Never go here for performance work. Went to go get my coil overs lowered and new wheel setup installed. Picked up the vehicle with damage on my front right fender. I noticed the damage after I got home, called them, and they told me that “when they lowered the vehicle, the wheels did the damage because it was too low”. I was also supposed to pick up the vehicle the night before but because of the excessive camber in the rear, the rear axles popped out and it was already passed closed time so they couldn’t fix it. I had to uber home. So because they had to “work on it more” the next day, they said instead of charging me extra for fixing the axles they popped out, they said they were only going to charge me for lowering the vehicle once, unseizing my coil overs, and installing my new wheels. Oh and they also “forgot” to give me an alignment sheet. That being said they prob eyeballed the alignment and sent it because I brought it to a different shop after, and the alignment was all over the place in the red. I brought the vehicle to a licensed body shop, and they told me they clearly hit the panel with the strut when they were trying to reinstall them. They never gave me a reimbursement for the damage they caused. I do not recommend this place at all. Save yourself money, time, and headaches by avoiding this shop.

I love how they treat people, sometimes things may get out of hand. But, I received a good price and honest opinion on my air suspension. I would recommend this place to fix and install your air suspension. Cheap, fast and excellent service !

Poor professionalism. Overpriced for an ailment that wasn’t done correctly and had to take somewhere else to get done. Overall I would say avoid dealing with Ulerio’s attitude save yourself the headache and the money.

Poor professionalism brought in a BMW 328I in to be looked at. I was recommended by a mechanic to come here was overcharged 100$ bucks for an alignment. Ended up paying 170$

Had a custom alignment done, great job! I just bought the vehicle that I had little knowledge of cars history and I brought it here for the alignment. They noticed whoever installed the front struts coilovers did it wrong. I even overlooked it myself. Thanks for letting me know! Pricing is beyond fair, I am used to paying $150-200 for a custom alignment. When Justin quoted me I looked at him like whaaaat!? But yep they have good pricing I guess. And wait time was like just about less than an hour. Extremely quick compared to anywhere else Ive been (2-3hrs wait)!P.S. make sure to ask for picture of before and after of your alignment because they dont print it out for you. Theyll just take a picture of it. Go green I guess save paper right!?

By far the most professional shop Ive seen in paterson. Besides having top tier lifts and equipment. The shop is spotless I saw nothing but snap on tools around. So I know they mean business. Just had an alignment on my sentra. They replaced some ball joints and the job came out perfect. Will definitely return for more work if needed. Highly recommended.

Needed to put on a coilover suspension on my car within a specific time frame and they got it done. They fit me right in despite being very busy and did an excellent job on my car. Ive been coming here since 2016. Done many alignments. Suspension work, and even tire mounting and balances. Yesterday i came in to mount 4 new tires on new wheels. Was there for about 40 minutes. In and out. I trust them with any work i need done especially when it comes down to modified cars. Anytime someone asks me where i went for an alignment or for tire mounting i always say Ulerio’s. Literally thats the one shop that I will take my car to for any suspension work. Great service. They are straight to the point and dont b.s you. Their prices are always consistent.

It was a big mistake taking my car in there Shoppe, they charged me $85 for an oil change. the BMW shop charges $80 you make your own conclusions, he was supposed to put in synthetic oil instead he put in 5w 20 and 5 W 30 not even the same oil, and he told me it was synthetic, also he did not reset the computer in my Beamer, so my car computer still says oil service due every time I start my car, big mistake. when I took it to BMW they had to flush out that nasty cheap oil and put the original brand which is synthetic for BMW and filter for BMW and not from AutoZone never again make the same mistake twice

They are not specialists, non professional work done to my BMW, here is how they work, They wanna fix or change the part and if problem is still there, they wanna change or fix an other part, so how can you believe and trust their knowledge, I am %100 percent not recommend them, at least pay more or search more and find an other shop to go if you give a value to your car, do not even stop by (even I tried to tell them, whatever they did wasn’t helpful, they said their labor was good but noting relating with my issue and charged the money .
