I have been to several Napas all over. These guys at this location are very friendly and knowlegable. The store has a huge selection and they are well stocked.

Very helpful and went the extra mile to help us out. They definitely made return customers out of us. An employee was even willing to come out to the store to help us figure out what parts we needed and also did all the prep required on the accessories we purchased (filled the battery with its acid and greased the filter). Very happy with the service and the awesome positive attitudes of all the staff we talked to. Way to go guys, keep it up!!

Probably one of my favorite auto parts store, yes the parts are typically more expensive but the workers are a lot friendlier then most places and the parts do seem a little higher quality

Went to pick up a battery for my sons motorcycle today that he had ordered. They told me he didnt order it and I guess he ordered it three days before but when they asked me I didnt know for sure do I said probably today. So all he did was look today instead of going back a few days. I was a little upset because I forgot my phone and didnt remember his number to contact him about it. They totally treated me like I was stupid. I told them if I have to go back home and come back Im going to be really pissed. He was like I dont know what too tell you. He really didnt care. My son called them and gave them what for and they gave him ten dollars off and delivered it to our house but thats not the point. It really upset me..I am pretty sure the last time I went they by myself I had a bad experience. Come to find out the kid that took my sings order messed it up, but it was still there if he would have just looked.

Great customer service. The guys will do anything for you! In the summer, there is a legit fruit stand next to them. Its called Sugar Sweet.

The staff are very helpful and I have been able to get the right product each time I have been in the store.

I take my ATVs there for service and repair. They are a little slow on getting them done, but they are honest and they get it done right. I highly recommend them.

Napa personnel helped me get the bucket for 2.99 and then 20% off several items. The desk attendant helped me put in a new battery, I saved at least 25 just on the battery and other items.

Napa always has a warranty on most of their parts and they dont give ya the run around if you are trying to return a part that it is under warranty
