Yesterday after 5pm, we had an urgent request to download some voice memos from an old iPhone 4S. This is the 2nd time we have used this computer store for this particular request. Don and his employees have always been so responsive to our computer needs. They have never sold us things we didnt need. Everyone @ their Newnan & Peachtree City location is extremely knowledgeable about technology they sell and repair. Running a business these days and being so dependent on our technology can be really stressful but Don and his team always come to our rescue when problems presents themselves. We have been doing business with them for years and will continue for many, many more!

I am so thankful that Computer Tech has a location in my city. They are the most professional and considerate technical employees I have ever done business with. Don kept me informed by telephone on the progress of the installation of Windows 10 and the computer hardware and software concerns. My computer was ready when he promised and he was patient with me when I asked him questions about Windows 10. I will be more than happy to refer him to my friends and family.

I would highly recommend them to you!Detailed Answer;These people are for real going the extra mile at their best to get the job done very well. I had an issue with my laptops headphone jack and they fixed it the day I sent it in for the repair. When I went to pick up my laptop, I was very pleased that it was fixed and it sounded even better than before.The next day my computer glitched out for some reason and it made the headphone jack issue even worse than before (originally it just made slightly static noises, now it just entirely didnt work). I do want to clarify that it didnt stop working because of them or what they did or because of a sloppy job done by them, when I picked up my laptop from them it worked perfectly fine (no headphone jack issues in the slightest) and it sounded even better than when I had just bought my laptop. The cause of this issue was that it had old/bad drivers installed when I got it and I was unaware of this at the time. I called them to see if it was possible to get it fixed online instead of at the store and they had a whole system for on the phone fixing ready to be used. They not only fixed my headphone jack, but also fixed another issue I had where my computer would randomly freeze up even though it wasnt hot, overheated, or running apps that are high demanding of the software. They were on the phone with me for a total of 52 minutes, and its not because they messed things up or did a bad job, its because they ran through everything they knew for how to fix the issue and until he did the last thing he did that fixed it, the other solutions just didnt work for some reason. Not only that, but they also researched how to fix the issue during their lunch break. They definitely care about your products and want to return them back at a good quality repair thats done fast and cheap. Now the headphone jack and speakers (even though the speakers werent an issue) sound even better than when I originally bought my laptop, and my computer doesnt freeze up anymore. On top of all of this, they didnt even charge me anything for the online fix even though it almost lasted a hour and cut into their lunchtime by doing research. Very well done fix, I would highly recommend them.

My PC was seizing, sluggish and unresponsive. I was worried Id have to incur an expensive rebuild. However, Brandon ran a diagnostic and discovered malware which he was able to remove. The PC runs great now and it didnt cost an arm and a leg. Thanks!

My PC had a failed 2 Tb RAID system. Tried to buy a computer screen the guy said to come back with the screen out of the computer he said it would be 100. not new not used just it would be 100 so i assumed it was new. so i come back later and he says yea its a 40 pin so he brings it out and says 100 for this one and then says it is used and has a small scratch in the corner and a new one would be 120. you can buy some online with 1 dead pixel for 60.

I just brought in my Apple desktop and external drive that another Apple store in Newnan I purchased it from and they step it up wrong. Again Jason worked to get the problem corrected. I come down to Peachtree City, GA a couple times a year for business related things. And on one particular trip to the area I ran into an issue with my Laptop overheating. This laptop has a couple clamps on it to get the heat sink off and without proper tools I did not feel comfortable with doing it myself. I took it to Computer Tech USA, that is just West of Wal-Mart on Georgia Route 54. Within 24 hours the tech at this business contacted me with what they had found and wanted to do a few more things, but they had isolated the problem. I meet the tech when I came to pickup my laptop. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the issue at hand. I would recommend them to anyone.

My wifi was slow on labtop and not many bars for fast internet. Don Brown made a visit to my home and added some equipment and I am up and running fast.
