Came here only to get these chocolate covered donuts. Apparently limited time so drove from Clear Lake just for this treat. In the end was a good decision since i was wanting to try this flavor and was not too overwhelmed with just only chocolate flavor. I will probably buy these again in the future. I came here kind of late in the evening and the guy manning the drive through was nice and courteous.

Just walked in with my daughter and walked right back out! Never been to a Krispy Kreme before, and will never come back. This is by far the most disgusting donut shop Ive ever walked into. At first I was excited and after we saw how sick this environment is, I did not hesitate to walk out after we got to the front counter. Its extremely sad when I have to tell my daughter to not touch anything and we gladly left to go back to a more respectful donut shop. This happened today at 12:40pm 11/06/2021

This was an embarrassing visit and being from back east gowning up with Krispy kreme this was a disappointment. From taking a step into this location. 1st stepping in was like they mopped the floors with Krispy kreme water, no matter where you stepped you were making sticky noises so you know it wasnt clean, it was not well lit and nothing looked presentable. The donuts looked like they came from a second hand store and not fresh, they looked like they were made freehand (if that a way to describe) our jelly filled looked like oversized bear claws.... just let me say the only thing that looked original was the box. The cashier had to take my payment and walk it back to drive through to complete my transaction. Very disappointed with this location.

It is no wonder why there is never a line. I wanted to treat myself and a coworker to Krispy Kreme this morning. I went to the store at about 0610 this morning. I wanted a latte, but they were out of whatever they needed to make the latte. Thats fine, Ill have an iced coffee instead. The coffee was pretty good. I got the donuts and drove off, not thinking to check. I bit into the donut and discovered it was fresh out of the refrigerator! It wasnt just room temp, it was ice cold! I mean seriously, who doesnt have hot donuts available at 0600 am?! I was highly disappointed.

Honestly I usually only come here when they are doing something special or different. Today I came for the city cinnamon roll and pumpkin spice donut, they had neither one...I was in line for well over 15 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened to me. You would think they would prepare especially when they are advertising something new!

There cant be too many businesses ran worst than this one. They never have what you want. THAT INCLUDES DONUTS. On top of that they are very rude!!!!!!! They dont care about customer service at all. This location gives Krispy Kreme a bad name😔

You open at 6am and have no plain glazed donuts! Not acceptable! I ordered online at 5:30am thinking I could simply pick up 2 dozen plain glazed donuts at 6 am but that was not the fact! I’ll be taking my business to shipleys! I should’ve known better!

Bough a 3 pack. They had hot donuts cooking and I got cold ones. It was a person of color who attended me in Hispanic hope it wasnt that type of issue. I only go for hot donuts why else go their. It was a huge disappointment.

I love Krispy Kreme donuts, but this location leaves much to be desired. I have had them a couple of times, was not impressed the first time but I always like to give businesses second chances. Unfortunately, I have not been impressed with any of the visits I have had. First off, they never have any of the donuts I seem to order…I get it was later in the day but they shouldn’t be open in the afternoon if they are not going to have any available products. The donuts I did get were not good…one tasted like it had been sitting out for hours and the others were melted. They were out of many drinks options and didn’t have any lids for the cups. Lots of employees inside but the majority of them on their phones. I really hope this business can be turned around…I was so excited when they opened up but definitely need better management.

Try this new place out since the one close to my house is now closed. Drove 30 minute for hot donuts. They didnt have any at the time we arrived. Were told 45 minutes wait for hot donuts. We agreed and waited. 45 minutes passed. No hot donuts. We came up to the registered and a different staff quoted another hour for hot donut. This is ridiculous!! If they were not going to make any, just say so. We would rather get the cold ones and leave than waited almost an hour and to be told to wait another hour. Why would you do that to someone? Will not come back. This is unacceptable.

Pick up donuts for the first time two donuts in a box when picking up the donut out of the box and biting out of it I noticed that there was a gnat on my doughnut when my mother went in to let them know In a calm manner. The employees were talking in Spanish negative things about my mom saying that we had lice and they did not think that my mom knew Spanish. They were saying negative things and were laughing at my mom. My mom corrected them in spanish. The manager did really poorly in correcting this interaction.They did refund our money after my mom requested.

The filled donuts usually have little to no filling, but the staff are usually nice and helpful.

These KK donuts are tasty and moist. I like the cashier lady a lots. She is really sweet. As she knew the type I like was sold out, she quickly whipped up a fresh one. I’m much fulfilled.

I would give them 2 stars but bc they came good on giving us free drinks from the refund we never got back which was suppose to go back to my card 4 months ago Im giving them 3 stars.I also asked to speak with the Manger but spoke with the supervisor since the manager left for the day. I expressed my concerns regarding the mopped floor. The moment I walked in, there were huge puddles of water all over the floor, especially by the bathroom area, it was a lawsuit waiting to happen. Once I expressed my concerns about the water on the floor they responded with mopping up the excessive water. They did have their yellow signs of caution wet floor up but they do need to seriously be more responsible. The employees seemed not to care for their jobs or have any Integrity. I may have been a bit too bold and stern as a customer but come on, this is the only Krispy Kreme near our area and we were coming all the way from Lake Jackson. Im really disappointed in this Krispy Kreme location. They need to do better.

Came for the hot sign on a Saturday. The donuts were hot, fresh, and delicious, the staff was really friendly, and location was clean.

By far the worst Krispy Kreme I have ever been to. The dining area floors are always sticky as soon as you enter the front entrance, always under staffed when running popular promotions, donuts in drive-thru are cold constantly. We wont support this location anymore after Labor Day 2020 fiasco...1 1/2hr waiting just to find out debt card machine was broken, no postings on building for patrons waiting. I hope the owner/franchisee read this

Mini donuts are surprisingly better than donut holes. Change my mind.

Awesome, awesome donuts! I got a dozen and tried a little of everything. My favorite turned out to be the cake batter donut! It has yellow icing with sprinkles on top. Once you bite into it, it has a wonderful cream filling. Makes your mouth water. If you love donuts, that is definitely one to try!

Very few options of donuts compared to other Krispy Kreme that I have visited. Many of my favorite donuts were not in stock. However, I will say that the employee working was very polite and courteous so I will give this place 3 stars instead of 1.

I went to this location for the first time for their Friday the 13th deal (awesome deal!) 10 minutes before they opened and waited like 2 others. When they opened, they weren’t quite ready so we had to wait. The lady who served me was just taking her time. I had to ask for a bag instead of her offering to bag my 2 dozen donuts. The donuts are small and very sweet.

Krispy creme store was out of most of the donuts. Only few flavors were left if I exactly remember them hardly 4 varieties were there. I went to get Oreo donut but they were totally out. Staff was nice and helpful.

This location never has plain donuts or any of their limited time donuts and if you order through a DoorDash instead of them refunding the order they just give you whatever the hell they want to. Twice I’ve ordered a dozen regular glaze donuts and they gave me all Random filled donuts. No one likes filled donuts! Atleast DoorDash refunds for incorrect order!

Initially made an unsatisfactory review back in February (2021) because of an online order gone bad. I haven’t gotten a chance to return to compliment corporate management at that time... so I apologize for the delay... well, couple of days after, I contacted them again since I never heard from them within the 24 hour time period, as they said they would to straighten my order. Over the phone, management went above and beyond to resolve my issue ... this, to my surprise. I requested for a refund of exactly less than $10 on my credit account for a couple of missing donuts and donut holes but instead management decided to refund me my full order and he apologized kindly for the inconvenience. (He and another colleague who’s helping him resolve the matter, too.) I hope the staff who attended to me originally have already changed the way they interact with customers. However, as far as corporate management goes (I’m guessing since I was told that the person who handed me my order was the local manager), I had to say thank you very much for taking customer service your utmost priority and for your efficiency and politeness. We’re encouraged now to be back again to our old time favorite donut place in the world! Thanks again and God bless you and your institution.

The St Paddys day donuts were really tasty, and warm. Good service at this location in Pearland. The attendant offered to make the style donut that wasnt available on the shelf at the time. A little disappointed that there were no Apple Fritters that day, hence the four stars, but I understand the focus on St Patricks. My kids enjoyed the treat.

This place never has the donuts they said they did. They need to be more up to date with the current donuts being sold. So you dont get your hopes up, go there, and theres no donuts you wanted.

Decided to give them another try after many bad experience. The Manger greeted us and was very nice. Staff was very friendly. We will be returning. The doughnuts was delicious

Dirtiest restaurant Ive ever been to. Floors sticky everywhere and mats by the doors were caked with grease and glaze. Staff needs training as donuts were overproofed getting clogged coming out of the proofing section. Several staff saw this issue. But took no action. Many of the ones coming out were raw on one side and stuck together. Hundreds of donuts wasted. Owner must not be interested in making money. First and last visit.

They just took the doughnuts out of the fridge. Who serves cold doughnuts? Never again. This location is an insult to the KK name.

The place unlikely seen by any KK customer. It was a dumpster fire. Water all over the floor with no one even making a effort to get it up. Water behind counter in work area employees moving slowly trying not to fall. Equipment covered with excess glaze, doughnuts etc. If the health department would have walked in he would have shut it down.

We came at the time of the water and electricity crisis in Houston, and after we chose our order, we were informed that the method of payment must be cash and that it was not available with us at the time the employee gave us our order for free 😊, thank you ☺️

It was a disaster. Coffee was cold, donuts were NOT fresh. The soap dispenser was not working in the restroom. Employees are using the same restrooms. Not sure what they use. It was not clean at all.

Great staff but very little selection

Utterly dissatisfied with this establishment. Place was dirty, staff was lazy and immature and had no knowledge of their beverages. Donuts were cold and stale. Only 3 employees during my visit one young lady was completely careless in her hygiene and her big untamed HAIR. No employee was wearing a hair net. Floors were uncared for and under the donut machine was a mountain of Kreme and donut residue (literally MOUN🗻TAIN). Restrooms were useable but seemed unattended for hours. I was there in the evening.

I live 33 miles south of Krispy Kreme-Pearland. I have a friend that lives close by and I visit occasionally. One of my treats is visiting Krispy Kreme. I have been there on two different occasions to be greeted by handwritten signs on the menu board telling me they are completely out of glazed donuts. Just a question, and I know its not the employees fault, but how do you run out of the very item that is your staple?

They have delicious treats and tasty morsels. I love the fact that they have provided an incentive for people to join the fight against the pandemic! If you have your card you can redeem a free donut!

For the first time after this location was opened the service was good. Donuts are bigger and thicker now. Only complaint the sticky floor, otherwise everything was very good. Staff was nice too.

The regular original glazed donuts are not full size. They look more mini. This is the only place I know that does this and I dont know why. Since its the only closest to my area, sometimes they will say they ran out of dough to make the originals and not even sell them? Its not just that day, they do this everytime I order a dozen. There will be a mix of what look like anorexic original glazed and some regular size. Otherwise their other varieties are fine but super annoying they do this. Hope this improves.UPDATE: 4/19/21This place is always out of everything. Everytime you order something its always out. Even original glazed donuts at any given time of day. They ask for a 30-55 minute wait and the tone of the staff who work here act like they are being inconvenienced for taking your order...word of advice, DO NOT order through app or website for this place, placing an order only to go to the store and hear, we are out of those is inexcusable.I will stop going to this location. Its just not worth the trouble.

The second star was because the taste was good.Workers look to be drudging through the day. Mumbed responses, not proactive. Had to tell my order taker 3 times that I wanted a drink with my single donut. No cake donuts, no chocolate in chocolate avail. Ended up with a lemon filled. Check pics. Floor is very stickly. They have a wet floor sign but i doubt this place has been mopped. My shoes makes a shticking sound as I walk. I have to say i was hesitant to eat it because if the front is this dirty...However even with the very little lemon in the fill, it tasted good.Not sure i would come back here. Shiplies and Donut heaven are much better. Plus no kolaches here.

Place was clean and workers were nice when I visited. All their donuts were tasty (I got the dozen assorted). The sour cream donut was my favorite. Dont know why people complain about the filled donuts not having enough filling, mine had plenty. I also visited at 5pm on a Thursday so it wasnt peak time.

The HOT light was not on (at the Pearland location) when it was supposed to be (5 pm to 9pm) but after made three stops l had to make, l went back by the Pearland location and the HOT light was on. I got my two dozen HOT glazed donuts and went on my way. Three of them were eaten in the next seven minutes! There is nothing like a hot, glazed Krispy Kreme donut!

First time here and it was a great experience. The staff was super nice and friendly. My wife and I had our first hot and fresh glazed donut and it was delicious. We will definitely come back!

I frequent this location often. Sometimes to grab some breakfast, but primarily because the girls at the drive-thru window are always so kind and pleasant when they greet me. They have my order memorized and can recognize my voice through the intercom system. Though the gestures may seem minor, its little things like this that gain my business. I have yet to have any issue with this location, and will continue to support this location!

It was good but it was too sugar-y, dont get me wrong I love sugar-y things but the turned sugar to another level! So if you REALLY love sugar-y things I would suggest you try this place!

So sad to say this location is such a disappointment the employees are rude the order speaker never works so cars just wait and wait. Takes them 10 mins per car to fill basic orders. The outside of the store is filthy and stinky also! Sorry I wasted my time and money here.

This location needs to be reported to corporate. quality is not consistent, and teenagers work here with little to no customer service skills. Sad this is the nearest location in the area and nothing is being done about protocol being broken.

Traveled 30 min. to this location for Halloween special, lobby was closed then they didnt have anything but glazed donuts. Then didnt even honor the Saturday special. Will not visit this location again.

2 words mouth watering they melted in my mouth and my hands. The donuts were HOT and soft. I ate 2 before I even arrived home. A good variety and they took the glazed right out of the oven. It wasnt busy. I tried drive thru on initial visit. Sat in drive thur for almost 20-30 mins and left empty handed. Second time was the charm. They also had milk, juices and other beverages.... I will definitely be going back!

I ordered online for the advertisement for chocolate donuts. They called me and told me they dont make those till afternoon. Also, would not get a refund for several days. Very disappointing. Not serving a breakfast advertised item till lunch.

Awful donuts at this location. Light is on but donuts are not hot in the morning. Young man told me they have to leave it on but the donuts arent hot. Donuts are small, crispy and greasy. I gave them four chances. They said the machine was broken and the person in the back was new. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Upon not hearing back from corporate after calling to let them know about phone issues, or being able to contact either location here in Texas I reached out about, myself and a coworker went to the Pearland location to try to pre-order or talk to someone to order 5 dozen doughnuts for Valentine’s Day. I have attached photos of some of the doughnuts for viewing. Here are some of the things we saw we were very dissatisfied with.1. There were only 3 employees working at this location. This area has high traffic daily. 1 person was doing the drive thru, 1 making the doughnuts, 1 decorating. There were 2 people a head of myself and coworker when we arrived around 9:30 am Monday 02/04/2019.2. The floor was super sticky and dirty.3. We waited 10 mins before walking out because only 1 person was able to help the first person in line ahead of us before going back to the drive thru.4. While waiting and looking at the doughnuts we were no satisfied how the ones on display looked and figured with a large order we would get no better.5. No one acknowledged us leaving but I cannot blame them since it was only 3 working.I hope this helps get that team support they need to be able help them work efficiently. Unfortunately we will not be ordering the conversation doughnuts due to this experience.

Decided to stop in for a couple donuts since we were in the area and hadnt had Krispy Kreme in years. It was not at all what we expected. The menu was extremely limited and the donuts were rock hard/ice cold. If we wanted rock hard, cold donuts we could have gotten them from the grocery store for WAY less $$$. No thanks. Houston has far too many mom & pop shops to be bothered with tiny, mediocre at best chain donuts. Huge disappointment. We will stick to our local shop. Take heed to the 1 star reviews 😒

The donuts are good. The mini ones are to cute. My 1st time here and Ive been dying to try them. Skyler is an awesome lady. I will return to get more donuts in the future!!!!

I want to say this Krispy Kreme located in Pearland has some work to do. The store is rarely prepared. I have experienced terrible customer service and limited options of doughnuts. The hot and fresh sign means something different at this particular location. I asked if the doughnuts were hot and fresh as I checked the two dozen I purchased and the kid at the window tells me I dont know we just turn the sign on but it has no bearing on the doughnuts being hot and fresh. I didnt say anything about it, I just took my purchase disappointed and left. Whoever is in leadership here at this particular Krispy Kreme please inform your staff that your business is going to suffer if they continue to operate this way. I will be also calling to complain to your corporate office.

I used to like this location when it first opened. The other comments are true. They are ALWAYS out of limited edition/special donuts!!!!! I came for oreo donuts today Monday Apr 12 and at 9:30am they dont even have them. Disappointing. Management needs to keep up with demand.

Aweful experience. In line 10 minutes for 2 drinks and a 3 pak of donuts. Took so long I decided to get a refund. The Manager finally surfaced from the back, never acknowledged me nor offered to correct the issue or at least ask what the issue was then the cashier gave me a refund receipt with zeros as the refund amount and told me I would get it back to the card I used for the purchase. Its been two weeks and I still havent received my refund.

This location had really been going down the tubes but since the new manager Jydon took over there has been a complete turn around. Donuts are fully stocked customer service was excellent.. and I even got a hot Krispy Kreme heaven on earth yeah!!!!

Picked up an assorted dozen around 9:30am on a Friday, they had plenty of available donuts, full stock I’d say, with lots of Halloween ones. Shelby was super nice and helpful, told me her favorite is strawberry with sprinkles so I picked up one of those as well. Paid with Apple Pay, overall exactly how I wanted my experience to go. No complaints.

The workers are always nice and they always listen to me and makes me laugh.

This place is horrible. Me and my family walked up to the place at 8:15pm today and the front counter couldnt decide if the wanted to let us in or not because they were cleaning already. Finally one of the front counter employees by the name of Victoria rudely said we would have to go through drive thru because they close the lobby at 8pm. It clearly stated on the sign on the front entrance door that that it closes at 10pm on sundays and when I told them this she just rolled her eyes at me and said I do this every night and I know what time I close my lobby!! Even with this we went through drive thru because my daughter wanted donuts really bad and they were HORRIBLE....seemed to be a day old an tasted even worse! I will be reporting this to headquarters early Monday morning. I will never go back. If I could give them a negative star I would!

This location is under new management and the improvement is amazing!!! The doughnuts are fantastic and the service is great! Thanks so much for your hard work....I may be gaining weight but am very happy with this store!

This has to be the worst Krispy Kreme I’ve ever had. Every time I come to this location they never have fresh donuts. Came here today because their hot now light was on just to get cold donuts. When I asked the lady why put the hot now light on if the donuts aren’t actually hot, she claimed the donuts had just came out 10 mins ago. Liar!!!! The donuts were cold!!! There’s no way donuts that were made 10 mins ago is going to be cold and stiff. They need new management because this is unacceptable!!!

Bought the prepackaged crullers. Tasted just ok. Had some type of heavy grease/wax component that left waxy residue in my mouth. Very overpriced. $4 for eight waxy mini donuts
