They were fast and courteous. Even though very busy they got us out in a timely manner and made sure that my vehicle was ready for our trip. I couldnt recommend a better place. They have my business for now on.

We arrived at 7:15 to find the store open and Tosha smiling and more than happy to assist us. She came out to see specifically what tire we needed. The website was helpful in telling us the town and tire availability. She called for a worker to pick the tire up from the warehouse as he came in. There were four customers there in that first hour and she helped everyone know exactly what was going on and the time they would wait. We were on the road in about an hour. Great early morning experience in Pearl, Ms!!

Steering wheel is not centered. It was off center to the right, now off center to the left. The whole process felt rushed. Technician was not talkative and in a hurry. Not much verbal description of the work done (alignment). I had to ask about what had been done. I was $7.20 supply charge, when as far as I know, no supplies were used.

I took my car in to get a lift kit and there was great service throughout the whole process. They first looked up the lift kit and told me how long they thought it would take so I left the car there for the day. I came the next day to see how it was going and they said that the front end tie rods needed to be replaced and they took me to the back and showed me what they were talking about and they had the parts in the next day. They gave me an alignment and put everything back together. The people and the front desk were very helpful and I felt like I could trust the mechanics working on the car. Overall they were very helpful even when they had issues on the car that were out of there control. I would recommend the Pearl Big 10 to anyone considering having a kit installed.

I Called first to see if they we’re backed up or could mount a set a tires, they said come on. Over three hours later it was finished but they charged me $180!! I had paid $42 there on several occasions before. When they were finished and told me the price when I questioned it they said “oh, we don’t do that anymore”. I should have been told that The pricing has changed upfront and I would have left Instead of Waiting three hours and letting them do the work. As I was leaving I called a different tire shop right down the street and they told me it would be $48. How can mounting a set of tires be $180? Once they actually pulled the vehicle around back into the shop they did it in less than an hour

Told me $289 over the phone “mounted, balanced, and tax included” THREE TIMES then when I got there they tell me it’s $361. Then basically told me I pulled that specific number ($289) out of thin air.Found several other tire shops around town that priced me the same tires in the $290-315 range so it’s not like $289 was a drastically low price.

Big Ten took the time to fully understand our work responsibilities, therefore providing the best outfitting solutions. We were so pleased to have so much work done on our van in such a short period of time. They truly went above and beyond!

I was in Pearl area for work and needed to get tires rotated. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Both counter people were pleasant and courteous. Got me in and out fairly quickly. Good service.

Came in with a flat spot on one tire, they found That, but then proceeded to tell me that all 4 tires are bad and tried to sell me 4 tires. Even for one tire they wanted +90 bucks. Went down the street to ali tires and got it for $65 out the door. Pictures of tread in photos of Supposedly bad tires.

Great customer service and very honest people. I’ve taken my car there 3-4 times already since I work close to their shop. My friend who works with me also takes his car there all the time. I can’t speak for every Big 10, but the one off hwy 80 in pearl,ms is top notch. I also spoke with a man that worked at the one in Jackson, Ms and he was about the most pleasant and helpful gentleman I’ve ever spoken with. Don’t waste your time and $ anywhere else. Take it to Big 10 tires and you will not be disappointed. 👍👍

I’ve been to the Big 10 Tire location in Pearl, MS a few times and each time they’ve done an amazing job each time! I appreciate the welcome and friendliness as I walk into the building and their genuine concern for the purpose of my visit. They don’t try to scare me into getting additional services by having me think if I don’t get them, my car will stop functioning properly. The approach for delivering information is very honest and not desperate. I will be returning!

I came into Big 10 Tire Pro’s with 15 minutes before closing Friday night with a nail in my tire and they quickly fixed it up no questions asked and saved my night!

The service to my car was fine. Made an appointment online for new tires. My only complaint or criticism is that one of the servicemen got grease on my seat from moving my car. It wasnt that big of a deal to me. At least not enough to raise hell about. Just putting it out there.

Great experience with Toshia and Clint getting lift, wheels, and tires on my Jeep JK. Very knowledgeable and excellent communication when an unforseen issue came up with existing part of the steering that had gone bad and needed to be addressed. Didn’t even charge me for a few parts and labor needed to mount the spare 35 on the back of my Jeep. Very honest group here that does quality work in a timely manner. Definitely recommend.

I had a good experience. It was less than what I was told but I thought all the fluids were checked and topped off. I tried to use my windshield washer and it was empty. Otherwise it was good and I plan on returning again.

Been a repeat customer until this last visit. Had my Monte Carlo SS brought in because my front end was shaking. After taking my car in the bay it sat for probably 10 mins before they brought it out and told me the rim was bent. After leaving and going to rim shop come to find out...... tire was bad. That’s all was wrong. So instead of just checking tires they absolutely assume the rims was bent. Never again! Thanks. I hate I can’t leave no stars.

I used Big 10 (Pearl, MS) to get a 2” RC leveling kit and a set of BFG KO2s on my 1500 sierra denali. They did all of this in ~6 hours. They were very professional, quick, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them. I will definitely be a return customer.

My first mistake was buying tires from big 10, it took them 2 days to put them on. The first day they apparently lost the lug nuts that go with my tires and only told me this after I had been sitting there waiting for 2 hours, the second day I brought it back I made an appointment so I would be able to get it right in for them to work on it but oh no I still had to sit up there for an hour before they even took my car back and then it took them an additional 2 hours to put my tires on, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that day that maybe they were just having a bad day, as anyone should, so I took it back up there yesterday and dropped it off for them to fix my brakes from squeaking. After a whole day for them to look at it there is apparently nothing wrong with my brakes even though the squeaking is audible with the windows up and the radio on. This tells me that they didnt even take the time to look at my car at all. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to someone who knows what they are doing and definitely not Big 10
