This place is a serious joke. The pharmacy employees (including the pharmacist) clearly does not know, nor care what the current guidelines are for the Covid booster. I had an appointment at 12:10 today that I made on the Walgreens website and answered every question 100% truthfully and received my confirmation. After waiting 15 min before being acknowledged, I was denied because I had taken the Johnson and Johnson back in March. Was told they didn’t give J&J. I said good cause I’m here for the Pfizer like my appointment confirmation would tell you. Nobody bothered to look it up. I tried 2 times to explain. Apparently they are to lazy to give a shot. I went right next door to CVS and got my shot within 15 minutes. Please train your “employees” to follow the CDC guidelines when giving boosters because they have no clue.

Quick stop for meds. Long line at the drive through pickup. Moved fast tho.

I love this Walgreens. Everyone greets you and always smiling. They are helpful and quick with check outs.

Ive been going to this Walgreens for almost all my life, and the Pharmacy has been great! The staff there is cool, and theyre usually timely with the pickup process. The only downside is if youre trying to get a flu shot, it does take about 20 mins before they get to you. Other than that, this is a wonderful drug store.

Please do all your customers a favor. Put a sign outside by the drive thru not in the window of the drive thru stating when the drive thru will be closed so we don’t have to wait in line forever only to have the blind closed After we get to window. Had this happen to me two days in a row.

The Tall skinny lame lanky guy who has or had twist has a HORRIBLE attitude. He works mainly in photo .Something is off with him .I hate to go in that store when I see him working. Please rid of that little lame unattractive peasant

I love shopping at the Walgreens in Pearl, MS. I get first class service from the pharmacy staff and wherever I walk into the store I am always verbally greeted by a Walgreens customer service staff member.

Worst pharmacy technicians ever.

I received a call from this location. So, naturally I called back. After being disconnected from the call due to bad service on my part, I called back and was greeted Mitch, who proceeded to tell me that there was no way for me to receive a call and abruptly hung up and was very rude. I called back and he proceeded to be rude and asked, as he put it, the audience if anyone had called me. Totally unprofessional.

This store is a joke the manger that works the afternoon is very rude and told me that they dont take paper coupons and refused too so I will not be back to this store ever again the same coupons I was trying to use i went right to the one in brandon and used with no problem i just dont think he wants to work to be honest he got mad when the cashier call him up front he had a very bad attitude its awful for someone to be so upset about their job.....

Walgreens Pharmacy on Hwy 80 in Pearl is so screwed up. I had to switch pharmacies but when my pharmacy couldnt apply the coupon for my prescription, they sent it over to Walgreens Pharmacy. They were claiming they didnt have it on file but I know my pharmacy sent it over. This is why I dont deal with these incompetent people. Learn how to do your jobs.

The pharmacy technician there was so wonderful. She had the best attitude I have ever seen for a Walgreens employee. I had nothing but bullsh!t with my prescription from CVS. Went to Walmart. Waste of time. Decided to try Walgreens before I give up. And Im glad I did. She was patient with me. Didnt have insurance and she allowed me to look online for a discount. And never once rushed me. Great customer service and the entire time she had a smile.

Terrible customer service. Our doctors fax in prescription refills for my wifes test strips for her gestational diabetes. Over an hour later they state they never recieved a fax despite our doctors receiving a confirmation. They try to call in and the pharmacy workers who were upset (i.e. rolling their eyes, being argumentative, etc) due to my complaint refused to answer the phone. My doctors call me back to tell me they are not answering and had to give me their direct number for them to call. I had to pretty much do the pharmacys job for them. No care for customers needs, poor service, and rolled eyes and excuses arent what we need. We need my wifes medically necessary equipment. Shame.

This is a great store/pharmacy. I considered using the Walgreens that is closer to me since Ive moved, but I like this one MUCH better.

Ever since Walgreens took the freds pharmacy customers, the pharmacy has not been the same. Walgreens called and said my prescription was ready and when I arrived at the drive-thru window, the tech said it was not ready yet. I waited 15 minutes for them to get it ready. I have waited in the drive-thru line the last 3 times no less than 15 minutes.This never happened before Walgreens took the customers from Fred’s pharmacy.

Worse store EVER. 5TH VISIT IN 4 DAYS FOR A MED THAT IVE BEEN ON 21 YEARS. WAITING ON TRUCK TUES THEN WED THEY SAID ITLL BE READY IN 90 MINUTES GO TODAY NEXT DAY OH IT WILL NOT BE IN TIL THE 15TH. WT ITS ONLY THE 10TH. THYROID MED AND A STORE AS BIG AS WALGREENS CANT GET THYROID MEDS FOR 2 WEEKS. FREDS DID U WRONG BY CLOSING AND SENDING US THERE. HAD A PROBLEM LAST WEEK WITH CHILDS HEART MEDS. YALL SHOULD CLOSE DOWN

Recently walgreens bought out Freds in pearl I was told by the staff from Freds that they wanted to take some of their staff due to their staff not being very friendly/likable.. well since Freds closed I thought I would give walgreens another chance not a huge fan.. anyways on the last 5 transactions which I pay out of pocket for my prescription.. the teller is rude and my medicine which has been consistently the same for atleast 3 years has been priced different twice once the lady corrected it but today in the drive thru the lady just kept repeating herself as if I was stupid.. instead of asking other staff or the pharmacist.. if this problem doesnt resolve itself within the month Ill take my business else where.. even if I have to drive out of the way.. i pay to much money a month for my medicine to be treated disrespectfully..!!!

Poor services!!!! Im so tired of people judging you by your appearance and age. I have Stage 3 Lymphoma but apparently I fill too many pain prescriptions. Im sorry that I have chronic pains and against their goodwill and judgement to fill my prescriptions. This is the worst experience Ive ever encountered and I will NEVER go to this Walgreen again!!! I only gave a star because giving zero wasnt an option

Pharmacy employee kesha clearly has a bad attitude.

Pharmacist or pharmacy tech was very rude. He insinuated I didnt know what a deductible was and that most people dont have enough education to understand deductibles.

Disrespectful and rude and unwilling to help. Manager especially !
