Ive had the pleasure to work with Joe on 2 separate occasions over the past 4 years of ownership with my car. The man does really good work with the repairs, and the repair bill comes out very reasonably priced every time. Every day, I received status updates on the car, with numerous pictures and explanations on the damage and the repairs. He was even able to get the sparkles on the black paint on my car replicated 1 to 1 with the original panels. Im very happy to have worked with an honest, easy going guy on what would be a very stressful situation.

Took my daughter’s car in for an estimate for some “new driver” damage. Ended up she did more damage than I realized. Joe was very knowledgeable and thorough. Joe has amazing service and an overall really great guy :) my front bumper was hanging off of my car for over three months and Joe helped me tape up what we could so that I could continue driving without having to get a completely new bumper. Finally, when I decided I was ready, I went back to Joe and he was able to order me a new bumper for a decent price (that took a few days to come in) and had my car ready for me, washed, within a day. I will definitely be coming back to this shop for any future needs and would recommend to all friends and family!

Better than then ever body shop did an amazing job repairing my car. I brought my car in after making some damages to the passenger door and the front bumper they handled the claim with the insurance and I also asked to Joe to fix some extra dents around the car. The dents were hard to get to and other body shops said It would be better to replace the part Joe was able to save me money on replacing the part and was able to take all the hard dents out! He was able to also fix some scratches on my back bumper. He also assisted me with the rental! Over all very professional, priced responsable ( they won’t up charge for things you don’t need) and my car was fixed in a timely manner! My car looks better than when I got it from the dealership! I am so happy with the results on my car no more dents or scratches looks brand new!!

Honestly contacted Joe at Better Than Ever Auto Shop because of the reviews that he had here on google. I have a 2015 Toyota Rav4 which was involved in a hit-and-run. We had to repaint and also replace the front bumper and the driver side door. Also touch up to the trunk and other scratches. Joe was great! He completed the work within the time frame that he gave me and also kept me updated. I gave him such short notice but the job was done well. No complaints, he is the best hands down! Completely satisfied, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Hi Joe took me a long time and Prayed on either to write a review for how you deceived a friend that brought many of his cars to you! And at those times you did a great job, but now thats not the issue? If I could give you a zero I would, cause you tried to get over on me!!! You said you could powder coat my rims and do me a favor, and it would only cost me what the company would charge? But then I called that company to find they wanted $150.00 a rim for everything, and you wanted to charge me $250.00 and I would have to buy the powder coat first from another company!!! They also told me you had and account with them so they would pick them up and deliver them!!! And you said well I have too deliver them and pick them up Im doing this for nothing as a friend what a JOKE!!!! I guess you didnt think I would check cause Im a good friend, well shame on you cause I did!!! So you were going to charge me a $100.00 dollars more a rim what a rip off!!!! I found out the powder coat only cost around $24.00 dollars for 6pounds to do the job some friend????? I found a great shop that did my rims for the $150.00 a rim and cost me nothing for the powder coating they were honest and did fantastic work Need Powder, Newark N.J.!!!!!! Im sure you will do all you can to delete this review because it ruins your 5 star rating but truth is truth !!!! So the Christian that Iam I forgive you Joe but you lost a Friend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recently purchased a used car that was literally held together by glue. Not trusting the dealer for future fixes, I was in search of someone who could fix up my car top to bottom in a quality manner. After reading the reviews, I finally decided to go with Joe. Situated near the historic farmers market in Paterson, right on the border of Clifton, a sense of nostalgia arose as I brought in the car. Very friendly, he noticed everything that was wrong with it and we were on the same page about everything. It was apparent he is a perfectionist very obsessed with cars. He also wanted things done correctly, and was not into taking shortcuts. All was done for a reasonable price and in a time efficient manner. My car looks better than ever and I will be returning to him for anything my car needs!

Had my 9 year old car painted by them after it was in an accident on the whole left side. Because the car is 9 years old the new paint and the old paint do not match as they only painted 1 side of my car. So its quite noticeable smh.

I took in my 2013 Honda Accord which had been damaged in an accident and previously dinged up here in there. I honestly didn’t think it would ever look like new again but they really hooked it up. It legit looks like new again and they had the best price I could find for the work. I will never take my cars to another place to get fixed.

Brought my Jeep Patriot to Better Than Ever. I had to get most of the right side of the car redone and painted. They did a great job and for a reasonable price. Place Highly recommended.

Really cool guy I had the experience of running into here. Joe, I believe his name was. Looks like he has a real passion for cars. I brought a project Im workin on to his shop to see if he could help me out with a bit of work Im gonna need before I can paint. He gave me a thorough assessment of what Im lookin at. Even gave me some pointers on gettin it done. Not a job he could take on unfortunately because hes too busy and will be going on vacation soon. That and he would charge a price that aint in my project budget for the work. His price was way higher than any price Ive heard from any other shop Ive been to. I still like his vibe though. I wish I knew him when he had some time on his hands. Id probably learn alot from him.

The repair on my mustang is flawless. The paint job is better than the factory. Beautiful job. Would never bring my auto repair needs to anyone else.
