Everything tastes great and I was helped by Blanca and she was very friendly and even gave me a discount because I made a very large order so that was very kind of her so Ill definitely be back because of great tasting food and great customer service !!

Staff was very friendly and food was ok. The sausage cheese, the cream cheese and the apple Kolaches were good. I didnt care for the bacon egg and cheese one, but just me. Im picky about those.

The Ranchero here is delightful. The fruit kolaches are not authentic Czech though. Highly recommend.

The kolaches were delicious and they had such a wide variety of flavors! There is also a great selection of coffee and they sell sweets if you arent looking for something savory. There is something for everyone, we really enjoyed it.

Good food and good service by friendly staff

We use the drive thru, and orders are rarely filled correctly. Lately theyve been leaving out at least one item from typical medium-size orders (10-12 kolaches). They try to avoid separating the different type kolaches, and sometimes forget to mark the bags.

Horrible location - I don’t know why I even continue to come to this location. It is 9:22am and they are out of the most basic stuff. IT IS ALWAYS THE SAME STORY.Needs new management that knows what it means to have product available for consumption. The last 4 or 5 times I have visited I gave walked away empty handed.Basic stuff like ham egg and cheese, cream cheese, steak and bbq beef: you would think if these sell so well, you would make more. Again, 9:22AM today. Horrible management

I don’t know how this place has 4.3 stars.. this place is terrible, either the bread isn’t properly baked all the way or that’s all they have (because they don’t make more, even though they have a long line of people to buy more) I gave this location a few tries but I give up.

I ordered a pretty big order for breakfast and it was awesome! They did a fantastic job helping me organize everything because I was trying to try a lot of the different Kolaches.Will definitely be going back when I’m on that side of town. Great attention to details and costumer service experience.

Was here to grab a couple of kolaches for the office but their diverse flavors tempted me to leave with a box of 10. The sisters on staff were cheerfully helpful and personable. My favorites so far are the potato cheese and egg, and the boudin. I would avoid the chicken enchilada and pizza if youre on a restricted sodium diet.1 thing that needs improvement is the (over)use of chemical cleaners (Fabulousa? Pine Sol?) which overwhelmed the store when I came in.

The food was so good (especially the Ham and Cheese croissant). The restaurant was clean they had lots of options and the employees were nice and helpful. We ate our kolaches there and the tables had 3 different hot sauces and they were all full, too, which I appreciated. Great location - would be happy to go back and recommend to others.

Everytime I order iced coffee that literary put water, coffee and ice in a cup then tell me they dont put creamer in it even if Im willing to pay extra. Every other kolache factory and fast food joint for that matter adds cream to it AS ICE COFFEE IS BITTER AS HELL WITHOUT IT. LADY EVEN GOS TO SODA MACHINE AND TOPS OFF MY CUP WITH WATER. Never again.

Just a heads up, they put a large ball of dough inside some kolaches so theres less filling. Go to the one on Bay Area blvd, they dont do this.

Can we possibly hire people without having a language barrier? I had to repeat my order at the window twice for them to even possibly get it close to being right. Then I came to the window and it wasnt correct and had to repeat my order another time. Then they asked me if I wanted it heated up first time and I said yes so when I got to the window again they asked do you want it heated up? Yes, again. The food is great here, but seriously any one in service needs to pay better attention or know English. We are in the USA, where English is the first language.

Great place. Today the kolaches were 5 star amazing!

This place is always clean and I love there little sit down area by the fireplace. We have taken our kids here at least 3 times and there is always a place to sit down and eat. The staff is always very kind and ready to help. Bathrooms are really clean and could use baby changer in the males restroom.

This chain of kolache restaurants has my all-time favorite one. Their ranchero kolache is filled with scrambled eggs ham cheese and salsa and is an awesome breakfast. I have yet to find kolaches in Phoenix Arizona and so on my last trip to Houston I brought back 12 dozen kolaches with me.

Nice variety of kolaches to choose from. I dont eat beef or pork, so it was refreshing that they had other options. Im not a bread eater, but I chose to put that aside to try a couple kolaches. I chose the Italian chicken and chicken enchilada kolaches. There were more items that I wanted to try like the jalapeno & cheese and the spinach, but like I said, Im not a bread eater, so I didnt want to deviate too much from my normal routine. My wife chose the boudin and the sausage. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. The inside was also very nice. It would be a comfortable place if you chose to dine in. I ate my kolaches a little later. These were actually the first kolaches that Ive ever had. They are smaller than the ones that I normally see at places like Shipleys and other donut places. They are round-shaped like a baseball. Both of them were ok. I would have liked more filling to balance out with the bread. I dont know how much kolaches normally cost, but the ones that I got were $2 each. They had others that were cheaper and also a little more. Overall, it was a pretty decent experience. Despite the need to add more filling to the kolache, they were still acceptable and I was more than happy to give them 5 stars. Additionally, it was not crowded. We spent more time looking for what we wanted than the time that it took them to serve us. On a side note, they were out of sausage kolaches. It would take 15-20 minutes for them to be ready, so we ran a quick errand and they were ready by time we got back.

Kolache factory is a classic Houston establishment. This location does not disappoint. The kolaches were warm good and delicious. Go for the Ranchero it is really tasty.

This place has really gone down hill. They used to have such friendly staff. I, the customer asked the employee how she was doing. She replied fine, without a even a hint of a smile. Then, she didnt even ask me how I was doing. I order my 3 kolaches and she kept trying to give me 5. I explained several times and she finally took one away and changed the price. When I explained again which 3 we ordered she huffed and rolled her eyes and added the same one back. We left and wont be back.

The best place around to get the greatest selection of kolaches. The flavors are very creative and they taste great. In addition to your standard sausage or egg filled kolaches they also have flavors like BBQ beef and cheese steak.

Very disappointed. :/First Ill say they had so many options and it was packed.2nd they had a great staff and atmosphere. Very quick to help and happy yo do do so.Maybe I went at a bad time and they werent fresh anymore. Not sure, but it was about 10:15am. Got two sausage kolaches and a raspberry nik. The breading on the kolaches was plastic-y. The sausage seemed super cheap and I even had a big red blood looking spot in one... I thought bummer but the raspberry thing has to be good. Nope. Chewy bread like it didnt want to let go so you had to almost rip it apart like jerky but not to that extreme. And it tasted like maybe they cooked it at the same time as something else so it had this chicken enchilada taste and it didnt mix well with the raspberry taste.I will give them another try but, what a bummer

My wife and I love their Kolaches. There services is very good and we love their coupons. All around a very good place for breakfast.

Surpringly good even though some fillings can be a bit odd. Once warmed up, the bread is fantastic.

I have to limit visits so that I dont gain too much weight. Love their pecan flavored coffee!

Good kolaches, but I rather drive to Clear Lake location for the employees. The Pearland location needs to revamp their employees who have direct contact with customers. Most of the cashiers were friendly enough to customers, but Yolandas personality made me feel uncomfortable and rushed. I dont know if she was having a bad morning or if they were short staffed in the front, or if that is her normal personality, but she was unpleasant and doesnt need to be dealing with customers.

Tasty good, but overpriced and too much on the vegetables. The kolaches with meat tend to be smaller and pricier, this is Texas. Found it odd that the special cheeseburger Kolache was three dollars (3.19 to be exact) and you can get 6 burgers anywhere else for the price of one of these. Bu this is America and we are free to choose. Just an opinion though. But I do like the potato and egg. Oh, and btw, the wifi absolutely sux !!!
