If I could give this place 0 stars I would.. Worst place ever!!! Ive been a boost customer for over a decade. The woman working there had the worst customer service was rude and was on the phone the entire time. I ended up walking out and going to metro, best decision I couldve made. If youre reading this dont even bother making the trip and go straight to metro.

I left my previous carrier because Boost was giving a free phone and mine was oldThe phone is great!But......After 2 and a half weeks, I had used up my unlimited data..It slowed down to a crawl......all I could do for the rest of the month was text or make a call! This never happened before. I wasnt on my phone anymore than I normally used it...I saw that I could buy 2g of data for $10. So I purchased it and the phone was still slow!!!I went down to a boost location and asked about it.i was told the records show it was put on my phone and that was that...! She did not even check my phone and had a very unprofessional attitude!!!Im not happy with this company at all at all.

I bought a phone from boostmobile.com to swap with my broken phone and when trying to activate it, I kept getting an error message that phone was not eligible to swap. I then spent 6 hours on the phone with customer service and was told there was nothing I could do but wait 2-3 days for a phone call from boost while they looked into it. So today I went to the store on Broad St and Arielle was able to activate my phone and resolve the problem. I will never order online from boost again and will only go to the store for help or if I need a new phone.

I went in there with metro pcs. I called boost in Providence and Pawtucket for the big iPhone for 50 when u switch. I had to get the iPhone 7 for 29.99 but I asked about the other phone the lady said 100 dollars more. Which I wasn’t happy be I saw the ad everywhere about iPhone for 50 when u switch. Then I called the store 2 days later and asked if they had the big iPhone when u switched, and they said they did. Not happy about the service I really wanted the bigger iPhone. The lady on Monday just wanted to get a profit off of us.
