This former True Value building Supply Center store has been bought by R and K Building Supplies. This merger will mean some changes, but meanwhile, we received excellent service.We had some questions about leaf guards for the gutters on our house. We were directed to the right place, but found that they do not carry what will work for our installation.The store manager took some time to help educate us about the process and the options we might have, even though what we will eventually purchase will not come from his store.This is over and above service. Such service is quite rare and we appreciated his experience and his knowledge about the project.This was our first visit, and it wont be the last.

This Home Center Supply/True Value sits right next to a Walmart and is still going strong. That should tell you something. One time I found a unique metric socket that no one else in town had, to replace a catalytic converter on our car. There are other unique items you need to browse the store to see and want. My wife found some canning jar accessories that she saw no where else. I also know that contractors really like the Home Center Supply service because the lumber yard in back is continually busy and our roofer son-in-law uses them exclusively. Prices in the store are comparable but can be a little more at times. However the personal service and selection makes up for it. We may be a bit prejudiced because one of our granddaughters also works there and really likes it. Hey, they must be doing something right!

Be careful what you buy here. No returns on ammo at all & no returns after 30 days on anything. I bought two 1,000 round boxes of Winchester M*22 long rifle 40 grain black copper plated round nose on March 23rd. Just got out to the range yesterday because of Covid and Im getting failures to fire at least 25% of the first 100 rounds. Very frustrating so I took them back to the store and its Tough Luck, Buddy, no refunds. I will avoid this place in the future if at all possible. Now Im calling Winchester to see if they will stand behind a product that their retailer wont honor.

Don’t go here for lumber anymore. We are all getting very sick and tired of their attitudes down there. You ask simple questions and they act like you’re bothering them. They make a mistake on your order and they treat you like you’re the one in the wrong. Very rude, and very incompetent. Especially Colton. He’s the rudest person that I’ve dealt with down there.

I will never shop at this place again the worker are very rude and useless they treat you like you are bothering them.

Dont go here for anything. There is no common decency, or integrity from the guy that sits in the chair ..at the counter on Saturdays.How come there are never any cars in the parking lot every time you pass by???Because of that guy!!!He is not friendly, is unhelpful, and will overcharge you.I was over -charged for a trash can. Had to call and ask for a refund on what the sticker price was on the can compared to what I was charged.You would have thought I was asking for big bucks. It was $4.00 an honest mistake...maybe.Its the integrity that is lacking.Its how you treat the customer to get a customer to want to return.Its the friendly, thank you so much for your business, we appreciate you.....Its the apology....Never got one thank you for stopping in the store today, or a were sorry we overcharged you.Instead, it was a hassle to receive $4.00 from a mistake made by their employee.Shame.

It was raining when out there and the people came right out and help me and told me just to wait in my car and it got all my lumber and loaded me up and I was on my way and I wasnt happy camper thank you very much

They are open and not answering their phones. Also who closes a hardware store at 3pm on a weekday? So contractors can go there early to get supplies but if they need a last minute item at end of day they are screwed? NICE! -.-
