Pretty decent starbucks. The tables are a bit dirty and their credit card machine wasnt working properly the past couple of times I was there. Otherwise, they had good service and didnt overload on ice in thir iced drinks which was nice.

Location is ok..i can say that I wasnt happy with my order, had too much milk..the employee was very nice and replaced it with something different in which I was very satisfied

Most of the staff members are very friendly. They will always say hi and bye and will remember your name. However, lots of times in the “pick up” area there is no attentiveness from the staff when it comes to the customers picking up orders. I understand everyone is very busy making drinks but when there’s a staff member standing next to the pick up area making drinks and completely ignores waiting guests. One worker today was making the drink, placed the drink(s) at the pick up and did not stating whose drinks they are. (Should be looking at costumers, asking if “name” drink is ready.) I felt like I had to jump out to ask if that was my drink on the counter because no staff member was acknowledging the made drinks. I work in management and one of the key factors to costumer service is attentiveness to all customers.

I was very disappointed with the service and my drinks. I visited the store early this morning. The baristas were not very friendly. I ordered 2 drinks. I had to ask for a cup holder. This may not seem like a big deal, but I had a baby in my arms. I asked for a cup holder. The barista set it on the counter and walked away. Little things matter! Good customer service is always important.

1 star not for the coffee or the customer service. Those were both fantastic. No, this 1 star review is for the store manager. She is so disrespectful to her employees. Heres a tip, Sam: Dont call your employees pathetic. Thats how you push good employees out of a good job. By being a TERRIBLE manager.

Placed an online order. The order was ready upon arrival and the staff member cheerfully retrieved it for me and I was on my way.

Their coffee tastes burnt. They seem friendly but had one barista pointedly say thank you when i guess she didnt hear me say thank you as I picked up my drink.

I’ve been a frequent visitor of this Starbucks location over the past few years, seeing many welcoming faces a couple of them being Vannah, Claudia, Brandon, and Donna. Being a regular at this store I’ve also noticed many changes in the employee satisfaction at this location when changes in management occurred as well. This location used to be ran by a store manager, Mrs. Amanda who was also very kind and created a welcoming atmosphere, now with new management this store has taken a turn for the worst. The new store manger Mrs. Sam is awful, vile, and a very rude person, I’ve seen how she treats her employees, telling them things such as “the store would be better off without you working here” and other inappropriate personal remarks that a manager should not be speaking to employees. I’ve heard many workers at this location talk about what a horrible person she is and that many of them leave their jobs in tears over this treatment. If any other frequent visitors of this store have noticed the recent and quick turn overs in employees, many of them quitting because they don’t deserve this treatment, this is why. I will no longer be a visitor at this location.

My new favorite drink iced blond vanilla latte with oat milk. They didnt make it right at first I think they didnt put enough vanilla syrup cuz there was no sweetness their customer service is excellent and they offered to remake it or give me syrup to add. I opted for the latter and it came out perfect.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I have to express my sincere appreciation for the service that my wife and I receive from store 6643. We recently moved to Houston from New York, and we go to this location frequently. There has not been a day where Jorge F, Claudia G, and Kamry W haven’t shown us the most gracious hospitality. My wife is vegan and our orders are pretty complex sometimes, and they have memorized our order and make it to perfection. They always make us feel so welcome, and the energy and love that they show us every time we come in is so appreciated.

I like the environment and friendly people in this store. Great place to sip coffee and work from computer.

My friend and I visited this Starbucks recently and we are so glad! Theyve made really good coffee for me before but this time was exceptional, bomb asf honestly. The lady at the counter was polite and the order was ready within a minute. Its not often I find a Starbucks I stick with but this might be it. Shout out to the barista with the pink hair!

Expresso machine broke, the barista was the worst attitude of yesterday for me.

The batista made my frappe drink let it sit there for 5 mins scooped out ice cubes then and another batch and poured the seconded batch over my melted drink then served it to me I had to call the manager and then I had to drive back for a gift card

Too crowded and don’t follow their own Covid protocols. We went into the store since there is no drive-through. Right away, we noticed it was very crowded. Additionally, there were two employees sitting at one of the closed tables. The table was clearly marked as being closed. I believe it sends the wrong message when the employees themselves don’t follow the Covid protocols.

I ordered through the app and when I arrived they had my drink ready before the pick up time. I was able to just come in and grab my drink. As I was leaving they all called me by name and said goodbye. It was a great way to start my day. Great service and excellent staff.

Ordered thru appt- showed up 25 min after and drink was not ready. They hurried up and made one and it wasnt what I had ordered thru app. The lady said they could make another one...the reason I order online is because I dont like to wait so i found it defeated the purpose on timing and the right drink.

I come here often and the drive thru is always quick, my order is always right and the drinks are always delicious.I will actually go out of my way to visit this particular location due to the quality of service I consistently receive. One of my favorite Starbucks locations. I use to come a lot back in the day. Now its every blue moon because I dont come in this area often but theyre still holding up just fine. I miss Xavier though. The dude had great energy and made you feel good coming there... lol I dont see him there now days so Im not sure if hes still there but if you can see and read this Xavier youre the MAN! lol.

This location of Starbucks is usually busy throughout the day. The staff is normally efficient and friendly. There are several places to sit including a long table with seating around it. Parking in front of Starbucks can difficult to find and to get into and out of because of the busy street near it. Parking is available in the back which is part of a larger parking lot for the nearby chain stores. There are places to plug-in your electronics but are not convenient for all seating areas.

I was told by an employee to go somewhere else, while I walked out of the store with my drink. A drink that was not what I ordered and was not made until after we pointed to the cup that they forgot was there. They didnt know why we were still waiting. Also I am pretty sure the short skinny girl was high. She is the one who told me to go somewhere else. Will not be returning to this location.

Dont bother coming to this location they cant order enough supplies. Just ordered a holiday drink. No red cups they ran out at 7am then I find out my drink doesnt have whip... they were out of that too.... tables were dirty, staff not real polite

This has nothing to do with the product...I had to be at work by 5 a.m. I thought Id treat myself. I checked the website and it said this location opens at 4:30 a.m. They were not and the workers inside said they didnt open until 5. Nothing like getting bad info.

This is the worst Starbucks ever! Never been in one so slow every time we come. The majority of the staff was totally consumed with other things. There was a huge line with only two of the five or six people working on drinks. Everyone else was just walking around. I highly recommend going to a different one!

The drinks are good and the staff is very pleasant and friendly! My frappuccino was a bit runny and they had no problem remaking it for me.

Fast service as always. But tables are not clean very often. So if you want a seat inside you pretty much have to clean up the mess someone else left.

I have loved every drink weve gotten from this location. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I walked in with my coworker and there were 3 people working. The one guy had his back to us and was working. He did not notice us come in, because he was working. The other guy and lady were just standing there talking. They saw us but couldnt even be bothered to acknowledge us. So we stood there for a few minutes waiting for some kind of service or acknowledgement, while they stood with their heads together talking. When the first guy turned around and saw us he was polite and helped us, while the other two were still standing doing nothing but gossip.

This Starbucks usually has seating which is what I always look for because I like to sit for a while and read or work. I love the free refills on coffee and tea for gold members and the lemon pound cake is devine.

This location by far is the longest waiting Starbucks Ive ever been at in my 25 years to drinking coffee! I try to avoid this location due to how ridiculous the wait is. Today though was their last chance for me after giving them many&many chances —15min for a Chai Latte??? Ridiculous. Sad due to how close they are to my work. Hire people, people! Only one person making the drinks, and one on the register??? So annoying...
