06 Oct 2021 I was in desperate need of help at this store. A person named Courtney assisted me. There is absolutely nothing that this person could have been able to do better with the assistance that he gave to me. Courtney was so fantastic!! He was very informative, helpful, friendly, courteous, and did not try to make me feel sad because I was not as informed as most customers. There is no way anyone could have been more helpful. Thank you Best Buy for such an awesome employee!!!

Eh. Thats how I would describe the attitude of a big portion of the staff when you walk in. Its like you are buggin them if you ask a question. Some of the other ones follow you around like creepy store detectives. Generally I do not enjoy shopping here. The store is typically very clean and easy to find what you are looking for

I had to buy a new TV. I did my research. I was in the TV department for a while. I went back to the front to ask for help. Nathaniel S. offered to do his best but was honest that he did not work in that area. Due to the labor shortage, the team was floating to where help was needed. We had a great conversation about what was important to me in a TV. He shared his thoughts. I made a decision. It was taking a while to get the set out to me. He came out to explain the problem. He made sure I understood that they were getting the set down but needed to do it safely. Just a good experience all around. Things don’t always go perfectly. Honesty and attention go a long way.

What a joke of a place. The staff that I came i to contact with were jerks. I picked up the wrong item, instead of the one on sale and was chastised because I didnt want it and wanted my money back instead of leaving with it. Usually best buy is awesome, but this store isnt the case. It was a disaster and the items and sale tags didnt match in several places. I could understand if it was one or two items, but it was multiple. So I gave my money to Amazon because it was the price I was going to get at best buy anyway. Amazon wins again...

Every time we go to this store it makes me remember why I hate coming to it. I have never been there and ask for help and someone actually help me. We went in two weeks ago to buy a new printer for the office and we needed help in the printer section, which is in the back of the store. One employee started back that way and he saw me trying to get his attention and he immediately changed directions as if trying to avoid us. I walked a little faster and caught up to him on his new route and he scoffed when I asked him for help or to just get someone that could please help us. He said he would send someone back. (This is exactly what happens every single time we try to buy anything in this location) We waited and waited and waited, other people walked in and if youre looking for something in the very front of the store, they will help you buy if you pass the middle of the store, youre just out of luck! No one ever came. Two other employees passed by the area and I politely asked them for assistance, one responded with, this isnt my section and Im going to break and the other actually laughed and said, sure, Ill send someone back here to help you, we close in 20 minutes so yall need to start making your way out of the store. I was so mad about the atrocious customer service at this store, it never changes, they set the standard on the absolute worst customer service possible. We waited 10 more minutes and just left and bought the printer at wal mart for $400. I wont ever do business with this Best Buy unless there is major change that happens at this location. The area its in, I really expect more from such a big name brand. If youre not going to treat your customers with the upmost respect and be helpful in every way possible, then you should just close yours doors. Ive never experienced such bad customer service as I do every time I try to buy anything from this Best Buy in Peachtree City, Ga 30269.

Great customer service and love to shop around because of all the new things they get. this is one of my favorite places to look around and shop. i aslo saw that you can get free geek squad installations on purchases of radio and speakers for, i believe around $150 or $250 or probably something else, i cant exactly remember, but i will be buying my head unit and speakers and getting the free install...aslo on any purchase best buys warranty is amazing!!!

I made an appointment to have my screen repaired/replaced. An older man at the Geek Squad counter greeted me after I stood there for a few minutes; then the younger man come over & continue to ask if I have an appointment. After inquiring to why I was there he then says I can’t get my screen repaired if the back of my phone is cracked told him it wasn’t; he take a look and says ok it isn’t broken. He then look at my screen & says it’s only cracked a little which won’t interfere with me using it or water damage I then said I don’t care if I’m paying for a services (warranty) I want my phone fix, he then said you have to pay ($29) to get it fix, I don’t care I want my phone fixed, the next discouragement was we might have to keep it until tomorrow or the next day, I don’t care this iPhone 11Pro Max is for my grandson and then his last discouragement was oooo we don’t have any screens in we used the last one. This place is beyond hilarious. He then told me about a place across the street I could go to for services. A waste of my time & energy! Just take your phone to the Apple store for services and repairs to your phone. Horrible customer services!! UPDATE: if you need a phone repair UBREAKIFIX is awesome!! Same issue was repaired in 45 minutes no problems no issues!!!

I purchased a LG - 22.5 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator with Door-in-Door and Craft Ice - Model:LRMDC2306S. Delivery company showed up with two guys but said they needed four in order to bring the refrigerator up stairs and asked if I told Best Buy that the delivery would require going up a flight of stairs. Unfortunately, Best Buy never asked this when I ordered the fridge online. The delivery guys put the refrigerator in my garage and said that their company would call me right back to schedule a time to bring it up the stairs and into my house. After waiting a couple hours and receiving no call, I called the Geek Squad at Best Buy and was told that they would be back out at 4pm to install the fridge. At 6pm I called the Geek Squad again to find out why no one had showed and was told by the new customer service rep that the order had been marked complete and that it would take 24hrs for them to bring the order out of the complete status and then they would contact me again to reschedule installation. Beyond frustrated with the service and lack of process in place by Best Buy to properly serve their customers.

Not as friendly in the cell phone department. I was passed off to another man because I wanted unlocked. That man wasnt friendly and vague with answers. I left and drove to Newnan where even though they didnt have what I wanted and the Peachtree City store did, I was treated as if my money and feelings mattered. I will say the front door receptionist was very kind.

Geek squad installed my car alarm and remote starter. I had to keep pushing my appointment ahead because Maaco had my car for two months. Fortunately, that was not an issue for the squad. I wasnt clear how to use my remote because I dont think I got proper directions. I did get told that the 1 button 1 way remote is a nuisance to work with. I also didnt get paper instructions on how to use it. I will call back and find out if some came in the package. If not i will ask again. Im usually good with listening and following directions.

Dont bring your business here, especially for service. My wife took in her computer to get worked on. Diagnostic services should have been $99. The Geek Squad tricked her into the up-sell, convincing her that the service would cost much more than their $200 yearly service plan. In the end, they couldnt fix her computer or recover her data. So we paid $200 for nothing more than confirmation that we needed a new computer.. When we asked for a refund for the difference, we were denied. We dont recommend them, and we dont plan on going back.

I like how they are prioritizing admittance into the store. They have the entrance roped of and ask what brings you into the store today. If its a simple question that doesnt require you to go in, they answer it and youre on your way. Some people may not like it, but good on ya Best Buy for being proactively safe during the pandemic.

First, what a deal on a car stereo for my old vehicle.. Secondly what a deal with free instillation. Thirdly, Ashley, the technician was awesome. Fourth, the stereo in the car sounds amazing and its hands free! Finally the entire process took less than an hour. WOW.. GREAT JOB!

This is a generous rating mainly because of the assistance I received from Ms. Nikki. She went out of her way to check for items we were looking for. This best buy doesnt have a big selection. I was also confronted by a rude customer. When I explained I was returning the items, she said she didnt know because I was on my phone... I had my phone out to show her the receipt. The Newnan store offered to replace it if I brought it in but they would have to order me another one because they didnt have one in stock. The Peachtree City store ultimately took the return and replaced it. Nice employees all around.

My husband ordered a laptop for pick up from the peachtree city location. It was a quick and seamless transaction! We walked in, went to the table to the right of the front door, told the young lady our info and she had it there and waiting. We honestly spent less than 10 minutes in the store! Wish most shopping went like that!

WORST SERVICE EVER!! NEVER AGAIN!!Family members went here looking for a specific item. The person at the front entrance behind the velvet role states to them, What do you want?When they told the associate what they were looking for, the person said Oh. And they were permitted in. When they asked the person again, where the item was, they gave the appearance that they didnt care. The associate explained that they were Taking a different approach with customers. Hearing this, I was as shocked as my family members. Best TryUPDATE 1/25/2021:So, family member went back to this Best Try, as they believe that sometime, a store is having a bad day. I can respect that. Upon speaking with a representative, they asked someone to assist in a certain area. The associate informed her that they didnt know anything about that area of the store and walled away. The family member spent fifteen minutes (yes, it was timed) looking for another store associate. Finally finding someone, the Asso. looked up the item on thuer computer and advised that it was in Newnan. He furthered advised that they could download and app, order it, and then go pick it up there.The family member informed the Asso. that they werent going to download the app, and would just have to drive to Newnan and pick it up in person. Family member informed the Asso. that they were afraid they would not be returning to the Peachtree City location again, and would conduct their business with Newnan. The Asso. snidely remarked, Have a blessed day.Family member arrived at the Newnan store, and was greeted with friendly door greeter. They were asked politely by the front roped in area, How could they help them. They family member was directed to the proper area, where a Hospital Team Member assisted and guided them to exactly what they needed. They were then walked to the front desk to the register and given a pleasant farewell.NIGHT AND DAY would be the response to their experience.PEACHTREE CITY BEST TRY, TAKE AN EXAMPLE FROM NEWNAN!

This Best Buy was the worst experience I have had in a department store. The man who claimed to be the manager at returns was not only rude, he refused to return an unopened item that had a warranty. After trying to show the receipt he refused to talk with us. I do not suggest anyone go to this horribly run store.
