Everyone was super helpful until the home was paid for. Took the manager 3 weeks to call us back about having dirt pad done.. but the joke was on us! He didn’t call us he had the dirt guy call ... Not to mention their dirt guy called us and said if I do it you will need to sign off because I won’t be held responsible if dirt washes away! Well It finally got done 4 weeks later by someone else. Was given a delivery date of sat 9/11/21 .. with a comment if they don’t show up there’s nothing I can do about it, that will be on the movers! Really!! Don’t they work for you you?! Now the delivery date is Tuesday with a possibility of it being a week from Tuesday. Don’t believe salesman when they tell you it can be placed anywhere you want it! Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else!We were warned and didn’t listen! Don’t be us!Update!It’s now oct 3rd. Home is delivered no where near level, some parts of the frame isn’t even touching the support beams. Now this has been moved up the ladder to the set up boss. Not sure what that really means. Still no air / heat unit. We paid cash for this new home and are 3 months into a 1 year warranty and home still isn’t completely set up. I fell as if the service guy is trying just no sense of urgency from anyone. Unfortunately I feel like I’ll have to get a lawyer involved. Also have set up an appointment to meet with the fire Marshall. Something has to give. Y’all can do better..

After visiting several other places looking, I decided to try one last place that day. Every single person I spoke with at Pearl Home Center was extremely helpful and was willing to work with me. Andy was patient with me during the whole process. Even when I wasn’t sure which one I wanted because of my own financing. He continued to check in and offer his help all the way up to signing date! I also enjoyed signing day, Kym was beyond helpful in explaining everything.I am beyond Thankful for all the help and kindness during my purchase.

Everything went well . Only thing that I wasnt fond of was that my Salesman would never answer or return calls to communicate . Although communication through text were very clear, it just seems more professional to handle business through voice and not through text message from start to end .

I would not recommend anyone to purchase a mobile home from Pearl home center. My husband and I purchased our home less than a year ago and the experience has been terrible. When we moved in we had no electricity, water nor heating and air on one side of the home. The dishwasher wasn’t connected nor was a vent for the dryer cut out. Since we moved here we have already started replacing some of the cheap items they used to assemble this place like the kitchen sink, which started leaking after about 2 months. Our home is supposed to be under a year warranty and now we are still having problems with the air conditioning and heating crossover and they won’t fix it claiming an animal tore it up. There is skirting around the home and we have had problems with the crossover since we moved here. This has been a terrible experience and I wouldn’t refer Pearl Home Center to nay new buyer!!!

My family n I recently lost our home due to a fire. We loss everything. Was trying to see if this place was able to get is into a home. I am disabled with 4 children. Im looking for a 3br 2ba.

Has beautiful mobile home

I would definitely recommend Pearl Home Center. The customer service is immaculate. The setup and process is quick. If I could give 10 stars I would. It is a must you check them out. Dillon, Allie and the entire crew is awesome.

So far so good. Just bought my new home. Westley is great They all help each other and you. My home is what I want at at the price I wanted. He went out of his way to make sure everything has been right to this point. My old home leaves Monday and so we begin. He put everything in writing that they are doing. Just make sure if you live in Rankin county that the size home you get will fitt on your land. The city inspector will mark the area for you. They have codes to meet. Do this first before you purchase your home and so far all is good.

A little lighting inside would be better so that customers could see what theyre looking at. Also, dont come here unless you have very decent credit and income. The guy who showed the homes was very nice. I mean, who else would show you 20 homes in stormy and rainy weather... 🤔🙄 Dedication 👌👍. Also, very nice homes.

Will never do business again with these people. Gave them 1,000 for earnest money and paid for 510 dollar for an appraisal the deal didn’t go threw because of them not doing there job on there end, and I go to get my money back and they said they have SPENT my EARNEST money. Stay away from them unless you wanna get screwed like I did!

Its been over a month since delivery and setup. Theyve yet to come do the final repairs ( hook up the ice maker, adjust the front door so I can lock up my house, exterior water faucet dont work ) and thats not the touch up on cracks and such from moving.When dirt pad was put in it was turned down by the fire marshall inspection causing delays in electricity supply as well as the set up crew coming back next week to continue tie downs...we were 2 weeks in the heat and bathing with a hose.Sales was great but since then or service after the sale, has been not even the respect of a return phone call. Dont expect it! It is quite disappointing to have such disrespectful customer service. You would hope theyd of been men of their word. Buyer beware!
