Most unhelpful staff I’ve ever encountered, and I set my standards pretty low considering it’s WalMart. Tried calling the store multiple times and instead of answering the phone, they just pick it up and hang up.

Always clean, every time Ive gone in. Well staffed, and usually available to answer questions. Wide aisles for easy shopping and maneuvering past other carts. They have just about anything you need.

Very disappointed about having to wait in line for 40 minutes in the scan and go. Not one cashier at noon. You want me to spend my money at your store but offer no customer service. I understand self checkout with a small amount of things, but when you have a full buggy and one person it matters. What about the elderly in the motorized carts. There’s a reason their on them. It’s not the customers fault it’s your fault Walmart. DO BETTER!

First try at drive up delivery. It wasnt the best experience!There is no way to let the store know youre waiting and advise them of your parking spot, except a phone number that goes unanswered with a FULL message box!?!Put automation to work for proper (and competitive!) customer service.Other than the needless 30 minute delay in arrival notification, the ordering experience was fine.

The cashier Ollie had an attitude the entire time she was checking me out. I have never experienced this much hatred from a single person. I worked as a cashier for years so I understand we all get frustrated, but her taking it out on customers was very unprofessional. I will not be coming back to Walmart after this rude encounter.

I dont live near here, Im just on vacation but I wish all Walmarts looked like this. Its so much less aggressive than the original colors. Plus once you get use to the place everything is really easy to find. Will definitely be going back.

This location is a lot more organized and I like the layout of the store. The bathrooms are super nice and they are clean. The parking lot always has a lot of trash. The parking lot, in my opinion, is unhealthy.

Even though we went Saturday around 11 AM. We were in and out quickly. Store was clean and well stocked.

Customer service is awful. Had to speak with the manager Carl he was at the door talking with a customer had to wait 23 minutes. At the end of their conversation he hugged and embraced her as if they were in bed.

No cashiers! A Friday evening and not 1 cashier. Only self checkout. You had 2 ladies trying to manage all of self checkout. It was a disaster. I asked the lady checking receipts at the exit, you know I just dropped $200 and had to check myself out 😡, where are all the cashiers? She said they are short staffed. Publix is gonna be getting more of my business for sure.

Not enough employees working. Had to go outside and hunt for your basket. Only two cashiers working and the rest was self checkout, which I hate. I’m not getting paid to check myself out. If they want to pay me for checking myself out then I would gladly do it.

HORRIBLE place! I am disabled and use the grocery delivery service. The last FOUR TIMES they have forgotten my frozen items in the delivery! FOUR. TIMES. And the pickup and delivery department wont ever answer their phones or pick up and hang up, and the operator cant get a manager for me. EVER! I always have to call the 800-number which gives me somebody in India, and the complaints are never taken seriously!

The Wal Mart in peachtree city is amazing. The wait is not long and they have just about everything I order. They are friendly and fast.

Today they had everything that I needed. Clean and organized. The folks that pull orders were unaware that I was shopping and didnt get out of the way. The carts they have are so big that it is difficult to get around them.

My review is specifically aimed at grocery pick up. I’m not here to berate the workers but to share my notice of a clear lack of leadership and drive to have customers handled efficiently. The system in place to address each customer is ineffective and inconsistent unfortunately. From my observation the best way to be serviced is to get out of your car and approach a worker with your order (which includes when it’s raining).It would be good judgment to bolster the help and support for the pick up team, especially during COVID times when contactless pickup is and could be more commonly used. It would be a shame for this business to miss out on potential customers due to a oversight in the way this department is run.

Cleanest Walmart that I have visited in a while. Good customer service manager there. BUT not enough humans at checkout lanes. I had to checkout $200 worth of groceries/stuff all by my self and everytime we messed up the poor manager had to keep coming over to fix it. We were there for a while just trying to checkout our own groceries ... Sigh!

One of the worst Wal-Marts I have ever frequented. Shelves are rarely fully stocked, items are shelved under the wrong price codes and the store is dirty. Additionally, the staff have an I dont care attitude. Poor management from the top down.

The hair color aisle was almost empty. I had already been to 3 Walmarts searching for Garnier hair color, color number 100. I live about 20 miles away so it was a considerable waste of my time. Between Hudson Bridge, highway 138 Stockbridge, Lovejoy and PTC. Wal-Mart s, PT C was the worst.

Bought a 12v auto battery online. Went to where you would expect to pick up automotive batteries....the automotive department. Was sent to customer service inside then was told I would have to go to grocery pickup area to pick up. Took old battery and buggy and had to wait for over 2 hours to get new battery. Then had to go back inside to drop off old battery and get my core charge back which was hidden in taxes on my receipt.Cudos to the young man helping me at the pick up line. He did a great job. Also the inside customer service rep who assisted me in getting my core charge back.

You can never get anyone to help you. Its ridiculous. The employees act like theyre doing you a favor by being there and they are some of the angriest people Ive ever come across in a retail setting.

One of the worst customer service Ive ever had in multiple occasions. Workers are nowhere to be found except hiding in an aisle in their phones or talking with each other to skip out on working. 2 lanes open with actually people working during busy hours so lines are outrageous. And Ive spent an hour in a line only to have to start over when I finally get to the cashier to tell me its her lunch break or she has to close down her register. This place is a joke. They pay their workers more than most doctors offices pay their MAs and for what? Clean house and start over.

There was only one register open. Newnan was closed so they were very busy. They should have had more people working and more registers open. The line was so long I was worried my frozen food would thaw. It was ridiculous. I usually order online for this very reason.

Right now masks are not required if youre fully vaccinated... but no one is checking for that.Personally, if people put on a mask, I would keep my distance out of respect to them. 9thervise, being fully vaccinated, I wont worry about it.

The Walmart grocery pick up is getting really bad. There is no rhyme or reason to their service. The people that shop say things are not available but when you go to the store the items are there. Also when you arrive you cant call because their voicemail is full. Then instead of taking cars as they come in they take care of whoever they want.

Store is OK, but picking up photos is a nightmare. There is no one there and stuff just ignoring you once you try to reach someone.

Its nothing how it use to be because it use to be 24 hours but now, even after Covid-19 has settled down a lot, the hours I like to go shopping is late at night. Plus, when I call the automotive shop 4 to 5 times to make an appointment to get my tires rotated and balanced, they dont answer.

The only walmart Ill go to around the Atlanta area. Theyre polite, helpful and most of all, not ghetto. They do tend to have bare shelves but Im sure that came from covid problems.

Theyre usually stocked with whatever I need for my online order, but getting in contact with someone in the online grocery pickup area when you pull up is like pulling teeth. Ive literally been sitting here for about 20 minutes now waiting on a grocery order I placed 2 days ago. Ive seen five other cars pull up after me and get their orders first. I had to stop one of the attendants and let them know that I was here because they refused to answer the phone. Not a great experience with a 4-year-old in a car.

Not sure why this store has a 4.0 avg review. Its TERRIBLE. Skeleton crew on the floor. Ive waited over 45 minutes to have an associate help out in Sporting Goods and over an hour in Garden. The latter never showed up after four intercom pages, so I had to help myself to the 40lb salt bags stored on a rack.

This Walmart need to be stocked up didnt have a lot of items I was looking for.

The store, though many COVID procedures are very visible, shopping seemed quite normal minus EVERYONE I saw was wearing a face covering. Separation, direction of movement markers were highly visible and honored. Though portions of many shelves were bare, associates were busily replacing stock. Associates seemed attentive and helpful.

Hey - super thanks to Alonzo for stopping me on my way out of the PTC Walmart on Friday of Memorial Day weekend at 4:00. After standing in line for 20 minutes to check out my own items at the self serve I really appreciated being stopped and asked to remove my receipt from the safety of my wallet within 10 feet of the open doorway. Thank God management has instructed you to target the obvious highly suspect demographic of 60 year old white women in plaid shorts trying to make off with shelf liner, toilet paper and Diet Coke. Kudos to whoever the hell this makes sense to- #whywalmartsucks

I have stayed here a number of times before and the staff and customer service has always been great. The facility is starting to need some attention as the finishes and furniture are starting to age (i.e. pealing paint on the ceiling, some dark stains on the carpet in my room, mattresses feel worn out, etc). The price is okay but they could use a little updating and it is really the staff that has kept me coming back.

Shouting out Ken at the Peachtree City location! We oftentimes share negative reviews, so I just wanted to take the time to post a positive one...because I am one that appreciates good customer service. I had an issue with my curbside pick-up order. I wont go into the details of that, but it was a lot. However, I appreciated how the manager I spoke with (Ken) was super helpful and professional in helping to rectify the issue. Customer service is lacking so much these days, so it was refreshing to have positive interaction with someone in that role. Keep up the good work!
