This place is a complete fraud. Don’t buy any vehicles from this place. They sold me a vehicle with a bad motor.I brought this vehicle the end of May. By June 5th it started giving me problems. I tried to return the vehicle just days after purchasing it and they wouldn’t. My mechanic had it for days trying to find out the problem. My mechanic said this problem was there before they sold it. My mechanic told me the vehicle needs a motor plain out and simple. I told to give me my money back or give me another vehicle they continue to tell me no and that the owner was out of the country that I had to wait for him. The vehicle broke down on us last Sunday while we was out. I had to pay $245 to get it towed. Now the vehicle is just sitting in front of my house. We can’t even drive it. We took our savings to buy this vehicle. I’m a cancer patient and I can’t even get to my treatments because we are out of a vehicle. I repeat please so t buy a vehicle from here, They ate complete frauds. They do t care they just want to take your money. I repeat do not purchase vehicle here. You will be sorry.

Bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze from this dealership and i’m happy to say no problems at all with the car and received the title in the same day and thanks for Rawhi. I was looking from dealership to dealership and this was the best one i found yet out of all my other options.

Jordan Auto group is real fraud. The total robbers. Never ever buy anything from them. All cars are junk. They deal all in cash and use that money for not sure what. DRUGS, ARMS, FUNDING SOMETHING ILLEGAL.

My son bought a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500, with in the first the truck began to stall. The owner of the dealership refused to help!! It’s not been 30 days yet. Don’t buy a vehicle here... the owner is a scam artist.

I stepped on the property and was immediately greeted by staff. Showed the car I was interested in, taken for a ride, offered a deal with a trade-in, driven to the nearest bank, all the paperwork was done upon my return, deal was done. Great service. Would have given a 5 but there was no gas in the car, needed a wash, and no inspection sticker to verify it’s road worthiness. All came out fine in the end.

I purchased a 2013 KIA Sorento a little over a week ago. The owner and his staff were very kind and polite and price was negotiable. I received the title 7 business days after my purchase. So far, I am very happy. I would recommend for sure. Also, Car Gurus has rated the dealership very high. That is pretty cool coming from a reputable source. Thank you!

Bought a 2006 Honda CRV from Jordan Auto Group a year ago and Im very pleased with it. Price was reasonable and the car has proven to be in very good condition. Staff communicated in a straightforward and clear manor. I would recommend checking them out.

They dont deserve a star. My brother just bought a truck from them less than 30 days. And it needs an engine, have yet to be able to contact the owner. So it looks like I have no truck and is out $5000. Dont buy nothing from them. Also they still have not given me my bill of sale or my title, but they cashed my check and took my cash. Awful place they should not be in business. Dont buy there. Over a month and we are still waiting to get the truck on the road. They dont answer our calls keep telling us they are going to fix the truck and still no results. Dont have a title, they took my money and I have a pile of metal in my driveway. Dont go there for anything not even a hubcap. They are nothing more than crooks and thieves.

This is the worst dealership i have ever known, i bought a car almost about six months ago and I still havent have got the title from them i asked then for money back but they have to come and get the car because the car doesnt have no plates and they are just ignoring my calls.I wont recommend this dealer to anyone! I Didnt want to scale the problem, now i have to hire a layer.
