Absolutely horrible customer service at the front counter to the point I took my car elsewhere. I made an appointment, I came the evening before to drop off and give them the run down. This guy clearly hates his job. Im getting excuses and attitude from the guy who appears to be running the joint as to why the work wont be done before I even gave him my keys. Avoid like the plague!

GT tire is the best auto repair shop Ive found in or around Columbus. Ive taken my Mustang there 3 times now and everytime the experience and service has been fantastic! Most recently I had my car there for an alignment after I had recently installed lowering springs on the car. Well come to find out I installed a part the wrong way. They were willing to work with me on the alignment price because I needed to bring the car back a second time. I fixed the part myself and took the car back for the alignment. They were nice enough to not charge me full price for two alignments. I will continue taking vehicles here in the future! They are a top notch shop!

The customer service is great, they get to the point quickly and efficiently. Their prices are soooo much better than any place I’ve ever taken our vehicles. If something about your car stumps them they research the issue and figure it out. I’ve never felt ripped off or taken advantage of at GT Tire, they have always been incredibly honest with me. They’ve got a loyal customer in myself and my family and I’d recommend them to anyone!

Gary and Tony are great people. They always let me know what is a immediate repair and what can wait. They are up front with the cost. They will work with me on doing the repairs that I can manage in my budget. I moved out of the Pataskala area but still take my cars to them, honest and caring people are worth the extra effort.

Very good service at this business. After having a flat tire in Pataskala I had to drive from the Duke to GT Tire and was originally told that they were too busy to assist me and could only inflate my tire, however, after talking to a mechanic he was able provide me with a new tire.I highly recommend GT Tire in Pataskala if you have problems with your vehicle.

We’ve exclusively used GT Tire for all of our cars for about as long as they’ve been in business. On this visit, as with all others, Tony understood exactly what we needed (tires for a car that won’t last as long as the tires) and gave an estimate that was exactly what we ended up paying.

Have always had excellent service from GT, and we have spent thousands of dollars there over the years. We have never been sold something that we didnt need, so I can say that I have never felt as if I have been taken advantage of. I like to do as much of my own auto maintenance as I can, and they have always done right by me when I needed a little assist here and there to get the job done...even when I bring my own specific specialty oil for regular oil changes.The staff are friendly, and have only had to direct me elsewhere for specialized service a couple of times over MANY years. This is a busy shop, so dont expect walk-in availability. Years ago that seemed to be possible, but not nowadays as they seem to have quite a following. Just plan ahead...they are flexible with dropoffs and appointments.Labor prices are pretty typical I think, and I have never needed to return for a failed service/repair. The work has always been done right the first time.Tell Tony I said hello. 👍

September 6, 2019 - Once again Tony and his team completed the work on time, at a reasonable price and with customer satisfaction a prioritySeptember 6, 2019 - This store is a gem. Ive been there about 5 times and every time the cost, work performance, and timeliness was outstanding. This time it is an oil change for our Equinox. Without prompting, they checked to determine if the tires we had previously purchased from them needed rotated. They didnt, but had they needed rotated it would have been done at no cost.I bought a set of 4 tires for my Civic in March 2018. Great price, service and friendly people.I bought a set of 4 tires for my Tundra in August 2018 and had a brake issue fixed. Once again the price, service and customer experience were top rate.In May 2018 they plugged a compact utility tractor tire for me for $10. They were super nice and completed the job a couple of hours after I dropped the tire off.

GT Tire and Auto was recommended to me by a friend after I had a horrible experience at another shop. I cant begin to express how wonderful it is to have a place that services my car that can be fully trusted. They are great at communicating my cars needs, providing options and getting approval for all work. The facility is very comfortable, and I like that I can work while I wait since they have wifi. Great place! Great service! Great people!

Would not recommend this place for quick tire fixes. Live 2 hrs away and was passing through, got a flat. The guy here said he didnt know when he would be able to look at my tire, just whenever they could get to it.

Great service, great pricing, never rude. This establishment is quite the gem actually, hidden off route 16 in plain view, with a huge waiting area and building. They have a storage area for tires, used and new. If you need a tire this is the place to go, they also do many other services to vehicles for a fair price. You will have to book in advance for most services as they are always well booked. Typically though that is a good thing, right?

GT Tire has become a Pataskala staple for everything automotive.I have never taken a car or truck to them with a problem that wasntable to be resolved in a timely manner. My entire family comes here.

I live in Columbus, but GT Tire is by my moms house and I take my pickup to them any time I need a repair and have the ability to get it there. I havent ever found a more honest shop and thats exactly why Im happy to support them. Most recently, I had purchased the oil and filter to do my own oil change, but the drain bolt was frozen and I couldnt get it off. GT was happy to use the products I had already purchased and only charged me $30 for the oil change and drain bolt replacement. They were incredibly kind when I picked it up and the guy who worked on my truck mentioned a few other non-critical things he noticed and how much I could expect to pay for the parts if I wanted to fix it myself or have them do the work for me. You really cant get any better than that.

I have all my cars serviced at GT Tire as well as buy tires here for my vehicles. The do a great job at a reasonable price. Check their website for coupons before you go in for tires or service.

I go to GT Tire for all of my mechanical work. I needed exhaust work done. I went to another garage just for an estimate only. I then made appt. with GT Tire. Not only did they fix the problem, it was $200 less than what I was quoted from other place. The honesty and great workmanship are 2 of the biggest reasons GT Tire is my garage of choice.

I wont take my car anywhere else. Becky is always so nice and Tony is always so helpful, theyve become like family. I normally just go in for tires & oil changes but last week my Lexus started making a noise & smelled like something was burning. I parked my car & got out and noticed an abundance of oil under my car so I immediately called Tony to see if I could have it towed to him. Not only did he fix the blown oil line but cleaned all the oil off of the engine, brakes, and exhaust. He saved my car! I am so grateful to GT Tire for allowing me to be able to continue to drive my car and not have to buy a new one! You guys are the best! Keep up the good work!!

I bought a new set of BRGoodrich All Terrian T/A K02 tires on 11/11/2015 and the service was good. They were a little short handed that day but I still didnt have to wait that long for them to get the tires installed and me on my way. I found the tires cheaper at another location and they were willing to work with me on the price which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommended going here. I will be coming back in the future!

Terrible Service, Extremely rude talking about me while waiting in the waiting room they didnt know I was the customer. Making up excuses not to do my alignment that they said they couldnt do. So I took my car somewhere else to do the alignment and it worked out perfect. Will never give a dime to these guys

They are nice people here. I would usually go to the dealer for car problems, but I live nearby and had them look at a tire leak we had on the van last week. They determined the problem was the tire pressure monitoring sensor which they replaced. Total cost was ninety dollars plus tax.When I left their shop after picking up the car, an error on the dash chimed and reported Check TPM System. I figured the system needed to reset so I just drove it a while. The error ended up chiming on at every ignition startup after that. A couple days later it started chiming at startup like it was before AND during random times while driving. I gave them a call and they are going to look at it again (I will drop off and they will try to look it over next day).I will update my review on how it goes. If all goes well this will be one of the primary places well bring our cars in the future. Thus far they have been nice and helpful and Tony who works there took some time to elaborate on the problem during the initial tire fix. Prices included for folks who are price shopping fixes in case you want to see what these services might run you (of course different cars/situations will likely incur different costs).Just an update -- been almost a year and never had a problem with the tire issue again after they fixed. Will be using this shop as needed in future.

I have lived within 10 min of this place and have used them over the years from time to time and each experience was just as bad as the next when it came to customer service. The receptionist is wonderful, but the men that run that place are consistently bad tempered, sarcastic jerks. Ive just recently made my last attempt and mistake of taking my truck to these people to work on. Each time I go in and have this experience, I just think maybe it was a bad day for them and I give them another chance. The chances have run out and I truly dont know how this place stays in business with the self-righteous, snotty attitudes of these guys. Unbelievable....if you are that unhappy taking care of the general publics auto problems then maybe you should find another career. And dont make people feel like dirt because their vehicle needs work....THATS YOUR BUSINESS....TO WORK ON BROKEN VEHICLES!!
