I dropped off a return package at the Office Depot desk and didnt get ANY receipt or paperwork. When I asked for a receipt the guy behind the counter said I had a return shipping label taped to the package and that was all I needed. While I was still objecting the Fed-Ex guy came in and he handed him the package (two rugs taped together the way I received it.) I got NO paperwork from Office Depot or Fed-Ex.I was only credited for 1 rug from the return, costing me over $100. Since I had no shipping paperwork, to document my return, the rug company would not reimburse me. Thanks Office Depot for hiring an incompenentnincompoop.
The clerk was very helpful with processing my printing order however FedEx wanted to charge me an extra $15 for a rush order fee even though they werent rushed. I was told if I didnt want the rush order fee I would have to pick them up the next day even though my order was ready when I left. Why would I bring my business back when they are going to resort to these greedy tactics. I only needed about 100 copies. I sure miss the old days.

Worst FedEx Office experience yet. I utilize print and go multiple days per week.Due to using different paper weights, I couldnt use self serve. There were three staff members there and I was told to go to another location, because one staff member was working on a big project.This is unacceptable. Im a frequent at the Rice Village location and Frisco-Main St location. Annie over at Main St - Frisco could teach this staff a little bit about customer service.
I have gone there before and the customer service was fine but we went in on Tuesday to drop off a package and 2 ladies in the front were so rude. I understand the COVID-19 precautions but it would be nice to explain that to customers that way they understand and happily respect the 6 feet distancing.Instead they were telling the customers in the rudest way to step back. At the time I heard her it was an old man and thats even worst. Then they kept asking if anyone needed to drop off and I wasnt sure and when I read I didnt need it and gave this other guy my package she was like I asked you!! If I would have known I would have given it to her before. They need to understand that we dont all KNOW the answer and we have questions. I will never go back unless I absolutely need to I prefer UPS down the road where they are always super helpful and nice. I understand having a bad day but its not our fault.
Fed Ex, Fairmont, Pasadena, TexasI am here getting a document corrected and copies made right now and Devon, customer representive, is here helping me patiently. This guy is awesome. I couldnt get the right email on my phone to send a document and he took care of this Grandma without a complaint. Fed Ex you have the best most patient, hard working employee here working for you on Fairmont in Pasadena, Texas. I hope your company reads this and gives him a bonus! Thank you Devon for helping me and all the other customers who came in all at one time. Now this is what you call great customer service!

Very personable and helpful. My project took a bit of time, so I also had the privilege of seeing how they treat customers in general. AWESOME. About 5 people came and went while I was there, everyone commented the same. Kudos!

I recently went into this store for the first time and was greeted by the most pleasant and helpful staff. I met Tammy who went out of her way to ensure I had everything properly labeled and ready to go. This is what customer service is all about.
Slowwww service. Have 1 person working. She was useless by herself. Line of people waiting for service. She needed more help. Then the lady asks customers, do you need this done now? No lady!! Im just here to hangout!!! I wasnt looking for super speedy service, but I didnt want to wait an house to scan 15 pages.
The system was down. I couldnt use the printer. I couldnt use my credit card. The lady was very nice and helpful. She printed my sheets from her computer. But I had to pay cash which it was a little incovenient because I usually dont carry cash with me.
Tammy is the only person that makes this place great. Shes always friendly and helps me box up my stuff. A+++The other three employees the two guys and the Mexican girl are lacking. Either parking their personal cars in the closest spot to the door or coming in disheveled or not offering a drop off receipt.

It was great the lady behind the counter was a little swamped but her professionalism was exceptional today and helped me with everything that I needed.
These folks are great! I felt like they went above and beyond in their service, and my package was delivered 300 miles away in 14 hours on standard ground freight 3 days before Christmas. Thanks!!!
I got very good service every time I went in. I like how they package my stuff in boxes. Highly recommended them.
This place is a fraud. Don’t go there to print. They told me to send my stuff to their email and told me I will receive and automated email once they receive it which I did but deliberately told me they didn’t receive my mail after a long wait. The lady told me to use their computer which of course is not free and then later charge 55 cent per print which she told me it was 25 cent.

Friendly staff but systems down and if they were up there would have only been one person working on Saturday. Regardless though I was able to get a package dropped off for shipping
I have used this place several times to ship packages. The people are friendly and the service is good except they never have enough employees it is always one or maybe two people and sometimes you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for them to wait on you.
The best thing about this place is a great way to keep up with all these people who are only two of my favorite thing to do

Every time I come here at night it’s horrible service. The lady at the counter literally told me “well I can’t do that for you, I have four other customers and I have other things I need to get done...” seriously? I just needed to print something out. I will never give this fed ex my money.
