I will NOT shop here anymore!!! Their return policy has gone from the best in the business to practically non-existent. I came in with a receipt and they still wouldn’t return an item. I have consistently poor experiences here.

Very nice store in a great location. Plenty of parking. The store is well stocked and organized. There is a broad collection of goods for sale and seasonal items are carried too. The store is neat, clean and the staff members were polite and helpful.

I spend way too much money and time in bed bath & beyond! They have some of the coolest gadgets for the home. They have great collections of kitchen things and their dishes are fabulous! Theyre brand, which is Bee & Willow, is what I decided to go with when I was picking out my new place settings! They have lots of different pieces that go to it and its so thick and sturdy! I have gotten everything from towels, pots and pans, place settings for the table, drying rack, knives, bathroom accessories, linens, and so much more from there. The employees have always been nice and helpful, and the store is always immaculate. Even when I stop and ask someone for help, if they cant find it, they always go and check with someone else to make sure theyre not overlooking it. Then, if they dont have it in the store, they are always willing to go online and order it and have it shipped to the store for free. Their customer service is awesome! I really cant tell you when that Im ever without a 20% off coupon. Im on their mailing list and I get them constantly, which is not necessarily a good thing because I tend to go and spend it! However, if Im going to buy it anyway why would you not want a 20% off coupon! If youre in the area, and looking for something for the home, check out bed bath & beyond!

The worst bb&b Ive ever been to. Just because I was trying to save money with coupons doesnt give you the right to whisper about us to the other employee. My sister in law was just trying to help me and she heard you too. Your attitude, your rudeness, your condescending tone of voice because I wasnt understanding. Why were you that way? I was definitely not that way to you. Neither was my sister in law and yet you were condescending, rude and had attitude with her too. Are people with disabilities not allowed to shop at your store? You dont know why Im slow to understand. Wheres the Customer Service?

Normally this is a Great Store especially when Robin is working, however this morning my husband and I stopped in looking for an item we were sure BB&B had we searched for awhile and knowing the store inside and out we could not find the item so we politely asked Michela and Michela bluntly informed us if we did not see the item then they don’t have it I’m sure Kmart and Sears told some of their customers the same thing at one time and BB&B might price match but when one encounters such a rude and disrespectful employee Amazon works best and we don’t mind the wait or even paying for shipping also I have over thirty coupons because every single time we’re in there a coupon shows up in the mail the very next day or so I also asked if I may use one of my coupons and then realized I did not bring one along and asked Michela if it would be alright to bring back my receipt and coupon she informed us we had to have the coupon upon check out and allowing the customer before us to bring her coupon back next time she was in the store so I decided to submit this review because this was not the shopping experience that we normally receive and the very first Rude Employee out of all the years we have shopped here because we hope no one else will be treated this way
