One of the better pizza establishments located in Pearl. The variety of pizza they offer on the buffet will satisfy the pickiest pizza eater. The salad bar is well stocked for those looking for a healthier alternative. If there is a pizza you desire just let them know and they will have one prepared for you. The host/hostesses are very friendly and courteous and the waitresses are prompt with refills and keeping your table clean. They have a small bar located in the back for game nights or just relaxing. The party room is big enough to handle a good sized party with room to spare. Prices are reasonable and doesn’t break the bank for a family of five. Two thumbs up in my book.

I got the pepperoni stromboli and the salad bar to go! Salad bar had a lot of options and variety. The stromboli was very good! Id go back to try more of whats on the menu. Staff was nice and helpful!

First time eating here. Enjoyed it a lot compared to other pizza buffets. Food was hot and fresh, also they did a great job of keeping the buffet replenished while calling out what they just put out. There was also nachos available as well as deserts and ice cream. Will definitely be back!

The website States theres different types of crusts and pastas and different sauces, even fruit pizzas... The buffet selection when we arrived was little to none- like 4 pizzas total & they looked like each had been sitting there since yesterday. Upon our arrival, the cashier had just sat down in the very front booth & didnt acknowledge us until I made the statement of no one wanting to work & we should just leave to get food elsewhere. Then the cashier went to the back & got a cook to run the register. We paid $40-something for 2 adults and 2 children-ages 10 & 7. The salad bar was amazing. I was really looking forward to the pasta selection, since Im not a fan of pizza. But there was none, unless you count 3 dried up macaroni noodles stuck at the bottom of a pan & a halfway dried up scoop of red sauce that looked like it had dog food in it. So I ate the pizza, which came back up in the parking lot and in the 10 minutes it took us to get home. I think I have food poisoning from pizza inn & my husband is thinking about calling the health department on them. Ive gotten better food from a dumpster than I did on their fresh buffet. Go to the Madison location. The buffet selection is 10 times bigger & fresher & the people are nicer, too.

For $10.99 I expected a little better experience pizza with cold and it look like it was sitting there for hours waiting 15 minutes for a drink cashier was a little rude this is my first time to at Pizza Inn I will never come back here again I rather go to CiCis Pizza cheaper and better Pizza

I called in an order to take advantage of the any large pizza any crust for $10 deal. I asked the lady that placed my order 3 times if there were any restrictions to the deal and was told that the restriction was that I could not add extra toppings. After placing my order, she told me that she will give me my price when I arrived and the discount would be applied then. When we picked up our pizzas, the guy there this time refused to honor the deal and said since he wasn’t the one who took the order he wouldn’t honor it. He said best he could do was knock off $4 from the total. Make sure your employees are on the same page before you start a deal. Very disappointed with the outcome. Especially when I asked multiple times to confirm. I hope others read this comment and go somewhere else. Don’t deserve the business if you don’t honor the promotion.

Look the 🍕 chef should acknowledge the common sense to see a crowd of 20 flood building but aint producing no pizzas. Within 5 minutes 10 to 20 more people come in. All Im saying is they need to productive and aware of the pizza thats gone be ate with being told to just pick a couple flavors that everyone would enjoy and go from there! EAT up Hey yall hiring?

The pizza was great once we got someone to bring it to us. The only person in the whole place that provided good service was a waiter named Micah. When we placed our order, we were told not to do buffet because they werent putting more pizzas out and everyone else still needed to eat. So we ordered our own pizzas. It took 20min and confronting the staff to get our pizzas and drinks. While we waited, they put several more pizzas out for buffet. Finally after no one wanted to get our drinks or be our waiter, Micah stepped up and was friendly and attentive. After other staff ignored my child asking for a to go cup, Micah again went out of his way to help her. Even waved goodbye to us. This place needs to put Micah in charge! There were also gnats in a drink and on a plate. Amazingly enough the pizza was great.

Waitress was not bad. Thats why Im giving 2 stars. We got here and no fresh pizzas after about 20 minutes they put out 2 pizzas and a cheese bread. We ask for a cheese pizza 4 times and was told it was in oven last time girl said 3 minutes and she would bring some to the table it never came. If you go here dont get buffet it is not good at all will not be back for buffet.

This is my choice when I want to sit and be comfortable. The staff is always greatespecially Penny, and the food is good. They go out of their way to please.

If you go for the buffet, you may be satisfied. Ordering off the menu is a different story! It took forever to cook two large two topping pizzas. We asked why it was taking so long. They said they had to cook for the buffet(which was fully stocked). As if we werent paying customers too! The pizza was mediocre but edible. Eventhough the cooks were slow, the servers were polite and fairly helpful.

This was my wifes first time at Pizza Inn. She absolutely loved it and ate just about everything from the buffet. I eat at the Pizza Inn in Vicksburg monthly when I leave for business and we decided to eat here, a little closer to home. The Ooey Gooey dessert pizza is probably the best dessert pizza Ive ever had. The food seems to always be fresh and the workers seem to generally care about the establishment and their jobs, which is saying something for this area. Well definitely be back!

Three stars because the pizza is not that good! The salad bar is very good the lettuce and the add ons are crisp and fresh. My server was very efficient.

Great variety of pizza they serve. Salad bar has always been pretty fresh as well. Desserts are pretty good too. The staff is wonderful, always checking to make sure your drinks are full and picking the plates up out of your way. Definitely recommend

It was ok.... they kept pizza out for too long!! It was freezing on the inside!! And there wasnt a big variety of pizza!! As far as the taste is concerned it was below average!! Ive had way better pizza from Pizza Inn before!! Not sure whats going on there!! I gave them 3 stars more so for the excellent service rendered!! Very nice staff!!

Had gone once before and it was very good. However on my last visit there was almost no selection for pizza choices on the lunch buffet. One skimpy pepperoni and few other limited selections.

Added star, went back good food, clean, like.Would be 4 but got a dirty plate first time. Everyone was polite and friendly and I appreciated being spoken to by everyone. Will go back.

The service was awful. The employee that answered the phone talked so fast you could not understand. She did not know the menu items and when I asked her if she needed my name and she replied, No, just tell us what you have once you arrive. I asked to have light seasoning on the pepperoni twist and i did not get any. I also gave her exact change and had to ask for my receipt. Horrible service.

Worst experience ever. Waited 4 hour and a half because I had gas at the house for my order and then on top of that they did not want a discounted and plus my order was still wrong

If arent able to have a full meal at this place, you might want to examine your choices. The variety of pizzas that they have available on the buffet is crazy sometimes. Ill be the last person to eat pizza with lettuce on it, but they have some kind of burger pizza that people seem to love and many other different options.

Best pizza buffet! You can request a specific flavor pizza if you dont see it on the buffet. And they are all moist and so delicious. The dessert pizzas are awesome too!

The cashier/manager is THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER IN MY LIFE MET. The menu clearly says 3-10 is $5.99. She rang up my 10 year old as a. Adult and overcharged us AFTER I TOLD HER HOW OLD SHE IS. She did not care AT ALL what the menu says and she was EXTREMELY RUDE.

Nice and modern establishment. Large dining area to easily accommodate small groups of up to 10 or 12. Kid friendly. Consistent quality food with big selection of Za and salad.

The pizza is great, however......I come to Pearl on business quite often. I always stay in a hotel 3 miles away from Pizza Inn called the Sleep Inn. I call and ask if they deliver and they tell me “yes”. I place my order, give them the address, (still located in Pearl) and they put me on hold and then come back and say “Ohh we don’t deliver that far.” Less than 3 miles is your delivery radius? Really? Sad.

First time to try the buffet. Had very few choices and the lady behind the cash register had no idea what wad going on. We love their taco pizza, but will not eat the buffet again. Salad bar was the best part of the finner.

Its an okay pizza place. I went for the buffet. Its 9 dollars and some odd cent for a buffet so the price, in my opinion is a little high, when you can go to cicis or other pizza places for slightly cheaper. It was okay though. Their dessert pizzas, I must say were very yummy. The staff were very friendly and service was great. Overall, its a good place to go for lunch with coworkers.

Staff was friendly, but upon getting ready to fix our plates, we noticed the pizza was dried out from being out too long, then flies were all over the pizza. So I decided to get a salad and the flies were all over that too. Nasty Nasty Nasty! No thank you!

The food was alright but the staff was not good. I called before I came and they said they closed the buffet at 9 and we got here at 8 and they rudely told us they closed it. Lots of different kinds of pizza but it was not fresh although heat lamp kept it warm. Salad bar was good with a variety of toppings. Drink was included in the price.

Was a decent place to eat however management cant receive your money then say only one pizza request in your party of 3. We go because at least two of us like something different. If we came in separately you would have given each person an option.

Such great pizza with a wide variety of toppings along with multiple dessert pizzas. They have a delicious salad bar as well with a variety of bases, toppings and dressings.

An hour and 15 minutes to get a sub, and they messed it up. Took another hour and 15 minutes to get the order right. Only the delivery driver should keep his job.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!!We have been coming to Pizza Inn ever since it 1st opened in Madison and have been loyal and frequent customers even though they moved to Pearl. Their customer service started getting bad when they had new management in Madison, but its even worse now in the new location. Yesterday (@5:08pm), their bad customer service was the last draw for my family and I.When asked if there was a certain kind of pizza we wanted--something they always do--my sister ordered her pizza and I ordered mine. Not only did they get her pizza wrong, but when she tried to get them to correct it, they sited this new rule of one pizza request per family, offering no further commentary to fix it. It was only after I went to the buffet that I noticed they made a half pizza of what she ordered to correct the mistake--they didnt even tell us it was up there!Furthermore, the employee and manager (Ms. Jenny) proceeded to talk about us (thinking we didnt hear them), after the incident, and never even fixed my pizza. They never stated this one request per family rule until AFTER we paid and after we requested for them to fix the pizza they messed up.The food quality has been slowly deteriorating (luke-warm, not enough selections, etc), but the fact that they have this new rule and have shown horrible customer service to us as loyal and frequent customers (my family comes at least 2-3 times a week), is why we will not be coming to this place anymore.There are other restaurants near by with slightly higher prices, but the quality food and customer service is well worth going to them instead. If the employee and manager had have dealt with this issue better, I would not have left a review, but this is a horrible way to treat loyal customers, even after THEY got the order wrong.

I hated that visit. I did not have anything I wanted. The pizza and spaghetti was all tart. The Dr. Pepper was the only thing I enjoyed about my meal.
