They helped us on a Sunday afternoon when we were stranded with a flat tire. They were busy but fit us in so we could get home to St. George that evening. Awesome!

It was a Saturday night and my 74 year old mom had a massive blow out on I15 Southbound about 50 yards past the off ramp exit where this Auto Center is located. Moms tire was GONE! We had already waited 2.5 hours for AAA but they had not arrived and I was getting so nervous. Every tire shop was closed and not even open the next day! The Walmart Auto Center was closing in 15 minutes. I explained the situation. The associates said they could see us on the side of the highway and that they would wait for us! Harley, Kolby and Raele WAITED almost 90 minutes past closing to help my 74 year old mom. They put on a new tire, checked her other tires and sent us on our way. I am incredibly grateful for the service, compassion and kindness. Thank you so much!

This is by far the most difficult tire shop Ive ever been to. If your tires are not in like new condition they will refuse to work on them, they do not carry used tires so expect them to try to get you to buy their over priced tires. I recommend driving a few more minutes to the next tire shop where you will find the same tires at a cheaper price as well as a helpful staff willing to put in the time to give you honest and reliable service!

It was 5 min before closing and I brought in a tire I needed replaced, after explaining the situation they were all so compassionate and made sure we had the right tire with the right pressure staying past closing to get it done.Thank you again

The Manager Phil, and his team were able to take care of a miscommunication between me and an employee. They fixed the issue right away and went above and beyond what was needed. They have excellent pricing and my service has always been very quick, I won’t go anywhere else.

Had a flat tire. The automotive staff at the Payson Walmart refused to patch it. Said they were too busy. It was 5 pm, they close at 7 pm. There was only one other car in their facility. When I pointed out that they had 3 open bays and several employees standing around, the guy got mean and yelled at me to take my car somewhere else.

I bought brand new tires in January of this year and had them rotated halfway through. I just went tonight and Walmart told me that they are bald. I have driven about 12,000 miles on those tires and thats it and they were supposed to last 40,000 miles. Walmart ripped me off. I will never buy tires from them again and should have known better to buy from walmart. I wouldnt recommend that anyone else goes to a Wal Mart Auto Center to buy their tires. Besides this, the customer service was terrible at the Payson, UT store. Store employees were not knowledgable and Walmart needs to make sure they trai. Their employees better or hire people that know what they are doing.

I came in with a flat tire, that ended up being completely shredded, and they fixed it within 30 minutes and I was back on the road. The people who helped me were knowledgeable and so helpful.

No stars if I could....I have gone there before to get an oil change and they dont do anything besides tell you that you have all these millions of problems with your car that isnt true and overcharge you. I lived in Santaquin at the time and if I wanted something cheap and good quality there is a place in Santaquin over by maverick that does a really good job. Its very disappointing. Terrible customer service. The employees are VERY rude especially the older guys and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I stopped in to purchase oil filters and oil. I was in and out of there in just a couple of minutes very smooth

They do a great job every time and always more than i expected.

Battery was 3.5 old went dead. Took the shop 2 hours to diagnose a bad battery. Then offered me only $20 off. Waist of time and money dont go there

Got my oil changed, they were quick i went first thing in tbe morning & i was 20 min.

It is a great place they have fruits and vegetables and the other day of school i went to get donuts for my birthday the donuts were delicious if was looking were to buy food i suggest that you go to walmart

Terrible! They did everything they could possibly do to not warranty my tire. First trip they tell me my tire is out of warranty because it was 5 years old. So I told them my truck was only 2 years old and I had replaced it last year. So they reviewed my paper work and said they would get me a new tire because they didnt have one my size in stock. It comes in 2 days later, but apparently it takes an hour for them to install one tire, so I had to come back the next day, and yep it does take them an hour or more to install one tire. After which they told me that they couldnt warranty my tire because it had over 60,000 miles on it. My truck only has 49,000 miles on it. They finally decided to meet me in the middle and make up what they thought the mileage might be and discount it halfway. What a waste of time.

They did what I ask but took a long time doing it. Hopefully theyll be faster next time.
