I went there purchased a new phone..person behind counter said she will download my contacts and photos to new phone. 2 mins later she hands me my phone back.i said all contact and photos are on new phone. She says yes, foolish me didnt check. No photos downloaded to new phone, now I have to go back and have photos downloaded. Seems its always something when I deal with them
