Was looking for a reliable car and fast. Searching online found a nice 2010 Acura TSX at this location. Luckily I called and they held the car for me being I live an hour away didn’t want to pull up and the car was sold already. The price was reasonable and the staff is friendly and up front. I felt like I was dealing with family. I almost invited them to the family reunion, seriously (no pun intended). I will definitely be returning to purchase a business vehicle and soon my son will be driving. They have a lifetime customer with me.

This is by far the best dealership, I’ve searched for 2-3 months for a car that was reliable and affordable and this place was the best at it not only gave me the best car for its price but the customer service was above than 5 starts. Personally i was under the insurance from my family and he helped me out with not only getting the best car but the best insurance as well. Never thought Car sellers like this could exist. The other reviews make no justice.

Great experience with Carlos and crew. Found the car my wife wanted online, did some research, traveled up from the shore and the car was as advertised. Very satisfied! I cant stand car shopping due to the obvious. Every salesman tries to pitch to you that the car in question is the best car and that I will not find it at that price anywhere else. Went to Straight Motor sales and met with Carlos. Of course I had my guard up with the expectation of a repeated experience with a car salesman. I was wrong. Carlos was very informative about the car in question and was never over bering nor pushy about the sale. The price was reasonable and the service was great. Went to this dealership looking for Nissan 370Z that i saw online, i called ahead of time and they said they still had it. When i showed up Carlos was super respectful and helpful. I told him i wanted the car and he was easy to work with the numbers. I then came the next day with the payment and i was able to leave with the car. Im in love with the car and got it for a reasonable price. overall experience was amazing and quick, would recommend to other people.

With today’s pandemic it’s a lot crazier out here trying to get things done., Buying a reliable car is one of them. The office staff helped me with a 2001 Audi.. Needs some interior cosmetic and passenger seat doesn’t adjust, outside cracked rear light but fixable. I would expect this to be corrected by dealership but I think for the price of vehicle I could absorb the cost. Hopefully car hold up for at least a few years but it was worth it.. staff was great with process.. thanks straight motors.

Found my weekend convertible on Car Gurus so stopped by lot to check it out. Met Brad one of the owners and felt good based on his low key approach. I was nervous buying a used car from a smaller dealership but Brad changed my mind. Took car for a test drive and than sat down and worked out a deal that was too good to pass. Brad was great, no high pressure sales pitch just wanted to sell a good car for a good price. Even after taking car home Brad took care of a few small issues which he did. It have to do but he kne sit was the right thing to do. If your in the market you have to stop by check out the variety and quality of his inventory...too shelf. I would not think twice getting another car from Brad...he is a STRAIGHT shooter and will treat you right.ThanksKen V

Bad. The worst mistake I made in my life was buying a car from this dealer if you can call them a dealer. I will not even buy a bicycle 🚴 from this people. All I have to say engine light the first hour a took the car. Spend $3,000 in 2 months and after that the turbo on the card burn. Scam artists! I purchased a 2002 Odyssey with cash on the spot. Negotiated a price with them which I found acceptable. When it came time to seal the deal, they wanted to charge me a $250 document fee. I accepted expecting that I would get a title plates registration in the mail. Instead what I received was simply a signed title for me to go spend the $60 for title and $71.50 registration myself. When I called him to speak about this, he simply said thats the way it is you decided to buy the car cash. A complete scam artist that screwed me out of $250. Whatever you do do not purchase a car here

I purchased a 2007 Audi RS4 via internet. I asked the salesman, Gregg, about any issues with the car. He told me that his mechanic did a thorough inspection and found no issues. I also employed an outside mechanic that found the rear brakes were extremely low, needing to be replaced immediately. Straight motors took it upon themselves to replace the rear brake pads, but failed to mention to me that they broke the parking brake while doing the repairs. Upon delivery I also found that the glove box was broken ($350 part) the center armrest was broken ($300 part), a rear bumper trim piece was missing ($500 part), and the parking brake was inoperable....none of which was disclosed to me before purchasing the car. Simply put, they are shady, and will take advantage of anyone they can in order to sell a car. They refuse to take any responsibility for the repairs, claiming they didnt know it was broken. Really? How can you not notice a parking brake that is not connected? Essentially, they lie through their teeth. Shop elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! BELIEVE ME!!!!! These people just want to take your money. I went to buy a car for my father and we were happy for the moment. The very 1st night that we drove the car, the “check engine” light came on. Took it back to the place and they said I probably messed it up (in less than 24 frking hrs) ??? Are you kidding me??? The car was messed up and told me that i need to pay for the damages because i already signed the paperwork. MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING BEFORE SIGNING!!!! I had to pay the damages myself and they said they will “help me” to pay half of the cost because they will not do anything else PLEASEEEE!!! Stay away from this garbage place!!!!

If this place can get a zero star that would be the perfect rating for this place. They are very nice when you go to buy or finance but once you take off with the vehicle you are done my friend I am on week two with the car two days after purchasing car it was shaking so me being cautious i decided to check the oils and just all liquids in general to the car. It turned out they gave me the car at a 5% oil change who sells a car that way. We just had terrible weather snow blizzards and all and I have a new born car decides to brake down in highway. I was terrified and people on the road assured to move car to curb as I got out to feed my new born the glide doors from the van would not shut causing myself and new born to receive all blizzard air. I got in touch with dealer and all he could say was that it’s not his problem and that they don’t cover tow truck related problems all I’m saying is AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST they also changed my bill of sale price on the car I am being charged 2k above from the price on the contract. These people are THIEVES PEOPLE DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!

I bought my 04 Nissan Sentra there and its been great. They helped me out throughout the buying process, Mark suggested a few options for my budget and I never felt like they pushed me to purchase anything. The car was in excellent condition and overall good experience I would recommend anybody to go check them out.

Bought a 2004 Honda CR-V and literally the NEXT DAY the engine light is on, went back and the guy sent us to the mechanic across the street saying it was just because of an “oil” that had to be put in for the gas. Defiantly was NOT. Didnt even have the car for 2 months yet and it shut off on me TWICE. Thank god my newborn wasn’t in the car. Going to spend more money fixing it than I did buying it. The catalytic converter is messed up, the thermostat is messed up, already had to buy breaks for the car had to put in new fuses . NEVER AGAIN
