informative, and pleasant to work with. Ive saved a lot of money by getting my ink from there and its quick and easy. Recently, my all-in-one printer died and they gave me great advice on which printer to replace it with. Im glad to support small business, all the while getting better prices than the corporate stores and better, more personal service as well. I highly recommend this shop.

Was told that he was working from home, would call me back, I was willing to spend 200.00 on an ink cartridge, the man gave me his HOME address where I could only pay cash, then go to a warehouse to pick up my cartridge. I deal with this company in another state and I have never had any issues. This man is rude and unprofessional. The staff is kind and extremely helpful, the owner offered us some insightful tips and tricks and even replaced our inkjet printer to laserjet which was a huge plus. Very satisfied with the service!

This company in Pasadena sold me an empty color cartridge and a less than half black ink cartridge. I called and told about my plight. I was told I could exchange. I requested a refund. I was told bring the products w/ the receipt. I took the defective cartridges and the receipt to the location on Wilshire as I was working in that area and was told it would be fine. The clerk called Omar the owner of both stores who instructed the clerk to call the Pasadena store. I was asked to provide my debit card (Which was how I paid) and the money would be credited to my account. That was 36 days ago. Ive contacted Omar who tells me their Card Processor entered the money in my bank account and the bank is holding my money!! The bank has no deposit from these guys and yet they insist their Card Processor did and its out of their hands. Well, I dont rob people and I will not let these crooks rob me. The products were defective and the obvious lie told to me several times by Omar is ridiculous. Ive contacted their Corporate office and still no refund. I would suggest to anyone who wants customer satisfaction to NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH Cartridge World. ---Since posting this negative review, I must admit that I have received my refund to my account. Im not sure wherein the problem was however I did get full credit which I am pleased about,. The cartridges I purchased still sucked but You do get what you pay for. My apologies to Omar for cursing him out.

Cartridge World is a friendly, environmentally aware computer cartridge store; the persons at the counter are eager to assist, theyre 100% into recycling so theyre respecting our good earth, and theyre conveniently well stocked. One thing to remember, the store is closed on the weekend.

Ive been a customer at the Pasadena location for over 5 years although I dont visit often but maybe 1 time a year. The last Vist at this place I received my cartridges with out a box fine- two weeks later expecting to print out my sons report and come to find out it prints out very light and can barely read his report- now how sad is that to pay $50 for empty cartridges and go to kinkos to print his report cause Cartridge World gave empty cartridges and they couldnt do a thing about it!! So DO not pay them a visit!!!#lame

I decided to try Cartridge World in Pasadena after my husband suggested it to save a few dollars on ink purchases since I need to buy so much in my occupation. I was a sceptic until I tried them, and I learned something new about refill cartridges. I used to think I was cheated out of my money anytime I purchased a refill instead of the name brand cartridge for my printer until I did what the manager at the store told me to do when printing stopped halfway through my job. The key to using refills is to press and hold the Stop button on the printer when printing stops halfway through use of the cartridge, and printing continues from that point forward. For some reason printing always pauses with those cartridges. Refills are a good investment when you just need to finish a print job you started, you need to save a few dollars, or only have enough cash to purchase a refill. Cartridge World is my alternative to OfficeMax or Office Depot where the lines are always at a standstill when I only need to get in and out.
