Twice now Ive gone in to get propane only to have to wait and no one ever came out. I spoke to the cashier who called on her radio for an associate to respond to the side yard to assist me. Again I saw an employee driving a forklift moving pallets and she made no attempt to assist me. This is the second time with the same yard person. This was on October 18, 2021 at 3:15 PM. I told the cashier and left. I guess they have their priorities on a different plane than a customer.

Attempt to buy a DR wood chipper / shereder.Person at the customer service counter told me to just order it on line. I asked if she could order one for me and was told she could not. I walked to my vehicle to cool off and try and order the produce on line. The web page said i could pick it up in the store that day, Thursday, indicating there was one in the store. I returned to the service counter and showed the same person that i had attempted too order the product and it said one was in the store. The associate was very short with me stating the inventory was wrong and again told me to order it on line. I let the associate know i would find one somewhere and i left.I subsequently called a store in Scottsdale that carried the chipper i wanted.The Payson tractor supply lost the sale. I will gladly drive to Scottsdale or Phoenix to get good customer service.

Customer service Ha nonexistent! Unless they know you. Have no knowledge in any of the products they sell. Honestly feel like they get paid to sit on their hands because they are related to someone!

The coolest store in town they have something for everyone and the staff is awesome

The staff is very customer friendly and helpful. Very impressed with the extensive inventory in the pet department and the remainder of the store. My pets also enjoy visiting the TS store in Payson where they get greetings from the staff and treats.The overall atmosphere and shopping experience was pleasant and stress free. Also Jeff the assistant manager and the other members of the team are very customer oriented and take the time to assist you. It also easy to shop on line and pick up at the store

This store has everything you can imagine. I went in looking for a bird feeder and bought it, plus a shirt.Among other brands they feature Carhart, which happens to be a sons favorite. So I got some early Christmas shopping done.Friendly people, happy to help one find what they need, and what they didnt know they needed. A fun place to shop.

A good friend of mine was in the Payson store and she told me that the cashier Robin was the rudest customer service person that she has ever had and she told me that she may never go to the store again if Robin is working!! She’s not the only person that has told me the same!! I know what I won’t be going there if Robin is working!!!

Renee and Robin were exceptional. Our truck broke down and we had it towed here to see if we could find part to get the car going. We went back a dozen times getting parts and pieces. Dont let the name fool you. This store is so much more then the name implies. They have everything from dog food to clothing. Its worth stopping in if your in the area. The staff is very friendly and are always glad to help. The store is well stocked and very clean both inside and out.

I love this place!! Great everything love the boots, clothes and the best seeds (burp), toys for my dog and my cat. candy for the kids! (Me) plus I got the watermelon to hang.Great country welcomes! The store is clean. The employees are helpful, and returns are done right at the register no need to call for a manager.Gotta check it out yourself!!! Good shopping!

The associates here are always friendly and quick to help if I need it. The store is clean and just a fun place to shop. I also enjoy the farmers market they have outside on Saturdays, where you can find locally raised beef and arts and crafts.

The last 2 times we have gone into the store in Payson, the check-out clerks have decided that we need advice and rude comments about how we choose to live our life. We come into to get feed and clothes not advice.

My first experience was getting the wrong item I needed. But when coming back I was still welcomed by the friendly staff and helped again to find the correct item and return the old one. Overall everyone was friendly and very helpful.

Well, stopped in to check on a 3500 watt generator. As they carry Champion brand I was looking forward to getting one. Unfortunately they were sold out and no idea when any would come in. Ended up getting one at Walmart in another brand but that is another review...

Its always out of salt blocks and mineral blocks... Order more seriously giys your always sold out. Means buy more.. Love you guys thooooooo.....

Every time I go to this store, I always find something else to buy, from what was intended. Great place to shop for stuff. Everyone is always nice and helpful.

Tractor Supply has a lot that home depot wont have. You can get food for, cats, dogs, birds (wild and domestic), cows, goats horses, pigs and even miniature pigs. Clothes like shirts and jeans. Tubular gates and wire fencing. Water tanks and livestock feeders. Gardening supplies and power tools. Generators and more.

We always find what we need to feed our critters! Prices are competitive with friendly, helpful staff.

I highly recommend this place I buy all of my horses supplies and my other animals as well and the savings are amazing so check it out

Shopped in Payson,Az this time and people were great. Try to buy at either Coolidge, Showlow, Miami/Globe, or Holbrook. Live in Apache Junction Az but customer service much better outside of Phoenix valley from what Ive experienced. All in all good value for the money 👍

Huge supply of stuff to choose from. mostly for rural applications: animal food, gates, valves, watering, tools, farm clothes, etc. Like a Wal-Mart for rural property owners! In fact EXACTLY like Wal-mart in that E V E R Y T H I N G offered is MADE IN CHINA. EVERYTHING IS MADE IN CHINA. Isnt that special? Rural America- the home of hard working patriots, gets their supplies and tools made in China. not one thing in that store other than the Coca-Cola beverages offered in the cooler is made oiin America.
