Order a bumper for my car, they failed to package it the right way, and literally sent a bumper with no protection through ups. Now they refuse to make it right! I just wanna repaired it so that I have what I was promised. Been texting the guy who sold it to me, take his words for how they treat there customers not mine. Never again purchasing from this place!!! I purchased a hybrid battery from this place that turned out to be a bad battery within weeks after purchase. I was under warranty and thought they would be able to exchange the battery or allow me to return it. I was told to bring the vehicle in, and they would check it out. They told me that the battery was good and that they would not return or exchange the battery. I had the hybrid battery checked by two independent places, and they told me the battery was bad. Be careful these people are very sketchy!!

Bad service, a week ago waiting for a part that have many in stock I call every day and they give me a different lie that rejects the part when they never brought it to me, you see that between the driver and the sellers lie between them, call in several ocations wanting to talk to the manager or the owner of the place which is not there or has no representative the place is a shame because I personally own a car body repair and is very bad business with these places of bad category and nothing of profecional the truth I do not understand how they have 4.8 stars I think they should put fame among family employees and owners I prefer to pay in one part $ 50 more but receive a better service
