The customer service was exceptional! Ms. Debra in the target dollar spot has been so helpful and greeted me every day I came in looking for a specific item. She was really helpful in letting me when a truck would come with deliveries and the likelihood of what I was looking for being on it and a time estimate on job long it would be before it was on the floor. Shes truly amazing and if I had/have any further questions shes definitely the person Id go to.

Easily the worst target experience of my life. Came to pick up two chairs I ordered online and when I came they sent me with one and just set it on the ground and walked away. Waited in the store for over in hour just to be told they cant find the chair. Now Im waiting in line to return thisUpdate I waited 2 hours and was not able to return the chairs. I have to drive over an hour to return this tomorrow now. Extremely awful service cannot believe this.

Going to Target is always an enjoyable time for me. Due to the environment and how bright and nice the employees are I look forward to shopping for my everyday necessities at Target.

As I was browsing around purses, I couldn’t seem to find one I liked. An associate named >Ashley Saw that I was looking and she kindly suggested a few bags. Although they were beautiful bags I still wasn’t sure. So Ashley steered me into the wallets :) and we found the perfect one! Ashley also showed me a dress, earrings and necklace to match with it :) so bought all 4. Target thank you for your great associates and the great experience! I will be back ;-)

Target sells expired products. Happened to me couple of times. One picked up from the store and the other got it as delivery. I happen to see the expiry date on my baby food and discarded it. From now on Im being careful always check for expiry date before eating.

My niece was picking up a drive up order for me at this location. she was waiting in pick up when they came and told her after two minutes of waiting on her they had to cancel the order because that is their policy.The Female Manager I spoke to told me this...I find it weird because my target never has canceled my order after two minutes of waiting on me. No where does it say on my confirmation email of purchase Nor anywhere on the Target app does it say the TWO minute waiting policy. Would really like someone to fix this. @ Target.It is Really inconvenient as we had to drive all the way up there in the middle of the night just for them to say sorry we canceled your order after two minutes of waiting on you. Very disappointed!! By the looks of recent reviews, customers are having a lot of manager issues. This needs to be looked into at this location.

I like Target but sometimes at checkout, you have to remind the associates for some of these deals, otherwise you can say goodbye to them. You would think the app will take care of it.

Awesome. I ordered drive up around the christmas holiday time to avoid the crowds. My order was ready ahead of the two hour stated time. When I arrived they gave me two surprise gifts. One gift was a set of festive thank you cards and notes and the other gift was a bag of chocolates chips morsels with different dessert recipes. Thank you Target!

I usually dont recommend stores.But I picked up a on-line order today at Target and it was in and out. No waiting and the store employee was courteous to me.Good experience today at Target.

I was passed over for service TWICE while standing in line. Even the other customers pointed out that I should have been addressed before them, but to no avail.

Help from associateI went to target to pick up an online order, I stopped an associate in the parking lot after he helped another customer and presented him my credentials while I was waiting in the drive up and realized that I was in the wrong place and needed to go in and pick up my order a very large box, he quickly offered to help me and asked that I just pull up in front of the door and he would load it for me. Nichole was our cashier and let me just say she is amazing, kind, and extremely patient. I left my debit card in the car and I asked if I could use Apple Pay but it was my first time. She was extremely kind and explained it to me.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my product. The product was easy to find on the website and in stock. The checkout process was smooth. My product was available for pickup within the promised timeframe. When I arrived at the store, there was no one in line. I appreciated the associate verifying my identification prior to retrieving the product. She was very pleasant, courteous, polite, and professional. The entire pickup process took about a minute and was well organized. It was definitely an overall exceptional experience.

I used to shop at this Target A LOT. I used to spend several hundred dollars a week when I did my shopping. A few years ago, I dropped my car keys in the store and didnt notice until after paying for my cart full of items. I was pregnant and had a 1 year and an 11 year old with me. I went to the customer service counter to ask for help. They told me it was against their policy to radio their team members to ask for assistance in checking their store areas. I had already walked through checking my previous route in the store, twice, and couldnt find them. I informed the customer service associates of this and they repeated that they wouldnt help me. I had to return all of my items at the counter since I had no way to get them home. No apology, no well keep an eye out for your keys, nothing. I didnt step foot in that store again for over 2 years. They obviously dont appreciate their customers. I decided to try again recently. BIG MISTAKE. I had an issue and they had me speak to their supervisor, Cassandra. I can now see why their customer service is so terrible. She keeps a sweetly fake tone throughout the entire conversation, but she is extremely rude and dismissive. I dont know how she got her job, but it definitely wasnt because of her customer service skills. I will never spend my money at this location again, and I recommend that none of you do either. Drive a little further to a different Target in the hopes that she isnt their supervisor. She is a horrible, horrible woman!!!

Target is one of my favorite places to shop! I am a Very frequent target shopper at this location and never had a bad experience till now, the manger theresa was very rude and not helpful at all and she seemed to have a attitude when trying to help the cashier with the problem, she was even rude to the cashier and told her she wasted her time that she could’ve done it herself and said some more hurtful things all in front of me and my family and the cashier started to cry. I felt really bad because it wasn’t the cashiers fault at all. Y’all shouldn’t be treating your employees disrespectfully in front of customers and their families especially if you are the manager that shows a lot about your store Management and I hope it gets better soon! Target is supposed to be a family friendly store and from that experience we did not receive that.

So easy to order and pick up, always accurate and never have issues with saying they have something in stock when they dont (as other stores do). Very easy returns as well. Staff is always pleasant. Stores are always clean. I do not like the new layout of the Silverlake Pearland store - aisles are too narrow and just dont care for it. Darren at the Pearland Silverlake store is exceptional! I have almost 10 year old triplets and a 12 year old and when the kids were little Target was the only store I could fit our wagon in to shop with all 4 kids. He always greeted us with a huge smile, talked to the kids and is so upbeat. He still works there today and always greets me the same way, tells me its good to see me and asks about my kids Always a joy to see him and hard to find employees who offer this level of customer service these days.

Love this target for style, make up and sales. I can find the right size of clothing and whats better is when its on sale. Their make up selection is just wonderful. Only reason they dont get a five star is their deli sucks, wish they have a better selection especially when is comes down to lunch time.

I did not receive all my items on the order. When I called the store, I had to speak to several employees just to find out the items could not be found. I waited on hold for so long and even got disconnected. I called back to the store and was told I couldnt get a refund on the items even though I NEVER received them!!!

Customer service and product availability are the reason why I drive the extra mile. Im a couponer and its so frustrating when you get to a store and they dont have the items you need to make a deal. I absolutely love target! Most of the managers know me at the target I usually shop at and most of the employees are always cheerful and willing to help. There is a couple of employees I dont really care for but thats going to happen anywhere you go.

Online order: When I got home one item was missing. I noticed a note on the bag that said “item # scanned on accident, please refund customer”. I called the store and they said I have to go back in for the refund. Um, no. The girl that handed me the bag should have known to check for notes before handing it to me. I wonder if anyone else has been scammed with missing items and never refunded. If you order online, make sure you check your bags before leaving.

Friendly and fast service for pick up

This store frustrates me so much! There are plenty of employees who are always walking around and asking you if you need anything which is nice.. but YES I need things. The shelves are always empty in the pull-up section, and baby section. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to ask an employee to go back to get me a pack of pull-ups and even when they bring it out for me they only bring enough for me.. so any other person needing that item will have to ask as well. Sometimes I look ahead on my cartwheel app to see if the item I need is in stock and even when it says it is, it’s hardly ever on the shelf! I don’t understand how there can be so many employees and yet so many empty shelves/limited options! To end my rant, I don’t know why cartwheel coupons only apply in store. If my store is constantly out of those items that the coupon is for then why can’t I order it online with the coupon? This location is poorly managed and I highly recommend you visit another location! Corporate definitely needs to come check on the Pearland location!

As a loyal Target customer I am extremely disappointed!! I placed an online order for an item that was in stock when I placed my order, completed all my check out process, money was taken out of my bank, and later, my order was cancelled by Target. I could have bought this item elsewhere for the same price but I chose Target because I am your loyal customer. Target cancelled my order when i can no longer get it anywhere else. I spoke with two customer service agents who have offered no resolution to help, and have basically told me for lack of better words oh well. Also they explained to me that even if i completed check out process, it’s their right to cancelled my order at their will. This is unacceptable to me, I cannot believe this is how Target treats their patrons, especially one that spends as much as I do at your store on a regular basis. This was a christmas gift for my mother, and now I am at a complete loss. I have always held Target to a higher standard, especially when it comes to customer service, which is way I spend my money there as oppose to other big box stores. Well after this experience I can no longer say that, and will be taking all my purchases elsewhere. Target, you didn’t just loose 1 customers but you lost all of the people i know. I will surely let them know about this experience.

UPDATE: I had made some complaints to he managers and it has been much better lately. The clothes are now nice and organized. The shoes could still use some work, but it’s improving!This is the worst target I have been to. The store is always a complete mess. Clothes are on the floor shoes are thrown everywhere. Employees are always stocking the store but there is never anything in stock, or if it is in stock you can find it because its a mess. This store has significantly less product than the south Houston location and that one isnt even a super taget. There is never more than one checkout open which is unacceptable for such a large store. Often times they will only have self checkout open and not regular check out. I have been shopping at this target for years and over the past two years it has started to go downhill and over the last six months it has tanked completely. I dont know if management changed or they just got lazy, but its terrible. I would rather drive to the South Houston location than shop here.

First time coming here and I loved it! Has so many things and the staff are so awesome and helpful. I downloaded the target app and it helped me find where the stuff is located. The restrooms were clean. Definitely will be going back.

My order was there and there werent any issues. They do need to get more people to work the area. If you are having a lot of pickup orders and everyone isnt coming inside then more people working that area would help.

Worst customer service. I went to buy toys with my 6 year old kid, he choose 3 wwe wrestlers went to check out they told me I couldn’t purchase them because “ it still wasn’t time to sale them”. My child started crying I asked to speak to a manager (why would you put out a toy out on the shelves if you do not want to sale it) they told me theres no “one right now sorry”. They renovated the store it looks great but they need to train they’re employees.

No covid exemptions, 30 day return no matter what. I feel they should be more forgiving since we have been forced to stay away for so long.

Slow check out ALWAYS! Why does Target build 24 checkout lanes (not including self checkout) and only keep 2 sometimes (if youre lucky) 3 open at a time? Today, the female restroom was totally nasty. Need to keep up with that. How about ANOTHER 5% off for checking and bagging your merchandise on your own? Come to think of it, I ALWAYS have to load my bagged merchandise by myself at regular checkout lanes.

I live the high end brands and quality products that target offers.

Me and my wife come to this target alot we love the new layout they just redid and we come here with are little one to just walk around and always end up coming out with baby stuff or video games or just groceries we find everything we need here.

I give Target 5 stars because I just found out that they have a special needs basket with a seat, instead of a wheelchair. ALL STORES SHOULD HAVE ONE LIKE TARGET. Being a parent of a 12 year old special needs child can be very difficult just getting out of the house and packing a wheelchair. Plus it makes the child feel better getting out and sitting in a basket they can fit in. Thanks Target

I selected a score of 10 because of the cashier. She showed me how to download and sign into the Target App, she also showed me how to read the sale sign and scan the item. I saved a total of 20% using my Target credit card.

I would like to take a moment and thank Angela the pharmacist @ this store who went above and beyond to help a patient get a prescription not covered by their insurance. I have to say this is the first experience with a pharmacist who has went to this extreme to help someone out. Thank you Angela for the compassion and service you provide. I as a health care worker cannot thank you enough for restoring my trust in department store pharmacies to help those in need.

I love shopping in target & love that I can order online, but I wont be picking up at the Silverlake Village location anymore. Id gotten 2 emails stating that today was the last day to pick up my order, so I got there pretty early at 2:30pm & it turns out that my order had been placed back on the floor! The employee asked me to go get it, and I said no.. it should have been ready for me to pick up, the day was not over yet. She took forever to leave to pick it up, she kept talking on her walkie talkie instead of just going to retrieve it herself. Even though it was not her fault it was back on the shelf, she never apologized for the wait or for my purchase not being there. Ill still keep purchasing online though, but I will only pick other locations, not this one.

They have everything what im looking for.

This store has a nice selection and stuff that is advertised always seems to be in stock. It is a clean store too, even their restrooms are clean. The womens clothing area tends to be out of sorts, but that is the only complaint I have and I usually dont get there until later in the evening. The staff has always been available and considerate when I have gone shopping here.Lately Ive noticed there are a lot of items from their Cartwheel app that arent available or they are expired, especially in the dairy section. This is gross.

There are 20+ registers here. Not a single one is open; the customer must either check out using the self checkout lanes or stand in a ridiculously long line at customer service. While there are more than a sufficient number of employees wandering around the store, it is nearly impossible to get anyone to assist you when needed. Ive always enjoyed Target, but they are getting a little too big for their britches- a basic no frills bath towel is $20.. from Target? Thats ridiculous

This is my favorite store. Everyone is always nice and helpful, with a special emphasis on the Pharmacy. They are outstanding! They found a discount for me, when my insurance covered little, and they all came to know my name, from one trip a month. These people know good customer service!

This particular Target that I shopped at on this day was very coupon friendly and nice. Most of the other Target store are NOT coupon friendly or nice and have ridiculous coupon rules. They also rip off the customer when there is a combined gift card involved.

Guys, Never get Target gift cards. Be careful.I checked the card balance through their site & they zeroed it out and now complaining that they can’t fix the issue. I only got to when I tried to purchase something from the cashier at Target. I lost money and the reputation I had.Their customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. Order pick-up has gotten out of hand! I cannot go into the store without almost getting run over by people that are picking up items for to-go orders. The carts they use are everywhere in the way and almost running you over because the workers are are basically running with the cart. I used to could always count on target to not have lines at the customer service but now the lines are insane because of customer order pick-up. Within a couple years Merchants are going to regret allowing order pick-up. They are going to see a drastic decline and profit because people that go in to shop will buy several items that were not on their list

If you are looking for sale items, they typically dont have adequate stock. Call ahead before going or assume they dont have it and dont bother. The dont offer rain checks or other ways to allow you to get the deal when they do have stock back in the store.

Always get the target app. You will be able to find your item more efficiently. Don’t ask for help unless you have Tylenol readily available.

Place is always clean! The staff has always been friendly and willing to help! They even walk you to the item you are looking for to make sure it is the thing your looking for! The CVS pharmacy is beyond top notch. The pharmacist knows me and my family already, and no I dont believe we go that frequently! She always ask how my family is doing by name even though I am just passing by! As long as Angela is the pharmacist, I will keep coming here!

This store is my preferred shopping destination. The Starbucks is great and the groceries are fresh. I love finding deals on Cartwheel to save even more.

This Target is clean including its restrooms and the personnel is very knowledgeable about their store to help you get around. Its does have a Starbucks inside and their own snack place.
