Never had issues with the owner of this store however the other employee there is very shady. I do not recommend whatsoever trying to sell any phones through him which means I would not recommend whatsoever trying to sell any phones to the store in general. An employee represents the store and what they are about. And the situation with this employee is the absolute reason Im leaving this review. Dont trust it whatsoever. No I am not a hater, I am an honest family man with absolutely no ill ill will towards the store before this, and absolutely nothing to gain by leaving such a review. However, I just want to warn other good people if they are contemplating selling them anything proceed with the utmost caution unless you are actually walking in the store. If this was my coworker I would ABSOLUTELY get rid of him for representing my business in this manner.

I recently canceled my monthly service Plan with Boost Mobile(Really bad reception). Found EM Wireless’s ads online for phones. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars for 3 phones. They suggested me to try to unlock the three of my iPhone XRs first Amazingly, just took them 15 minutes to unlocked all my phones And put me on a family plan with Simple mobile for $100 a month. They could have just sold me the phones instead. But they did the low cost way to help me to save a lot. Very honest and professional people. There was a sign saying they wouldn’t be back till 3:30pm with no explanation.Went back and bought a phone which broke within 12 hours. Brought I back the next day and they replaced it no problem and gave me a free case. They are accommodating and aim to please it seems.If you need a phone fast, are willing to settle for something not perfect, know what you are doing when searching for a phone that works, and want a reasonable price, these guys are a good option. I came from the Dartmouth, MA area just to go to the store in Pawtucket for them to check my camera because my phone fell on the ground and broke the camera. Another company told me it was the motherboard and not the camera that my beat bet was to get a new phone. So I contacted EM wireless and they told me to come in this week to get it check since I just bought my phone from them recently and sure enough it was the camera and it took them only 5-10 minutes to replace it. I’ll take the 40 minute ride anytime to get my phone fixed from them, These companies in my area don’t know what they’re doing. Once again if EM wireless is reading this again...Thank You so much!!!
