Went here recently, great place to get some Ice Cream. Found me an ice cream cake for my wifes birthday. I was told i could get any ice cream flavor as well. I can wait to surprise her with her favorite Ice cream. Great people!

Kids loved it here. Just moved in town and nice place. Spoke to some new owners saying there will be revamping the place. Cant Wait!

The time says that this particular baskin robbin closes at 10pm. My friend and I cam around 8:05 pm . We saw someone in there which is why we went through the drive thru, but no one answered. They left out without even letting us and the other cars in the line know that they were closed. This is not the first time we came early and they were closed. It seems like everytime we come around 7:30 or 8 they are closed.

Great place to grab some ice cream. Crazy amount of flavors and ready to go cakes. Had to grab some after the movies to top off the night!

They had a raggedy, home made, cardboard sign that said “Drive through only” the first time we went by. We drove back by and the sign was gone, so we stopped in. The door was locked and one of the servers held up the sign with a disgusted look on his face.We still wanted ice cream, so we decided to try it. Over half of the listed flavors were sold out. The server was very rude about it, and obviously didn’t care if we stayed or went.Again, we wanted ice cream, and I figured, how bad could it be...It was bad. My ice cream had some of my wife’s on it, my wife’s had some of the kids. It was clear they weren’t cleaning the utensils which made me wonder what else they weren’t cleaning. The ice cream also had freezer burnt spots and ice crystals.I’m not sure how a chain store can get so many things wrong, but that is one area in which they are really over achieving.Bad form guys.

My experience was okay although I think the workers NEED to do better at cleaning their utensils. I ordered lemon custard ice cream and as I was eating it I saw blue from another ice cream that I did not order. I also found what looks like chocolate chunks or some type of nut. Overall I do not like that the workers are not taking the proper amount of time to prevent the mix of ice creams. This is a problem that I feel NEEDS to be resolved. If not this could happen again to a person that is allergic to a specific ingredient in the mixed ice cream. Please fix this problem!

I ordered a specialty cake three days in advance I received an email confirmation with a pick up time and date. I was never called or notified that there freezer allegedly cut off or broke over night there was at least 7 other cake orders that were melted as well no refund was offered they gave me a cake that was a completely different flavor then what I ordered originally they stated that I couldnt get the same flavor that I ordered because it had to be specially made (that would be why I ordered it days in advanced) overall disappointing experience I will not be giving my business here anytime soon.

Do not go to this location! Poor quality of ice cream. There were pieces of ice in the ice cream. Not the rich taste or creamy consistency of ice cream that Baskin Robbins is known for. Limited flavors of ice cream and they will proudly tell you we dont have that flavor or we dont have nuts for the Sundae. Avoid this location

This location had great quick service.

They lock the door with customers in the parking lot 20 minutes early before posted closing time. 2 employees standing inside with their arms crossed and one sweeping at the door. Had to tell my 2 year old no ice cream after we all got out of the car.

Customer service from the young lady on night shift was great

Google should offer ZERO stars!! Only offer 2 No Star Added flavors, out of both, no apology offered, no excuse offered. How difficult is it to order ice cream when that’s what you sell?? That’s ALL you’re I sell!! That’s makes management look ignorant and incompetent!

The cashier was nice enough to let me 7 and 5 year old try almost every flavor before they decided! She was super nice! I really appreciate positive customer service especially when dealing with 2 small children. Btw the ice cream is always great!

The service is seemingly consistent, as it was quick and my orders were regularly done in reasonable time. The ice cream is of ok quality. Not that it is particularly hard to make vanilla icecream, which is my favorite. Overall it is not as good as other locations, but its alright if you need a decent pick-me up delicious treat.

Multiple locations online show the hours being until 10pm. Unfortunately, we just drove away after being told the store closes at 9 and she had no idea why it would say anything differently than that. The crew working mostly just acted like they were trying to close early.

Very horrible service. I ordered a birthday cake for my son about 3 days in advanced. When I picked it up, I specifically asked if the cake was fresh because that’s EXACTLY what I asked for. The cake was old and horrible. I called them to complain and she just held the phone and wouldn’t say anything when I told her that the cake was old. So I went to the store to ask for my money back, and they had the nerve to ask for the whole cake back. She was very untruthful by saying she made it today. I’ll NEVER support them again. I should have gone to Kroger’s or Nothing Bundt Cakes because their cakes are always fresh. They actually deserve 0 stars.

I went there twice with 2 months difference. Honestly speaking horrible service. They try to charge you for extra thing that you didn’t even purchase. They mixed the other utility ice cream with their icecream if they are finish. I & my husband ordered almond pistachio was disgusting taste & peanut butter chocolate was all salty and had very salty almonds in it. I don’t know why they arent using actual Baskin Robins products instead of mixing with cheap icecream. I dont want to go there agin sice had 2 times bad experience with customer service and flavor. WOULDNT RECOMMEND.

My husband went there tonight to get me a chocolate shake. He was told they were out of chocolate ice cream. Ok, that’s fine. He did ask them if they had vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce and they said yes, but they could not make a chocolate shake by mixing it together. So instead of selling something they lost business. Plus was a bit on the rude side as well. Used to love going to this one but it seems it has gone downhill, especially during this time. So sad.

One word: Underrated.

Baskin Robbins is great. This is a nice spot, weather you are stopping by after the movies, or getting a dessert after eating somewhere, or just stopping through, this place is nice and fast and clean. Great selection of ice cream flavors here

Closes at 10pm on a Saturday night but lobby was closed at 8:30. You could still use the drive thru so we tried that option and was told to pull around when we decided what we wanted. So I took my business elsewhere..

Customer service was fantastic. Ice cream was lovely... But the absence of high chairs really made managing messy ice cream and two toddlers pretty awful. The ladies restroom was wet all over due to a known toilet leak. 2016 on the 31st of the month a one scoop cone is $1.31. Super deal

The country better place for ice cream DESSERTS. I prefer Marble Slab. This would be my second choice. Everyone knows what to expect from Baskin Robins

Prices are reasonable. One of the employees seemed to be lost during my visit. The other was busy with drive-thru customers. Not a bad experience overall, though.

Went here after a movie. It was around 2pm and jeez this is one of the worst baskin robbins I have been to. The inside was just dirty all the tables had stuff on them like they hadnt been wiped all day. They got one of our orders wrong and the area behind where the ice cream is kept the floor was black with dirt and grime just completely disgusting. At one point the people working there just left the front and didnt come back out. Tried opening the door to get the chime to get them back out and they never did. Not a great location better off driving to a different one.

I am so disappointed in the Baskin Robbins in Pearl. After a movie last night, my husband and I, along with another couple, went to Baskin Robbins at around 9:15. We ordered our ice cream and had gotten through half of our cones/cups when the two girls working started telling us that we had to leave and that they were closing the store. A larger group had walked in shortly after us and had JUST sat down to eat. At 9:40, the girls said that they needed to close the lobby so that they could leave at 10. Granted, there was bad weather west of Pearl at the time. However, everyone had to huddle around the trash can while trying to hurry and finish the ice cream we had just gotten. The girls still continued to tell us and the large family that we had to leave right then. Why did they sell ice cream to so many people just to tell us that everyone had to get out? I felt more sorry for the large family; where were they supposed to eat their ice cream? In the rain? When we left, the group was huddled around the trash can hurrying to finish while the girls that worked there stood next to them rushing them to leave.

B&R ice cream is always good! Tonight was no exception.

I pulled into the parking lot and parked at 9:30p. There was a family outside eating ice cream by the tables & chairs and there was one person inside eating at a table but all the other tables had chairs stacked on them and an employee was mopping. The sign was lit up that says “open” and the “drive thru open” sign was lit up. I try to open the door and it’s locked. I got back in the car and went around to the drive thru window and asked if they closed at 10:00 and an employee said “yes, but we close the inside at 9:30.” Never saw a sign that said that and never knew one to do that. Lazy.

We waited in line for 20 minutes nobody asked to take the order so we drove around to the side and the girl never really acted like she cared about what was going on. We told her we ordered a two scoop Sunday and it came out looking like somebody tap danced on it.

The staff were very friendly and the ice cream was very fresh and tasty. The facility was very neat and clean.

Service is fair. Apparently they open/close whatever time they please. Needs work on cleanliness as tables are normally sticky. If there was another place close by to get ice cream, I would go elsewhere.

Went to get some ice cream with my son and husband and their credit card machine went down and they made us wait 45 minutes for their machine to come back up. What was suppose to be an in and out thing turned into a disaster!
