Fast service but you pay the price. I feel like I was charged double than what it should have been for a flat repair and tire rotation. This place had much better customer service and prices when it was Big O Tires. I probably won’t go back. Second time this has happened to me. The only reason I gave them 3 stars was because they got me in and out quick. Way overpriced in my opinion.

Ive been going to these guys for more than 10 years. Anything I cant do myself, I trust them to do. The staff is always kind and respectful. Ive never had to wait longer than I was told and never had issues with any of the work theyve done. Ive had them do everything from an oil change to replacing a transmission and have always felt that the pricing was fair and quality of their work to be exceptional.

Love working with the Dunns. I drive down from Lindon because its always great service and a fair price.

I brought my truck to be aligned after I had a professional mechanic rebuilt my front end on a 2015 Ram 1500. I was quoted a higher price than others but they had availability so I went. The said 30-45 minutes to complete. After 1.5 they finally got this Aligned. As I was pulling out of the parking lot it was pulling hard right, and steering wheel off center. So I returned it, I got 2 guys on this with a guy named K.C who actually tried hard. But after 2.5 hours more they re aligned 3 more times and then starting rotating tires to get it to drive straight. A total of 4 hours plus to get a alignment is unacceptable. I would not recommend to anyone. The front desk has lack of communication, they have multiple Gus standing around with nothing to do as people are waiting longer than normal times.

What a great place! We were headed South onI-15 in our 2015 E450 Rv and a truck passing us motioned to our tire. We stopped at the store and found that our rim was loose. Our valve extensors were attached which made this a problem. Front desk gentleman came out, looked at it, fixed it and we were back on the road safer in minutes. Nice to have mechanics you can trust.

I would give them a zero if I could I use to be an original I would take everything there but now this place has gone down hill and I wouldn’t trust taking anything there anymore for an example I took my truck there to get an oil change, tire rotation, an alignment and suppose to get a pressure sensor fixed on my tire. almost cost me $300 for these services and in the process they never changed my sensor and when I called them on it they told me if it was there’s they would warranty it but it wasn’t there cause they never changed it they gave me a half fast tire rotation in which they didn’t torque all my lugs they scratched my brand new rims and didn’t tighten the oil filter all the way so it leaked oil all over my drive way I am no longer going back to this place and thank you for doing more damage then good to my truck

Tire Busters is great (esp Justin)! They did a pre purchase car inspection for me and were much more thorough than the dealer. Absolutely loved their expertise and my experience with them!

Always taken care of us and made sure things were done right. I highly recommend bringing your vehicles here. Never ripped us off and always let us know what was goin on. Ill take my vehicles here for as long as they are open.

If I could give Tire Busters 100 stars, I would. Absolutely fantastic customer service. They always take the time to explain whats wrong to me or my wife when she brings her car in. Pricing is fair, service is fast, and the staff is wonderful.

Went in to get the AC charged they said it should work now. The following day, I open the hood to smoke from burnt plastic. They didnt clip the fan back in so it was leaning up against the radiator. We took it back in and they said I needed a new compressor and the under carriage where the ac is located has a hole and is causing it to leak. They said it would be about $1700 to fix everything. I would have paid the money the first day had they checked to see what needed to be replaced. It is their job to diagnose and see what the problem may be. Hopefully this post will create change and they will change the way they do things. They didnt charge me for the fan replacement so for that Im giving a 3 star instead of a 1 star review.

Really impressed with this new tire shop. I used to come here when it was Big O tires but they have changed to Tire Busters. I feel they have the same customer service or better. They had the tires I needed in stock and at a better price than anyone else I called. So yeah I give them 5 stars all the way. I would completely recommend this location to anyone who asks.

They didn’t actually listen when I told them how my car feels when accelerating. It’s goes into limp mode with vibration and whining noise like it’s stuck in a gear and i have to pull over and turn it off and back on. Until it happens again which it does. They loaned me a car while they looked and fixed my alignment and links. The next day I even took it back and told them that it’s still happening and they said they will take a look at it again and never actually did because it’s still happening!Just because I didn’t put it in their terms they didn’t check it THOROUGHLY and they said they did. My invoice says clanking noise when I turn? I didn’t say that. it’s just incompetent. When someone brings their car in they expect it to be thoroughly inspected and hopefully fixed!

Note this review is for Tire Busters not Big O (will never go to them again) Pointing out as I believe some of the negative reviews below were before new management. The service I received today nearly had me in tears because of the consideration given in the whole situation. Will definitely be back if needed. Just went in due to tire loosing air and another place saying fixed but didnt.

My poor sister was visiting from Idaho for a brothers graduation. She needed to get back to ID for work the next day, so we took her car into the shop with an extremely loud vibration coming from the front end of her car.we thought it was a hub or a wheel bearing on the front right.After we took it in they said it was in fact the wheel bearing but on the opposite side in which we thought.So they fixed the side they were working on and charged us $500 my sister gets her car upon the shop closing and the vibration hasn’t reduced or lessened at all, the shop was now closed and she had to leave.I don’t know about the competency of these mechanics here. Best of luck to anyone that does business with them. Things sounded great at first but the quality of the work speaks the loudest as that’s what we were there for. $500 down the drain for NOTHING #awesomeTire busters +$500Sister -$500 + a car that remains broken.** Update** the owner/manager was able to get things straightened out and refunded the job that was performed incorrectly.

Great prices and friendly staff. Would be 5 stars except their mechanic left some dirty smudges on my vehicles carpet that I had to clean up later.

Horrible experience. I was excited to support a new business because I will not go to Big O tires after getting ripped off on warranty they wouldnt cover. So we had an excellent first experience bought tires and everything went well. Couple days after getting them my car started making a humming sound coming from the tires. I stopped at a mechanic place in Lehi to see whats going on they lifted the car and moved my tires back and forth to see if there was wiggle room and if it needed new bearings. They lowered it and said its very minor but that I do need bearing soon. Later that day I decided to come to tire busters since I had a good experience the first time and they drove my car around and lifted it like the other place to see if it indeed need bearings. Took a really long time they then said I needed two bearings for $280 a piece. I said Ill just order them and my husband can put them on they then drove my car back to front lobby I was standing outside waiting and I hear a loud scraping screeching noise they wasnt there when I had them look at. I asked them whats going on with my car It never had any sounds when I came in why does it now? The guy told me that lifting it will caused this and that I need another part that will cost me $260. So now I have $820 just in parts that I need to fix. I dont know what they did but they did something to cause this because how does lifting it make it go out i had it lifted just hours ago. Im so disappointed I now dont have a car because I cant afford another $260 on top of buying bearings. Its another Big o Tires they dont care that I dont have a car anymore didnt even explain or apologize. Ill make sure to let my clients and everyone I know

I went here to get my CV axle replaced. I was a little surprised when they said I needed some work done on the fuel line. I had had some problems with it before, but they had been resolved. I told them to go ahead and do the fuel line, too. BIG MISTAKE. Long story short, after going to another place, I found out that Tire Busters CREATED a bigger problem than was there before. When they worked on the fuel line, the fuel filter and hose were not secured properly, meaning the car was leaking fuel when it wasnt for several months before that. The one bright spot was being able to use a loaner car while my car was being worked on. Sad to say, they have lost me as a customer. I generally like supporting local businesses.

Brought my car to get it diagnosed it was having some rough idle issues and had a hard time staying on. After keeping my vehicle for a full day they reached out to me and told me that my alternator needed to be replaced because it was showing low voltage. Then I was told it was possibly my fuel pump. Quoted me an outrageous price, I refused and got a second opinion. Went to another local shop they diagnosed it within a couple of hours. It turned out to be a simple IAC valve that failed and wasnt letting the car breathe. My car runs great and starts right up. 100 dollar fix. Busters charged me 90 to supposedly diagnosed my vehicle. I honestly think they wanted to rip me off! Place is only good for tires thats all!

This is an excellent shop. Gabe and his staff are extremely knowledgable, professional and friendly. I got a new set of tires for my car in less than half an hour. My first thought when they pulled my car out of the garage was that something must be wrong and they didnt have the right size or something. It was neither of those problems in fact there was a beautiful brand new set of tires on my car. It was like Nascar pitstop speed and they are perfect, balanced and my car is handling better than ever. I will be recommending this shop to everyone I know. I am very impressed.

If I could give zero stars i would. My brother had them do an oil change on his 2013 Hyundai Elantra. When we where driving, his oil pan plug popped off and leaked out all the oil. Luckily his engine didnt seize or we would be pursuing Big O for a new engine. Please dont go here they are careless and dont take pride in their work, They faild to secure the oil drain plug properly.

Fantastic job today assisting my friend Rett Larsen. They sold him a set of tires for under $200 AND checked his engine codes for free so he could fix his car and turn the warning lights on his dashboard off and come back for an emissions test. Great job Gabe and team!!

If I could give zero stars I would! My husband and I have been to this place several times. 6 months ago we had both of our cars worked on with no problems. Until 2 days later my van had a hard time picking up speed without the whole car shaking. It was very odd so I brought it in and they said there was something new wrong with it. And that it had nothing to do with what they had worked on a few days earlier. We still believe that is was their fault.Anyways, today my husband went in because he had a flat tire. The guy who helped him was white and had reddish hair, he didn’t catch his name. So, he tells my husband for 4 new tires it would be around $800. We own a Chrysler town and country. So, then my husband continues to ask him how much for just one or two tires because we don’t have the money to replace all 4. He then says to my husband, in a very rude tone, that he is wasting his time if he doesn’t want to buy the tires. He got upset just because my husband didn’t want all 4. More words were exchanged and then my husband took his business elsewhere.Later, he calls and speaks to the owner of the store. This guy was even more unbelievable than the other! my husband tells him what happened and the owner starts yelling at him telling him that if he has a bad attitude, which he didn’t, that he can’t help how his employees act. These people are very unprofessional and I will NEVER go here again! I will also make sure that no one I know will go here again. I cannot believe that the owner of the business behaved like this! We think that they must be racist for treating my husband this way when he did and said nothing wrong. All customers ask the same kinds of questions.

These guys have definitely earned my business back. The Brittnie that works the front is SUPER helpful. Great demeanor. She Never sounds put out like a lot of places do when you ask for more information. Very sympathetic when you’re a bit panicked. Also tons of information and good knowledge on my car (it’s a Jetta and I didn’t know there are certain types of oil changes that would benefit it more). And talks to you like you’re an adult and not a child! Love that! Lenny has the best phone greeting every. Super enthusiastic. Hard not to be in a better mood when talking with him. The guys in the back were quick. And Austin was a very sweet, very polite guy when I asked to have my tire pressure done a while ago. He gave me lots of helpful information. Told me which tire to watch and gave me options if it gave me trouble. I will be back with these guys for my vehicle needs. I am VERY pleased with how they have been lately. Yes some days they do take longer. But if you stop and think about what they are doing... and how many customers they have all at once some times... It takes a while to do certain things! Remember to be patient. Be kind. They are people also. Love them all here personally.

These guys made my wife’s year. She got a flat in front of there building while she was on her way to a job interview. They sent a truck replaced her tire and all they asked was that she come back afterwards. Needless to say she got the job they celebrated with her and only charged her cost for the tire.

Originally they had made a mistake on the size of tires they put on our car, which wore out the tread faster than it should have. The store reached out to me and offered a refund which was very helpful and appreciated.

Good pricing for the work performed with a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Had to get an AC line custom made, they sent away for it and took care of everything. They were very helpful

Jesse P was great! On a several hundred mile trip, our car started to experience vibration. At Big O, Jesse helped us identify the problem (all lug nuts loosened on a tire), which is a severe problem, potentially life threatening! We were so grateful for his help, expertise, and quick fix! The front desk gentleman (Jesse) is by far my favorite to deal with. He doesn’t “beat around the bush” with any. Always making sure the vehicles I bring in are safe and making sure I’m aware of what needs to be done now or in the near future. Also, the tech, newt, was really nice and understanding. Does his job and then some. Probably the best big o to deal with in my opinion. (Everyone that works there does a fantastic job. Those are the two I deal with the most)

This was my situation:My front passenger tire blew and this was unexpected so I didnt have any funds. So I went to Big O in Orem. They quoted me at $800 for a set of new tires (my car is AWD so I cant just replace one tire). Then I met Ryan on Facebook and he offered his assistance. I bombarded him with so many questions but he had been very patient with me and answered and explained to all of my questions. Trust me, he knows his stuff.What helped me the most was him working with my financial situation. I went to Big O tires in Payson and came back home in Orem with a brand new set of tires (Legacy Touring Plus). I am very satisfied with Big O in Payson with its service. I will be going to them if I come down with car problems from now on because its worth the drive.

I no longer live close to this location, however I drive the distance because your customer service is unparalleled! I have done this for over 2 years and will continue to do so. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and fun to work with. Had my brake calipers replaced on my truck in the afternoon on Wednesday. Drove my truck home and my brakes were smoking pretty bad by the time I pulled into my driveway. Wasnt too happy. I called Big-O they sent tow truck within 30 minutes to grab my truck. They looked at it first thing next morning. Turns out mechanics did nothing wrong, they were just faulty parts from factory to begin with. Long story short they had my truck back before noon Thursday, and that is 5 star service.

They are very quick and always willing to help. Big O in Payson is my go to auto shop. I’ve taken my car there for almost everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. Prices are pretty good compared to other places & quality of their work is great.

The last time I was in there I had a tire rotation done. They did not put a tire cap back on tight so I lost it the same day. I let Big O know and they went above and beyond to replace the tire cap at no expense to me. I really appreciate there caring attitude and willingness to make it right with me. Thanks Big O. Big O Tires in Payson has always been a place I know I can get taken care of. Super friendly staff and they have always stood behind their work. Always my first call for tires and service.

I came in for just an oil change. All that night and the next day I had oil spilling out of my car at a rapid rate. I honestly didnt notice till I got to work and one of my co-workers mentioned it. then I went back and was able to see where I had parked the night before. puddle of oil. even the spot where my car was left after the oil change... puddle of oil. I took it back that day and they told me some part had broken and then it had broken because another part had broken. all related to my oil... why couldnt they have told me the day before, probably because they were the ones who caused it. I dont think its just coincidence that the day after I get an oil change all of a sudden Im dripping oil everywhere. They did fix it for free which is what they shouldve done so Im happy about that. But I dont think it should have happened in the first place.

This store and its workers saved my life! My mom and I were traveling together between Nevada and Idaho and had some serious car vibration start occurring on our journey. When we figured out it was the tires, we came to Big O Tires, just off the exit near Payson. They served us quickly, checked on the car, and discovered one of the rear tire lugnuts had gone missing and the others worked themselves almost off. They replaced the lugnut, checked all the tires, and had us back on the road in twenty minutes. Everyone was super helpful, very kind, knowledgeable, and useful in every way possible, but the biggest shoutout has to go to Jesse Parent for his work and kindness toward us. Pricing at this shop seems fair and reasonable from what Ive seen, and the workers know what theyre doing. Big O, buy Jesse lunch. He earned it for saving my life and my moms life! Thank you, Jesse!!

I highly recommend this location! After i was quoted an outrageous price on a couple truck tires at the local walmart tire center i was able to stop in here to get the work done at nearly half the price! The employees are professional and polite while making sure your needs are met to the best of their abilities!
