The purchase of the home was good and we love our home. The folks at Magnolia Estates have worked hard to make this experience a good one. Weve have problems with the manufacturer of the home, but they were not problems with M.E. and the staff has been with us through it all!

Houston, THANK YOU for being so professional and a true southern gentleman. Hopefully, it will work out on a home with you all in the future. Much respect.

Worst experience of my life. The page isnt long enough to list all my problems with this place. To make it short I purchased a 2020 Southern Magnolia and a pipe was not properly installed or loose behind master bath shower and water leaked to 3-4 rooms causing damage. Called Dustin Blount and he assured me they would fix the damage but when I went to office to talk to him he lied. To make a long story short dont purchase a new home from this place unless youre willing to take a chance on it being faulty or damaged. And the Manager Gerald Mims that works there thought it was funny . Dont purchase your new home from these people unless you want to be treated as a joke.

The staff is great they made me feel like I was part of the family and they got the best prices around .
