Great place to buy a car from. I was able to complete most of the paperwork online and scan in and email some personal paperwork. This made the process so easy. My wife and I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them the other day, Mike help us out with the deal and made sure we was taken car of. The headlights went out on the Jeep right after bringing it home, so I took it back the next day and they fixed them up for me. Would buy from them again.

Worst experience of my life and it happened after the new management came in . They would not let me pay off the car they wanted to squeeze me out the last cent they could . I tried trade in the car and they gave us a hard time to get the information we needed to do the trade in and we only owed $1000 on the car . Their cars are not reliable and they charge you all the extra fees possible. They take advantage of the fact that you need a car and take advantage of you . Please learn from my mistake.

I have been with them for many years and up until now I im out of work for a few weeks and they cannot work with me I have gotten at least 4 cars from them and also I sent people to there establishment never again.

This is my third vehicle with JKJ since 2014 that I started doing business with them and I never had any problems with the vehicles. I have always had a excellent treatment from Joe (owner) and this time with Josselyn (sales agent). I saw the vehicle online (MB ML-350), stopped by talk with joe, when go, got a call from Josselyn about numbers and 2 hours after that call I left with the vehicle I wanted. They accepted the previous vehicle as trade in and I did not have to pay any down payment. Thanks for your excellent customer service!!! Recommend 100%

I will like to share my experience with everyone not the first car I brought from them got my secound car and honestly the worst to the worst the car is a lemon since I brought the car back in March I haven’t been able to enjoy it cause it been in BMW with so many problems but it’s okay cause they will also see me in court the sales person was very nice did he’s job as he should everything else is not he’s fault the mechanics smh the worst took him the car and he kept saying that there was nothing wrong and when I took it to BMW they told me my timing chain is bad and so much more .... bad bad bad !!!!! I’ll never go there or recommend anyone...

WORST PLACE EVER THEY ARE A SCAM! I bought my car with them and all of a sudden 2 weeks later I started hearing multiple sounds and when I told them about it they referred me to their “mechanic” (who doesn’t know what the f he’s doing) and he said every was fine THEY SUCK I WOULD NEVER RECCOMMEND TO ANY ONE

Review is long over due. Bought my first car from here years ago. I was a new immigrant and this dealership cheated me into buying a used lexus which was a complete lemon. I was new and didnt know much and they took advantage of the situation. When i went back to them, they refused to take any ownership and said car was sold as is. I went for a car and was denied for the cheaper vehicle and they tried to sell me one for more money after seeing my pay stubs and having me put the car under my insurance. I spent a entire afternoon there and still left without a car. Went to a dealership instead! Got a better deal

Not sure whats going on there. I called to make a payment I was sent a text asking me to take a picture of my credit card front and back. Why would I do that and JKJ auto has a copy of my card on file they deduct a payment every time I call in. Hmmmm sounds fishy to me.

I first bought a Hyundai Elantra Limited in 2017 from JKJ and it was initially a great experience made by Bo. Today I was fortunate enough to be approved a beautiful Infiniti G37X and I was even more blown away than before by Bo of course, but the owner and office staff. They are helpful and work with all types of credit and even have in house financing. Thanks for another great car and a few more. When I went to sign my paperwork and pick up my license plates from Flery at the end she said oh here is something from Joe and Karin it was an extended warranty 36 months unlimited mileage a 2500 value. I asked Flery do they do this for everyone and she told me no. This touched me because I have been going through a very rough time in my life. My mom was diagnosed with cancer last year and shes still fighting it with a lot of obstacles God put in our way and Joe knew this. The reason I needed another car was due to a severe car accident that sent me in for emergency surgery and I have lost most use of my left wrist and hand. They were all understanding and sympathetic to the situation and my dilemmas but still were kind enough to work with me. It wasnt about me being a number or another sold car it was a personable experience.

Worst place I ever did business in they sold me a car not even a month later it started breaking down they offered no solutions no help but were on time to collect the payment smh. Struts were blown engine coil went trans was breaking and still they offered nothing the end result was me giving it back so I lost out on over 4k ... horrible place and customer service

First and foremost they are very rude. When I first called to inquire about a car they had posted online, I was yelled at and hung up on. The vehicle they sold had a check engine light on the next day and the motor blew a week later. They did nothing to fix this issue. Terrible service, Terrible people!!!
