Excellent and quick service. They are friendly. After getting to the place, they take the car tire and check it and start working on it. I ask some questions, and they answered all questions. I am happy with their service. They have enough workers to work for each car. They are open on Sunday, which is a good thing. Most of the place is closed on Sunday. So, I recommend you to go to this place.

I usually come here for a wheel alignment for all my cars to get the early morning special price. Normally they aren’t bad, but today has showed me the owners true colors. He said my car isn’t available for the early morning special price because I have 4x4. I’m a mechanic myself, and I know all cars have the same or similar adjusting rods. On top of the owner trying to hustle me, his mechanic only adjusted toe angle while my camber was also out of alignment. I will never go here again, horrible customer service.

I went here to get 2 used tires and a wheel alignment since my steering wheel shakes while on the highway after I changed my flat tire. So I know I needed a wheel alignment. Good price for the tires! They noticed something was loose so they fixed it for a good price. I came back 2 days later because there was some squeaking so they checked it out. Fixed the issue and didn’t charge. I purchased 4 used tires. Whenever you purchase used tires theres no guarantee, I get it, but to have 2 flats the following day because of the tire installer negligence is totally unacceptable!! I tip the workers before the work is complete, hoping theyll go above and beyond, well that didnt work out for me. LOLAll he had to do was make sure theres no air leaking and send me on my way.

This place is very economical, got an alignment for $27 bucks.. now I recommend you stay away.. know that you will get what you pay for, the tech doing the alignment was done in 10 min or less he essentially did nothing, when I asked why the meters on his computer screen where all red instead of green indicating the measurements are within tolerance, the guy says those meters and measurements dont really mean anything..lol.. and this is the tech they have doing it...needed less to say my car pulls to the right worst than it did and Im am now at another location getting it done right...

I really like coming to this place. Their service is great. They take care of your car issues fast, but more than anything they are very fear.

I went there for a aliment for my car they told me 35 dollars,in 15 minutes the mecanic call me to sell me stuff like shocks and stuff, I said NO I just want aliment so he didnt like it..then the owner cant to me and told me it will cost me 55 dollars for the extra work I said ok..at the end he came with the price from 55 to 155 dollars.. stay way from this place.

I come primarily for tire repair/replacements. This visit was for two holes in my exhaust pipe. I was quoted a price lower than another place, the work that was going to be done was explained to me and my car was finished in less time than initially stated. BEWARE!!This is one of the most unprofessional places to ever take your car.I believe the Duran brother has a Neapolitan complex. He feels the need to shout you down and talk on top of the customer if one says something he doesnt want to hear.Come on 3 different days and one will get three different quotes for work. I came here previously and although I paid cash, I didnt get a receipt. No taxes paid to the state therefore? Hmmmmm...Never mind if you get there before 8:00 a.m, because your car will just sit as workers stand idly around. I walked away to get coffee for over an hour only to return and see the car was not even moved.The waiting area is not even air conditioned in 90 weather. Employees dont wear face masks. And, its not as if they cant professionally arrange a convenient time so a part can be ordered. They have no respect for your time as you endlessly sit. Who do they think they are with our time?Having enough of this relaxed work ethic I decided to leave and give my business to someone else locally who actually respects a customer and wants the income. But, I had to take my own key back after saying I had had enough.So, with this warning, if youre a glutton for disrespect this is the place to go!

Great local place to get brakes done or an oil change. There is an autozone right down the block where you can buy your parts and get what you want before they do the work. They are super fast, the owner at the desk is very helpful and friendly and you rarely need an appointment. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here.

We are seriously thankful for this place!! Driving from NY to California and only an hour into our drive when we got a piece of metal in our tire. We were slowly losing air. We found Duran online and headed there hoping wed make it before it went flat. We did and we pulled in. They were at our car within 30 seconds. We were on the jack in less than a minute and we were patched and heading out in less than 5 MINUTES!! They were friendly and helpful and all of it cost us 5 minutes and under 10 dollars!! Give these guys your business!!

Honestly just very rude and unprofessional. They first messed up a part that was suppose to be fixed on my boyfriends car then fixed it and did something else that wasn’t asked for. He got super defensive about it as well. Not the way to run a business.

Never again. Had my inner tie rod replaced and the mechanic there left the boot covering the rod...loose with no clamps. I caught it when I went under my car to inspect my ball joint. The next day I ask them to replace the ball joint and the manager kept insisting that an alignment is needed after replacing it. Talking about “regardless I have to do it”. I asked for just the ball joint to be replaced, but long and behold, he charged me for an alignment.

Treated me and my girlfriend with the most respect. made sure we were comfortable while still attending other customer coming thru the door. All in all I recommend coming to this place!

These guys are not great. After reading reviews I was hesitant about these guys, but I still decided to give them a chance. I have a check engine iight of for a cylinder. I took it there on a Thursday, they charged me $300 which is way to much. By Friday my check engine light came back on I took it to auto zone to get a reading and it was the same issue. So I took it back that same day. These guy told me some bull, n of course they dont want to give the money back. This place sucks never again. I shouldve did my research.

Horrible Place! Do not go here. Very unfriendly and sold me a tire that exploded on the road. When confronted, they said “it is not our problem”. They will gouge you for money anyway they can. I highly do not recommend going here.

My experience with this shop . Very nice staff until I had to leave my car . I called in advance to make sure they repaired AC’s in cars, and was told yes to bring it in .I was meet by Joel who advised me that he would first have to fill it to check if there was a leak I had to drive the car around and if the AC stops I had to bring it back and he then will check it total cost $65 dollars . AC stopped brought my car back in on a Wednesday my car was at shop all day . I get a phone call to be told that he ran out of liquid they use to check AC . Ok I said no problem . Thursday I get a phone call saying he still is working on car it should be done by 4pm . I let him know I will be at work and will not be able to pick up my car until Friday (did not get one phone call the rest of Thursday) . Friday I called in at 10 30am to be told my car is STILL NOT ready and this time he has /ordered the wrong part and blames the “3 party he uses “ and can not give me a time it will be ready . I’m only writing this review because of the man that thinks it’s ok to justify poor customer service . The total job cost my 395 . Plus 150 worth of Uber I had to take all the days his shop made “a mistake “ I will not be doing buisness with this shop and would not recommend it .

Great place and service! Been there a few times to change my oil and fix few things of my car and has been very easy and affordable.

The owner of the shop got some serious issue. Very badly mannered. Just to diagnose my car he wanted to charge me. There are a million shops in Paterson I can go to all of them without a diagnosis fee. And I didnt even have to write this terrible review, BUT because of the poor customer service and and service I had to write this. I came to the place multiple times before go get work done. Like brakes, oil change, wheel alignment, etc. Was actually going to come tomorrow for oil change but youve lost that privilege sir. Start learning customer service skills. I know its Paterson but damn.

The guys are the worst set of people you can take your car to. Their manners are below zero and customer service skill is terrible. They inflate the price of parts and still charge you for labor. If you try to haggle price with them, they curse you out and tell you to get out of their store. I would never recommend these guys and they know nothing about fixing cars. If you dont know much about cars, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else because they will have a field day with your wallet.
