Went here to get emissions done. I was told that my reverse lights and one break light were out. I told them to fix those lights since it was relatively cheap ($11) to do so. However, I went to investigate myself and those reverse lights were working just fine. And the break light that was out either didnt get replaced or they put in a faulty bulb. Im fairly certain it didnt get replaced because I remember my blinker blinking fast when I was leaving the parking lot which is an indicator that your break light is out. Regardless, had to go back to get that fixed. Was this dishonesty or a mistake after mistake? Ill never know because I wont be coming back.Update (09/30/2021): The response to this post may seem like the management cares about their quality, however no one has reached out to me after several weeks of providing them my information.

Went in for a oil change. Was told that I needed spark plugs, and my brakes changed at risk of damaging my rotors.I didn’t see why my brakes needed to be changed because I feel like they had a lot of life left.I was in a hurry so I had them change the oil and sparks plugs. Should have gotten that checked too but, I sadly did not.Went to Spanish Fork, Big O’ Tires to get my breaks checked and they were 12/35 still has about half the life on them as well as the back.Now when I went and looked at reviews prior on here I saw apparently they said something similar to past customers. What a joke and just no way around it but lying. This is why people are sketched out by mechanics.Jiffy Lube your practice is corrupt and dishonest. You guys are fraudulent and shouldn’t be in business. Never coming to any Jiffy Lube again.
Went here regarding an AC problem and they diagnosed a handful of different, conflicting problems and prescribed different solutions with different, unrealistic costs. It was my estimation that the mechanics here didnt fully know what they were doing/were upselling things to me.This is less a review of their service so much as their entire market orientation. This firm does mainly oil changes and, by all accounts, are good at offering that service. Ive been made to understand that they are less-equipped to provide quality, honest work with other kinds of auto services. Getting other car fixes really merits going somewhere else (an actual auto mechanic) to save time, money, and headache.

Went here Wednesday morning to get them to change my starter (I brought the part myself which I purchased from OReilly). After putting the starter on I was told it was a bad starter. I had OReillys bring me another one. Was told that one was bad also. So they convinced me to buy a brand new one from them. After putting the new one on, I am then informed the problem is my battery. At this point I am furious and I failed to hold my composure. I buy the battery. Supposedly everything is good. I pay them almost $700 for all this. I go to OReilly to return the starter I purchased from them and the girl (who is the sweetest person ever) tells me the starter is perfectly fine. Im beyond livid at this point. I go to leave and my truck wont start. Its doing the exact same thing as it was before I brought it in. I go back to Jiffy Lube and come to find out, its actually my ignition switch that needs to be replaced. They issued me a refund (supposedly) of $670 and told me it would be in my bank in 24 hours. Well its been almost 2 days and I still havent gotten my money. The guys are scam artist! I overheard them tell every single person that walked in the door that their oil level wasnt registering, that they needed an air filter, and brakes. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! This isnt the first time they have done something like this to me but it will be the last!

This is by far the BEST and FASTEST jiffy lube I’ve ever been to. I kid you not I was sitting down for maybe 5 minutes before they completed my recent oil change and emissions test, my previous experience before that was similar. They are trustworthy and don’t try to rip you off or sell you unnecessary services.
I just needed my original tire put on in place of my spare, the young man (who’s name I didn’t catch) with blonde hair was friendly and fast. And he didn’t charge me anything. I really appreciate that it made my day a lot better and I will be returning for future services. Thanks again!
Had some work done on my car Oil change and spark plugs.The oil change was very expensive but it’s fine cause I needed quality oil my issue is why the guy was so hesitant to take my coupon for the discount on the oil change. He kept trying to upgrade my oil change etc. What they usually do. And seemed annoyed when I asked clarifying questions.I asked for options wasn’t given any, wanted more information was rushed and didn’t feel like dealing with a teenager to be honest.Kept trying to find the total of the cost of everything but he would not tell me. I was nice but more forward saying what is the total cost, again. I pulled out my phone the get my calculated cause he obviously was t going to do it. Cause he said.”Well I can’t add it up.” What?! The employee sighs and really seemed to be annoyed and it came to almost $400.With him talking fast spewing car parts/maintenance to me he knew what he was doing. And still having the snide attitude puts the cherry on top haha.It’s kinda comical. It’s like where are these children’s mothers, lol.My spark plugs I over payed for here too. I was gonna get my tires done too cause I heard they do tires now but I went to ‘Discount Tires’ cause it was cheaper and better service.Point really is prices are alright until they add the “labor work” which sky rockets it. And I honestly felt like I entered a high school shop. Never again with this or other Jiffy Lubes it’s a joke.
Do not trust this place. I went to get safty and emissions done here. The day before I worked on my own car and changed the oil and the filter. I made sure I had plenty of new oil in my car and it was not leaking. They were taking a long time. They came in and told me my car had no oil in it. They told me it looked like it had been like that for a while. My car was running smoothly before I came in. They offered to fix it for me. I will never go back here again. They tampered with my car and assumed that I was dumb. They talked down to me and kept offering services. They thought I didnt know any thing about cars.
From the time I got out of my car to the time I got back in was less than 11 minutes! For a second I thought I made it and was a NASCAR driver.

Went in for window chip repair and in and out in 25 min and looks good as new.
They used to be good, but when I went in a week ago for an emissions inspection, they tried to tell me my car needed over $2000 of additional work. They told me my tires were bald, when they have over 60,000 miles remaining, they told me I had 3 cracked belts, which were fine when I checked, and they told me the oil was a half a quart low, and even that wasn’t true. There were other items, as well, but that is the basic idea. I won’t be going back to this location any time soon.
I didnt have to wait! When I realized my registration was expired, I went over and got right in. They were helpful and friendly and fast! I did my appointment on my luchhour
After coming to get a rock chip repaired they damaged my windshield further then told me that they are not liable. Now Im stuck with fixing my entire windshield!!! Dont go to Jiffy Lube!!
Emissions and vehicle registration. The attendant was very kind, helpful and a real gentleman. Not many young men hold the door open for elderly people.
Also performed an Oil Flush. All technicians were capable and efficient. In the future I will go to another location. Although these workers were excellent hands, the inappropriate and offensive language of one of the workers causes me to choose to go elsewhere.
Very right ran ship here. First time visiting Payson and was very very impressed with how the garage moves and how quickly they loved cars in and out. Everyone was super friendly and nice and took care of me well. I’ve never seen a jiffy lube move like this! Super happy

Dishonest Business.I visited to use a coupon for a cheap oil change. They came back and told me my ball joint was broke. Had another mechanic take a look and found out they were fine.Also had to replace a simple part. Jiffy lube wanted $200 to do it. I did it myself in an hour for $20 (and I suck with cars).I dont trust this place.
Went in for an oil change, and when I left I checked my car and they didnt top any of the fluids off and not to mention now my radiator is broken and Im out of a car. Would rate 0 stars if I could, but garbage company and people

This place is super dishonest. I went in for a simple oil change while visiting Payson and they came back with a bunch of things that “needed” to be fixed, including tires that they said were in terrible condition (which they also said to the lady just after me). I just took my car to Les Schwab to get a tire rotation and have them check the life of my tires and they said they were in great condition. Every jiffy lube that I have been to will try and sell you on something that you don’t need, but this one went above and beyond with the lies to try and get you to spend lots of money. I DID have them change my radiator cap because they said it was bad and I didn’t wanna chance my car overheating, but now I regret not checking personally before even letting them do that. I will never be going back here and will make sure nobody I know goes here either.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got my tires rotated here. On my way to work the next day I noticed a noise coming from one of my tires. I had to pull over in a parking lot and have a stranger help me. Turns out they didnt put my tire on all of the way. How hard is it to do your job?! Thats so dangerous to send someone off with their tire on half way.
Went to get a lube job and they somehow messed that up.One day after work I stopped to get a quick lube job and they said it would only take 15 mins and it would be done. After waiting 1hr and charging me $92 I asked and it had been done for a long time they just never told me.After i drove home I pulled up to a stop light and my car gave me a warning saying “low oil presser turn off engine” so I drove it to the shop in my hometown. They took a look at it and said the person that did the lube job broke my oil sensor and put a broken filter in my car. So I had to pay for them to be fix and a new oil change.The next day I went and talked to the store and they blamed it on the broken filter and said they had 16 BROKE FILTERS brought back to them. They gave me $9 and said it wasn’t their fault and sent me on my way
Everything was done in accordance with what I expect from Jiffy Lube every time I go there with the exception that apparently they have chosen to quit vacuuming the cars that was somewhat of a surprise to me!
Went in for a CV Axel son drove it home and sounded worse then before. They charged me for an 1.5 labor when it only took 30 minutes. Had a real mechanic look at it and they put the wrong one in. Went back to have them fix it and they got mad at me. Then they decided to be smug an show me everything that was falling apart on my car. Never apologized or try to compensate or refund me for anything. Do not go there!
I have been taking all of my cars into this location for the past year or so. The work has been fine...they do have the typical rip off up selling on filters and other services they offer but I say no and go my merry way.Today my wife went in to get the oil changed in my sons vehicle. The tried to get her to pay $60 to replace the cabin filter. For those not in the know...a cabin filter takes less than 1 min to replace...it sits behind the glove box...they run $5-$20 retail in most cars....when I was last there they tried to get me to do it for $40...so not only are they crooks preying on those that dont know much about cars...but added an additional $20 to an already inflated price.This location has lost my business...only five cars...but I will be sure to share my experience with everyone I come into contact with. No idea why people have to be so dishonest for a few bucks...avoid this place.

The workers were nice, but my issue is their pricing. A full synthetic oil change at Walmart is $50 before tax, but I cant go there because theyre closed due to COVID-19. They charged me $92 before tax here, which is WAY too much, and it wasnt even the top-quality oil. I understand we all need to make a living, but this place is seriously overpriced. Would not reccomend.
They removed the skid plate on my vehicle and did not put it back in place correctly, there are now missing parts for the skid plate. The oil change did not require them to remove the skid plate in the first place, they just did not know how to change the oil on my vehicle. (Toyota FJ) I also purchased a rear wiper and it was installed during the same visit. It is not the right wiper blade and does not function properly. I found this out during the recent rain storms when I needed it.I would not take a vehicle to this Jiffy Lube to have it worked on. They do not have the knowledge that is required to do the job correctly or to put your vehicle back together properly.Beware of their craftsmanship, your vehicle may not be safe to drive after service here.Update:They followed up on this review and claimed to want to make it right, but when I responded to them they have not contacted me back.Once more, I would not use them, they seem to be more concerned with a quick sale, and not in doing things right.

I went here to get the free veterans day oil change. The saying goes you get what you pay for, I guess its fair to say I got what I paid for. When I checked my oil i was half of a gallon low and pitch black. I do believe the oil filter was changed, but no oil was added. Although, I paid $50 for the extra oil my diesel needed.
Best experience with customer service Ive had in a long time! Brett the assistant manager helped me out a ton! I needed a new part that the dealer was going to charge me $140 for after talking with Brett for about 1 minute he knew exactly what the part was and called Autozone and ordered it for me! It was only a $30 part, and he didnt have to do that because I could have just taken the part to any oil change shop and had it done. Then he told me the best time to come in so my total wait time was only about 30 minutes to get my oil changed and the part replaced. He showed me me air filters and very honestly suggested they didnt need to be replaced right away. Honestly these guys are out for your best interests and would recommend them to anyone.
Pretty good service. They tell you about everything you might need and they dont pressure you to do anything you dont want to. Good recommendations and pretty knowledgeable. Usually somewhat busy on the weekends so you have to go earlier or you may end up waiting around 30 minutes or more.
This place is amazing! The manager was really friendly and attentive, and held the door for me going in and out. He explained in detail what I needed, but made sure that I knew there was no pressure to purchase anything in particular. I got a full oil change + I needed a battery. He gave me a killer deal on the battery and even helped me find some coupons to help me get more money off. Another girl was in the waiting room with me, and we were both blown away by the friendly service we were receiving! It was even closing time and they could have just wanted to get out of there. I highly recommend this place!!

Told me I had an oil leak. (No leak checked with mechanic) when I asked where they said no idea. Probebly from the oil pan or your engine. But I mean... Its a quick lube shop.

Service was exceptional. Went in to get the oil changed on the car. The staff was friendly, and the got me in and out quickly and efficiently. I was surprised they even vacuumed up the crushed cheerios around my daughters car seat which was more than I was expecting considering how messy it was. I will definitely be coming back!
Honestly, I am super thrilled with my experience here! Thank you times a billion!!!! My work schedule is crazy and you guys are open later which is amazing. I tried to actually go to Walmart Auto for an oil change before I came to Jiffy Lube..and they turned me away at 5:30 and they didnt close until 7.........called this location and they said bring it on in we will take care of you. I arrived around 615 and I was greeted with smiling faces and great customer service!!!!!! They had me out by 640. Brodee was great! Thanks again guys. Highly recommend!

Not a great experience. I came in for an on the spot registration. The manager told me it will be 10-15 mins. I am here and the wait is now approaching an hour. Not too happy with it. I will be selecting a different company to service my vehicle in the future, I would recommend the same for you...... Update: I just called Spanish fork Jiffy lube .They said they would take care of it immediately. Dont waste an hour like I did when there are other options.

I was in need of an oil change and a friend of mine recommended this Jiffy Lube. I was a little hesitant but my friend insisted I go and that the employees there are awesome. So I went to see for myself. Awesome is putting it lightly!! They are quick and efficient and very proffesional! Brett, the manager, walked me through everything and I could tell that he wasnt only doing his job but that he genuinely cares about his customers! I appreciated the way he noticed what my car needed and gave me recommendations but never once did I feel he was pushy! I will be coming back to this Jiffy Lube for my car maintenance from now on!!

Since I live in Payson, I decided to go to the Payson Utah location, even though they only had 2 1/2 stars. I should have listened to my gut and made the drive north to a different one of waited for my dealership to get me in.I pulled up, the first thing they said was my car used synthetic oil. After arguing with the guy for a bit, I finally agreed to a synthetic blend. That should have been my second red flag. I also agreed to a tire rotation as the dealer always did that with each service. After waiting a few minutes one of the techs came in the waiting room and told me I needed a new air filter. Ok, I believed them so I agreed. Well, $129.00 later I left and thought I was done. After talking with my husband, he informed me that not only do I not need a synthetic blend, but he had just changed the air filter recently. In other words, they up charged me for a synthetic blend oil and lied about the air filter. So what should have been a $39.00 oil change, ended up costing $90 more, because they knew they could take advantage of me and did so. Now, maybe I should be more informed or should have waited for my husband to do it, but I should not have to worry about a national chain taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. Warning to those who dont know about cars. Take your oil change business elsewhere.My husband took the car back today, let them know of his displeasure too and to give them an opportunity to make it right. He was told the General Manager would be calling him today. We have not heard a word.

I like jiffy lube but Ive had bad experiences both times Ive went here, had to call management in sandy I think it was for a refund, I think they may be a little shady at this location and would recommend going somewhere else if you can.

This was the worst experience. The young man that helped me was so forceful on what oil I should have for my car and would not give me the opportunity to decide for myself what I want for MY car. Then afterward, he went through the list of everything they did. They checked the battery, the lights, even said they vacuumed my car. As I got inside my car I saw the floor of my car and they HADNT vacuumed anything. Very disappointed in their service and will not be going back.

I went in for an emission test and headlights bulb replacement. My headlight assembly was broken, retaining rods were not put back in and the lights were not even installed properly. Now I have to replace the broken headlight assembly and missing rods. I would not have been angry if I would have just been told the headlight assembly got broken, but not being told on top of missing parts and incorrectly installed light bulbs; I will not be coming back for any type of service

This place is very frustrating. I went in for an oil change and had to spend 20 min telling them I wasn’t interested in all their other services. They offered to change my cabin air filter for $35. I went to autozone and did it myself for $12. I get that you’re paying for convenience, but that’s not worth it to me. More frustrating was when I did ask them to replace the bulb above my license plate (knowing I was over paying) and they came back and said that they couldn’t do that bulb so they replaced a cabin bulb instead. I’m not sure the cabin bulb even needed replacing. They should have just apologized, not replace any bulb and not charge me.
I took my truck in to get my oil changed this week, and it was my first time with them. The man who greeted me was very short with me, and clearly did not want to be there, and was quite grouchy. I sat in the waiting room while they looked things over, and they came back and told me all sorts of things that I needed fixed, but I knew didnt need fixed because of very recent experiences Ive had with other companies. They tried to sell me an air filter for 25 bucks, and when I turned it down the dude got really grouchy and didnt want to communicate with me anymore. I later went and bought my own air filter since that is super easy to change and it only cost me 13 dollars! They were asking for 12 more for THE EXACT SAME FILTER! I did not enjoy my service there, and I wouldnt recommend going if you want a good costumer service experience.
I went in for a safety and emissions test and had my wiper blades replaced (or so I thought). A week later I noticed, in the rain, that one of the wiper blades was the old one. I went back to let them know and I talked to three people. I didnt have my receipt on me so they tried (and failed) to look me up on their computer. They refused to replace the obviously different blade so I went home and got the receipt to prove I had payed. They then proceeded to tell me that I only payed for one blade (who does that?) and that I had to pay for a new one. So I did. You would thing they would come put it on for me but no. I had to take it home and put it on only to find out it was the wrong size. I was very upset by the process and will not be returning. Who knows what they missed on the safety and emissions test that could be a problem later? Dont waste your time here.
Brodee took great care of me even before I got out of the car. We dropped off my car for an oil change and spent less than a total of 5 mins in the store. He clearly explained all options available and respected the choice I made. Everything about this visit was great. I plan on returning for my next oil change.
We went in just to get an emissions test and new tags for our vehicle. There were 4-5 guys and only one other car in the shop and it took over 35 minutes. They were too worried about going to the gas station for a drink. When we got home I noticed that there was oil/grease all over our brand new seat covers - I called to talk to the manager who was the most unprofessional person I have ever talked to who stated they are not ruined just dirty no apology or nothing. Weve tried to have them cleaned and it will not come out so yes they are ruined! I will never go to that location again and would strongly recommend to avoid this place at any cost - very negative energy! I would give them negative stars if I could but it wont let me.

For a moment I thought I was going to get stabbed by the people that work here, they are foul mouthed, have zero care for basic grooming, and are plain rude and non caring about whatever you need. Theyll go to great lengths in excuses to come for reasons not to help you. I have come twice, dont know why I came the second time, and both times they said they couldnt help me, NOT EVEN WITH AN OIL CHANGE.Avoid this location like the plague.
Spent over an hour for an oil change because of all of the sells pitches trying to up sell. Had s coupon for a discount and they conveniently lost it so they could charge double . Dont use this place. Even Walmart would be an upgrade

Amazing customer service!! Yesterday my husband had me go down there to get our admissions and registration done. I’m usually not the one to take care of the car but my husband had called ahead and they took very good care of me as soon as I showed up from meeting me at my car to showing me to the customer area. We were unaware that we had to have a certain number of miles on the car after a recent fix we had done at home so the car did not pass admissions. We are leaving out of town for a trip so it was crucial for us to get that done then, Brett the manager there suggested that I put those miles on the car and come back later. By the time I had been able to do that it was 20 minutes past closing time BUT Brett had waited for me so I could get that done yesterday. It was so huge for them to do that for us. I have been going to this Jiffy Lube since it opened. There have been some minor issues along the way but I have dealt with them. Recently my wife took her car in there and the service was terrible! She was told that her wipers were ripped and needed replaced.... The wipers are not ripped! When they pulled the car around and gave my wife the keys, and as she was walking to the car, she noticed that the Cabin Air Filter was sitting on the roof of the car. She had to go back in and ask them to put it back in.To top it off, after a few days I noticed some oil spots on the floor of the garage. Upon further inspection, the Drain Plug was not tight... I tightened it and it stopped. I received a survey in the mail asking about my experience. I filled it out with details, (before I found the leak) left my name and contact info to be contacted and nothing. Terrible way to do buisness! Lack of detail and questionable practices especially when it comes to working on vehicles. Wont go back and will pass my experience on.
They changed my oil and let me know what else my car needed done.
I got my truck inspected here about a month ago. The staff was nice but somehow they managed to knock my window out of the track so it wouldnt roll up. It worked when I brought it in and it didnt work when they gave it back. They refused to admit that one of their guys broke it and were kind of rude about it. It took some serious pressure to knock it out of place and it was obvious something happened.
Wasnt super impressed with the guys at this location. They tried to tell us that our windshield wipers needed to be replaced when we had just replaced them less than a week before. It wasnt a very busy time of day and they didnt have many other cars to work on, but it still seemed to take longer than normal to get our oil change.
Avoid this place at all costs. Ive never been treated as badly as I was by the staff at this place. They are rude, dont pay attention and simply dont seem to care about their customers at all. The man I talked to was literally trying to bully me into leaving so he wouldnt have to work on my car. They were busy, but seriously? Drive the extra distance to the next shop. Dont waste your time or money here. Unless you enjoy being treated badly. Id give it negative stars if I could.
Ben did a great job checking my car. He was very friendly and curtious. His friendly manner helped dull my pain of being turned away from an emission retest in Salt Lake at Jiffy Lube.

THE WORST.Have given them many chances. (like five) It took me a long time to learn my lesson. Some of the things they have done- Over charge me, fail to tighten my oil filter, fail to tighten my oil plug, strip my oil plug, make me wait over an hour. And the last time I went to get emission inspection (I thought they couldnt screw up) They made me wait about 1 hour and then told me the computer was down and couldnt do it. What a waste of time. Never, never, never again.
Paid for premium oil service which includes topping off all fluids. they did not do even though i asked if they did. premium service is a ripoff and almost cost me my transmission. all fluids were empty or very low
THIS PLACE SUCKS!! My wife took her car in for an oil change. The moron there thought hed be helpful and check the tire pressure. As my wife was driving home she heard some weird noises coming from the back of the car. She made it to Spanish Fork and pulled in to Shellys where they told her she has two flat tires and the two front tires were at 10 psi. I dont know how Jiffy Lube managed to screw that up, but they did. Luckily nothing terrible happened. Dont even bother going to Big O next door because theyre just as bad!! A bunch of crooks out to get your money, thats all they are!
