Fantastic customer service! …We were greeting quickly and everyone was friendly. Brett B was incredibly patient with my mom. She was needing to activate a new phone and get a new SIM card. He transferred all her info from a droid to an iPhone.

I wouldve gave this store a 5 star due to our sales clerk being very professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with us, however the manager was pretty rude. My husband and I went to Payson and realized we didnt have service. We decided to switch to Verizon and went inside this store to do so. The manager was on his phone and laptop with someone from corporation. The lady wanted to have a meeting to show the manager something. He told her there was customers in the building however went ahead with the meeting anyway. My husband, myself and another customer were speaking and laughing. The manager got huffy puffy, sighed loudly, grabbed his laptop and stormed off to the back room. He even grabbed the door handle aggressively, clearly showing his displeasure. The only reason why we stayed was because of our sales clerk. He was very nice. Customers that were waiting ended up leaving because the wait was so long. You would think the manager wouldve had better customer service skills and assisted the other customers. The process for us was long because we bought two brand new phones and had to switch services to include importing our old numbers. The manager needs training in culture diversity and also customer service skills.

BEWARE!!!!!!! Absolutely disgraceful behavior by the store manager, Christopher Bennett. Im new to town and went in to change plans and learn about wireless internet service. I was speaking to Brett when Chris came over and just took over. Very rude and abrupt, he got very belligerent with me when I expressed my concerns about why he got so stressed out dealing with me. He demanded that I leave and if I didnt he was going to call the police and have me arrested. I didnt leave until I got his supervisors name and contact number, Heather Dominguez and you have to call 800 go wireless. Unfortunately I didnt know there was a second choice and even a third or fourth I think concerning Verizon. But definitely a standalone on Malibu Road right across the street from Walmart. I will never step foot in the Verizon within the plaza as long as hes in that store at all. So I met Isaiah at the Malibu location and what a world of difference! Extremely kind and patient, very professional and knowledgeable. Hes a excellent teacher for someone my age (63). I didnt read reviews either until it was too late and I had to endure that confrontation with Chris. Hes abusive and also setting a bad example for the staff there. He apparently needs to work alone not with the public. Customer BEWARE!!!!

We went in today and Pedro greeted us at the door. We had questions about our plan and our phones. He was so patient and explained options clearly and completely. We made some changes, he helped us (we are both in our mid 60s to early 70s) - the experience was extremely pleasant and efficient. I’ve had less than good experiences over the years to the extent I avoided local stores. Working with Pedro provided such a great experience. Thank you so much!!!

I purchased a phone here and set up a new service account. A couple of weeks later, I returned to have Steven help me with a problem related to a change in service that I had made in at a Verizon location in Mesa. Steven was so very helpful. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He is also very patient and nice to work with. I feel like I got the very best service possible.

I explained how I was so upset I was going to throw my droid out the window because it would not keep a charge. We felt very comfortable with him, so we peppered him with about 100 more questions! He remained extremely patient and with great humor. We even went back twice more with more questions! Keith was an amazing help today. I came in wanting an S8 and I got an S8+ and I am so much happier with this than I would have been with the S8. I Went to this Verizon location in the Bashas/ Payson village shopping center in Payson Arizona. It was a nice and clean Verizon store. I went in to see what new items they had. I was greeted by a friendy guy. I cant remember what he said his name was. He asked me if I need anything help. I browse for a little bit and then I left. I liked that the store was organized and clean. I also like that I was welcomed when I walked in and was asked if I need help with anything. If you need of a new phone or looking for a phone I would recommend this location because of the friendly stuff and that it a new looking store. Good job Verizon at the Bashas shopping center. 👍

Extrodanary I came into the store to buy a charger and Nick presented me with excellent customer care, and found an even better solution that worked perfect for me. He was very kind understating and thorough with all the information we covered. He found a way to connect my favorite pelican box to a case which protects my phone investment. I hit the jackpot with my experience at this store. Chris, Store Manager, answered my call asking if he had the iPhone I was shopping for in stock. From that early call, to the end of the time I spent at the store, he was able to efficiently and completely steer me through what is often an upsetting, difficult process. Upsetting because my well-used phone was about to deconstruct and become unusable, and because of the cost of a new phone and all the possible options. Decisions, decisions! Difficult, because it is hard to figure cost of various options - accessories, down payment, insurance...you know what I mean. Chris was all over it - and was, without hesitation, able to calculate cost and time, maximizing benefit to me, at the drop of a hat. Additionally - he was able to transfer all my data to my new phone. He didnt lose a thing - and it was a seamless transition. Verizon - whatever you do - Hang on to this guy! Its really reassuring to know that he is in Payson and available to help through the new phone (or old phone, for that matter) minefield. Chris - Verizon - my new bffs.Thank you!

We really appreciated the way that Chris helped us through the whole process of setting up our jetpack on our plan. He also gave us information on a modem, which we wont be able to use at the moment, since our area is not 4G yet; but he made sure we knew that we could call him and have him help us set up the modem once 4G hits our area in a few months. He also gave us his cell phone number several times and made sure we knew we could call him with any questions or concerns. He was very knowledgeable about the product and the plan, made eye contact throughout the entire transaction, and didnt play on his phone the entire time.
